高分辨率蓝光光学显微测量系统

本系统用波长为405nm的超亮度蓝色发光二极管作为光学显微镜的照明光源，结合CCD图像传感技术和图像采集技术，实现了对显微图像的实时观察和存取的计算机化。观察到的DVD盘片的清晰显微图像表明，其光学分辨率优于400nm。运用自编的图像分析软件对采集到的CD RW光盘图像进行分析和标定，测定其道间距为1.6μm。因此，本系统在显微观测领域，特别是对观测和分析接近普通光学显微镜分辨极限尺寸的微结构，有重要的实用价值。     

纳米隧道结的量子电容现象

利用STM针尖和二维Au纳米团簇构造的双隧道结，通过对单电子隧穿谱的测量，研究了纳米隧道结的电容随隧道结宽度的变化，发现电容随结宽度的变化偏离了经典电容的行为，为纳米隧道结的量子电容效应提供了实验证据。     

微型光纤光谱仪波长标定技术的研究

为了得到准确的光谱测量结果,对AvaSpec-2048微型光纤光谱仪进行了标定实验设计。根据标定实验结果,采用两种不同的数学算法,使用MATLAB软件,得到了标定方程和拟合曲线。为了验证标定结果的准确性,设计了验证实验,通过对比验证实验结果得到最佳标定方程。

鄂尔多斯盆地北部山西期-下石盒子期盆地演化与天然气富集规律

通过对鄂尔多斯地区晚古生代沉积盆地中天然气聚集与地质作用的研究认为,山西期-下石盒子期之所以成为鄂尔多斯上古生界主要产气层位,其地质因素与这一时期陆内盆地的扩张演化及其相应的沉积作用有关.这种关系表现在盆地处于下降时期,河流的垂向侵蚀作用大于侧向侵蚀,有充足的物源、有较大的可容空间,盆地的充填作用大于盆地扩张作用,易于形成良好的储层;而在超长周期层序的晚期,基准面旋回由上升向下降转化,也形成良好的储集砂体.     

空间限制与应变对发光多孔硅喇曼光谱的影响

发光多孔硅的喇曼光谱在５２０ｃｍ^－１附近呈现一锐峰，峰位的红移随多孔度的增大而增大采用微晶模型拟合喇曼谱的线形，发现除了光学声子的空间限制效应，硅单晶的应变对峰位的移动也有显著贡献。通过谱形的拟合估算了硅微粒的应变，与已报道的Ｘ射线衍射结果相一致。在多孔硅的喇曼光诸中没有观察到起源于非晶硅的光散射信号。 关键词：     

Construction of the Phasing System for BEPCⅡ Linac

In order to get high beam quality, a RF distribution system is required, with minimal phase drifts and errors in the BEPCⅡ linac. The additional installation of phase reference cables and monitoring equipments and stable RF distribution for BEPC linac are finished. The master oscillator is chosen to offer RF signal with low phase noise and a stable phase distribution system is built to deliver RF signal to each klystron. A phase and amplitude detector is constructed to measure the phase precisely and an IΦA unit is used for a phase shifter. Control software based on EPICS is used to connect all the units of the system, and a phasing method based on BPM is adopted to optimize the phase of each klystron. Now the phasing system is installed and tested in the klystron gallery of the BEPCⅡ linac.     

Investigation on Guided-Mode Characteristics of Hollow-Core Photonic Crystal Fibre at Near-Infrared Wavelengths

Guided-mode characteristics of hollow-core photonic crystal fibre （HC-PCF） are experimentally and theoretically investigated. The transmission spectrum in the range from 755 to 845nm is observed and the loss is measured to be 0.12dB/m at 800nm by cut-back method. Based on the full-vector beam propagation method and the full-vector plane-wave method, the characteristics of mode field over propagation distance 1 m are simulated, and the results show that the propagation efficiency can be above 80%. Compared with the fundamental guided mode well confined in air core within shorter propagation distance, the second-order guided mode leaks into the cladding region and gradually attenuates due to larger refractive index difference. The primary loss factors in HC-PCF and the corresponding solutions are elementarily discussed.
