微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定兰州鲶中微量元素

使用微波消解处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了兰州鲶中的铁、锌、镁含量。结果显示,兰州鲶中含有丰富的铁、锌、镁三种人体必需微量元素。该法测定快速、简单,结果满意。     

Syntheses of Two Potential Ligands for Tc-99m Labeling as Diagnosis Agents of Alzheimer''''s Disease

Two types of ligands-biphenyl and stilbene derivatives, whichcan be labeled with Tc-99m for the diagnosis of Alzheimer'sdisease (AD) have been synthesized successfully. The key stepsin these two syntheses involved Suzuki reaction and Wittig reac-tion respectively. The new discovered debromination reactionmay be expanded to the compounds with double or triple bondadjacent to the carbon atom bearing the bromine atoms. Thesetypes of syntheses provide a route to a series of biphenyl andstilbene derivatives that will benefit the search of new imagingagents for AD.     

用HREELS研究氢在GaAs和InP的(111),(111)表面上的吸附

氢在GaAs和InP表面上的吸附可以用高分辨率电子能量损失谱(HREELS)来探测。Ga—H,As—H,In—H和P—H键的伸缩振动各自对应于不同的能量损失。但是As—H振动极容易和Ga—H振动追加声子损失相混淆,只有从损失峰的相对强度比较上来区别。实验得到吸附的氢与表面原子的成键情况取决于表面的原子结构及电子分布。对于GaAs(111)面,低暴露量时只形成Ga—H键,而高暴露量时还可以形成As—H键。而InP(111)表面由于是经过磷气氛退火处理的,在低暴露量下In—H与P—H键均可形成。InP(Ⅲ)面上只看到P—H损失峰,说明这个表面是完全以P原子结尾的。在(Ⅲ)面上出现小面的情形,则表面Ⅲ族和Ⅴ族原子均可同氢成键。 关键词：     

氧氟沙星片剂和滴眼液中氧氟沙星对映体的毛细管电泳拆分及定量分析

采用环糊精及其衍生物为手性选择剂在CE上对氧氟沙星对映体进行了分离，研究了环糊精种类、浓度、分离电压、温度对分离的影响．重点考察了氧氟沙星的定量线性范围、检测限和重现性，在20-200mg／L浓度范围内，迁移时间重现性的相对标准偏差(RSD)控制在1．13％以内，峰面积重现性的RSD控制在4．3％以内，检测限为1mg／L．结果表明用20mmo1／L二甲基-β-环糊精(DM-β-CD)为手性选择剂，背景电解质为50mmo1／L Na2HPO4，pH＝3．0，不加有机添加剂情况下可得到较好的分离效果．同时，对氧氟沙星药品实样进行了分析，建主了一种市售氧氟沙星片剂和滴眼液中氧氟沙星对映体简单、快速的毛细管电泳分离、定量分析方法．     

苯丙水溶胶的合成与性能研究(I) 聚合工艺和反应组分对聚合稳定性和胶体性能的影响

用一次投料法、半连续滴加法和单体预乳化法三种聚合工艺，合成了苯丙乳液聚合物，并加氨微细化，转化成水溶胶，考察了聚合工艺和反应组分（乳化剂，功能单体等）对苯丙乳液及其水溶胶反应稳定性和粒子大小及分布等胶体性能的影响。     

Self-assembly of a series of novel metal-organic compounds containing ferrocenecarboxylate components

