TEOS-MTES基SiO2溶胶微结构的SAXS研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,在碱性条件下制备含有无定形SiO2颗粒的溶胶,以甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)在酸性条件下获得聚甲基硅氧链,二者混合后应用同步辐射X射线进行混合溶胶的SAXS散射强度测定,计算了溶胶的平均回转半径、平均粒径、两相界面层厚度、散射体体积分数、两相间比表面积等参数,辅以光子相关光谱法(PCS)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观测溶胶粒度,证实SiO2颗粒被MTES混合物连接成族团.实验发现所测混合溶胶样品均表现出对Porod定理的负偏离,说明溶胶中颗粒与溶剂之间存在很明显的两相间界面层. 相似文献

A sensitive and specific high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) assay was developed for the quantitation of mitoxantrone in plasma using electrochemical detection. Bisantrene was chosen as the internal standard. A reversed-phase, 10-microns muBondapak C18 analytical column (30 cm X 3.9 mm) with an isocratic mobile phase of 28% acetonitrile in 80 mM sodium formate buffer (pH 3.0) was used. The eluent was monitored by both electrochemical detection at an applied potential of +0.75 V vs. Ag/AgCl and visible absorbance at 660 nm. Only electrochemical detection was able to quantitate the internal standard and provided ten times higher sensitivity than visible absorbance for mitoxantrone with a detection limit as low as 0.1 ng/ml. Calibration curves in the range 0.1-1000 ng/ml showed good linearity (r = 0.998) and precision (coefficient of variation less than 10%). This HPLC method utilized a reproducible and inexpensive liquid-liquid extraction procedure. Using methylene chloride, the extraction efficacy of mitoxantrone from plasma was 85.3% with a coefficient of variation less than 2.1%. This new assay was then applied to measure mitoxantrone concentrations in plasma obtained from two leukemic patients receiving 12 mg/m2 mitoxantrone as a 1-h infusion. 相似文献

The electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of luminol in aqueous alkaline solution was studied.Trace amounts of chloride showed significant effect on the efficiency of light emission of luminol as a posi-tive trigonometrical wave pulse was exerted on the solution. The detection limit for the chloride is5.0 ×10~(-6) mol/L and the linear calibration range extends up to 1.0 ×10~(-2) mol/L; the relative standarddeviation for 1.0 ×10~(-5) mol / L chloride is 5%. The influencing factors for chloride determination arealso discussed. The possible mechanism for the electrochemiluminescence reaction may be due to theoxidation of chloride ion in the solution to ClO~-, and the latter acts on luminol and then gives outluminescence. This research investigated a novel process to prepare polyester from corn stover through liquefaction and crosslinking processes.
First, corn stover was liquefied in organic solvents (90 wt% ethylene glycol and 10 wt% ethylene carbonate) with catalysts
at moderate temperature under atmospheric pressure. The effect of liquefaction temperature, biomass content, and type of catalyst,
such H2SO4, HCl, H3PO4, and ZnCl2, was evaluated. Higher liquefaction yield was achieved in 2 wt% sulfuric acid, 1/4 (w/w) stover to liquefying reagent ratio;
160°C temperature, in 2h. The liquefied corn stover was rich in polyols, which can be directly used as feedstock for making
polymers without further separation or purification. Second, polyester was made from the liquefied corn stover by crosslinking
with multifunctional carboxylic acids and/or cyclic acid anhydrides. The tensile strength of polyester is about 5 MPa and
the elongation is around 35%. The polyester is stable in cold water and organic solvents and readily biodegradable as indicated
by 82% weight loss when buried in damp soil for 10 mo. The results indicate that this novel polyester could be used for the

The Ni atom lies on a crystallographic centre of symmetry in an octahedral NiO6 environment, and is coordinated by four malonate O atoms in a planar arrangement and by two water molecules in axial positions. Eight ionic organotin compounds [R2SnCl2(2-quin)]−(HNEt3)+ have been synthesized by reactions of 2-quinH with R2SnCl2 (R = PhCH21, 2-Cl-C6H4CH22, 4-Cl-C6H4CH23, 2-F-C6H4CH24, 4-F-C6H4CH25, 4-CN-C6H4CH26, Ph 7, 2,4-Cl2-C6H3CH28) in the presence of organic base NEt3, and their structures have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopies. The structure of [(2,4-Cl2-C6H3CH2)2SnCl2(2-quin)]−(NEt3)+ (8) has been determined by X-ray diffraction study. Studies show that compound 8 has a monomeric structure with the central tin atom six-coordinate in a distorted octahedral configuration and the nitrogen atoms of the 2-quin ligands are coordinating to the tin atom in all the eight compounds. 相似文献

From the antibacterial fraction of the roots of Garcinia kola, 3',4',4',5,5',7,7'-heptahydroxy-3,8'-biflavanone (GB1) was isolated as the major constituent, whose interesting conformations were studied on the basis of its 1D and 2D NMR spectra obtained at different temperatures and in different solvents. Anodic deposition of iodide ion on silver at 25° in aqueous (0.5 M KNO3) and in 90% (w/w) ethanol-water (0.05 M KClO4) solutions was studied galvanostatically. The exchange current density, transfer coefficient and the rate constants for the electrode reaction were evaluated. The experimental results revealed that the overall electrode reaction and the charge-transfer step was the same one, i.e., , which might be assumed highly reversible as reflected by the exchange current density (i) and transfer coefficient (α).
