热连轧精轧机组温度模型的改进

从实际生产数据入手,研究了温度模型设定精度的现状及设定精度与各影响因素之间的关系,同时还消化了原来的温度模型程序并将其移植到微机上.经大量的离线统计回归分析,提出了一个行之有效的温度模型改进方案.该改进方案的思路同样适合其他热轧生产线.     

38CrMnMo钢异常断口的分析

用扫描电镜KYKY－1000、能谱仪观察分析了38CrMnMo钢（调质热处理）拉伸实验后的异常断口，结果表明：钢中冶金夹杂物是导致38CrMnMo钢异常脆性断裂的主要原因。

基于目标信息系统学习的多准则决策方法

给出目标信息系统学习的多准则决策方法，建立多准则决策的规则学习模型，讨论该模型的性质。该模型优于Z．Pawlak方法，将规则提取与信息融合为一体。也优于AHP等模型，具有简洁性．通过实例计算，取得了满意结果。     

On semi cover-avoiding subgroups of finite groups

A subgroup H of a finite group G is said to have the semi cover-avoiding property in G if there is a normal series of G such that H covers or avoids every normal factor of the series. In this paper, some new results are obtained based on the assumption that some subgroups have the semi cover-avoiding property in the group.     

Geometrical study of paraxial light beam transmission in free space

By introducing an imaginary space transform curvature ρ_s, a complex space called Riemannian space is constructed, in which the light propagating in free space has the trajectory of straight line while propagating. Moreover, this curvature couples with that of the wave front of the paraxial beam ρ_w, and therefore a complex curvature ρ_c is constructed, which can be employed to investigate the behavior of the light transmission and to generalize the ABCD law. 高压CMOS管工艺的设计、模拟和验证

模拟和验证了一种低成本的，以标准CMOS工艺为基础，无需对原工艺流程进行改动的高压工艺技术。讨论了低压器件中的各种击穿机理，相应提出了高压器件中所做出的改进，列举了该工艺技术中所用的特殊版图；对此工艺的应用性进行了二维的工艺和器件模拟；将模拟结果与实际测试结果进行了比较，验证了这种高压工艺技术的实用性。     

复线电气化区段施工感应电对人体的危害及防护对策

感应电会对人体造成伤害。从电磁感应和静电感应原理入手，分析了产生感应电的过程，并就如何防止感应电的危害提出了防护对策，有一定实用价值。     

稳态锁模产生4ps激光脉冲

首次利用ＧａＡｓ光电导开关，控制Ｎｄ：ＹＬＦ激光器腔内Ｑ值，实现稳态锁模，获得脉宽和能量稳定性极高的４ｐｓ激光脉冲。