Using FcCOONa (Fc = (eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Fe(eta(5)-C(5)H(4))) as starting material, we obtained an unprecedented metal-organic coordination polymer containing ferrocenecarboxylate components [[Pb(2)(FcCOO)(eta(2)-FcCOO)(mu(2)-eta(2)-FcCOO)(mu(3)-eta(2)-FcCOO)(CH(3)OH)].1.5CH(3)OH.H(2)O](n) (1), tetramer [Zn(4)(mu(2)-FcCOO)(6)(mu(4)-O)] (2), and coordination polymers [Pb(FcCOO)(mu(2)-FcCOO)(bpe)](n) (3) (bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene), [[Zn(FcCOO)(2)(bpt)].2.5H(2)O](n) (4) (bpt = N,N'-bis(3-pyridylmethyl)thiourea), and [Zn(FcCOO)(eta(2)-FcCOO)(bbp)](n) (5) (bbp = 4,4'-trimethylene-dipyridine). Compounds 1 and 2 are formed by ferrocenecarboxylate units coordinating with Pb(II) or Zn(II). In polymer 1, ferrocenecarboxylate units have four kinds of coordinate modes; just these novel coordinate modes lead to the unprecedented one-dimensional polymer where two kinds of rhomboids are arranged alternatively along the chain. Compound 2 is a tetramer, in which a distinct connectivity of the six ferrocene units is established through the four Zn atoms. Compounds 3-5 are obtained by organic ligands bridging Pb(II) or Zn(II), leading to a new type of metal-organic coordination polymer.     

Cr(VI)在Mg-Al型类水滑石上的吸附-脱附性研究I.吸附性

研究了Cr(VI)在带结构正电荷的Mg-Al型类水滑石(HTlc)上的吸附性能,考察了pH、无机电解质添加剂NaCl,NaNO3,Na2SO4和Na3PO4及有机添加剂EDTA和柠檬酸等因素的影响,并结合红外光谱和XRD实验结果探讨了吸附机理.研究表明,Mg-Al型HTlc对Cr(VI)有很强的吸附能力,其吸附动力学和吸附等温线分别符合准二级速率方程和Langmuir方程,饱和吸附量达105mg/g,有望成为一种优良的含Cr(VI)污水处理剂和Cr(VI)污染土壤修复剂.初始pH增大,吸附量降低.无机电解质和有机添加剂均能明显抑制Cr(VI)在HTlc上的吸附,其抑制吸附作用的强弱顺序分别为Na3PO4≥Na2SO4≥NaCl>>NaNO3和柠檬酸>EDTA.Cr(VI)在HTlc上的吸附可分为层间的离子交换吸附和外表面的吸附,其中外表面的吸附层在微观上又可分为因化学键合作用而形成的内络合层和因静电作用而形成的外络合层.     

Two New ent-Kaurane Diterpenoids from Isodon xerophilus

In continuation of our research on diterpenoids in the Isodon species, several newcompounds"' were obtained from the leaves oflsodon xerophilus (C. Y. Wu et H. W. Li)H. 尼龙1010／尼龙6共聚物的表观相图研究

采用显微熔点法和ＤＳＣ测定了尼龙１０１０／尼龙６共聚物的表观相图；分析了投料比与链节结构单元含量的关系。最低熔点时尼龙１０１０／尼龙６的理论重量投料比为６０／４０，摩尔比为３３．３／６６．７，实验结果与此相近。     

Study of Manganese Promoter on a Precipitated Iron-Based Catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis

The effects of Manganese(Mn)incorporation on a precipitated iron-based Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS)catalyst were investigated using N_2 physical adsorption,air differential thermal analysis (DTA),H_2 temperature-programmed reduction(TPR),and M(?)ssbauer spectroscopy.The FTS perfor- mances of the catalysts were tested in a slurry phase reactor.The characterization results indicated that Mn increased the surface area of the catalyst,and improved the dispersion ofα-Fe_2O_3 and reduced its crystallite size as a result of the high dispersion effect of Mn and the Fe-Mn interaction.The Fe-Mn inter- action also suppressed the reduction ofα-Fe_2O_3 to Fe_3O_4,stabilized the FeO phase,and(or)decreased the carburization degree of the catalysts in the H_2 and syngas reduction processes.In addition,incorporated Mn decreased the initial catalyst activity,but improved the catalyst stability because Mn restrained the reoxidation of iron carbides to Fe_3O_4,and improved further carburization of the catalysts.Manganese suppressed the formation of CH_4 and increased the selectivity to light olefins(C_(2-4)~=),but it had little effect on the selectivities to heavy(C_(5 )) hydrocarbons.All these results indicated that the strong Fe-Mn interaction suppressed the chemisorptive effect of the Mn as an electronic promoter,to some extent,in the precipitated iron-manganese catalyst system.
