38CrMnMo钢异常断口的分析

用扫描电镜KYKY－1000、能谱仪观察分析了38CrMnMo钢（调质热处理）拉伸实验后的异常断口，结果表明：钢中冶金夹杂物是导致38CrMnMo钢异常脆性断裂的主要原因。     

Thermal conductance for single wall carbon nanotubes

We report a theoretical analysis of the phonon thermal conductance, κ(T), for single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCN). In a range of low temperatues up to 100 K, κ(T) of perfect SWCN is found to increase with temperature, approximately, in a parabolic fashion. This is qualitatively consistent with recent experimental measurements where the tube-tube interactions are negligibly weak. When the carbon-carbon bond length is slightly varied, κ(T) is found to be qualitatively unaltered which implies that the anharmonic effect does not change the qualitative behavior of κ(T). 基于目标信息系统学习的多准则决策方法

给出目标信息系统学习的多准则决策方法，建立多准则决策的规则学习模型，讨论该模型的性质。该模型优于Z．Pawlak方法，将规则提取与信息融合为一体。也优于AHP等模型，具有简洁性．通过实例计算，取得了满意结果。     

On semi cover-avoiding subgroups of finite groups

A subgroup H of a finite group G is said to have the semi cover-avoiding property in G if there is a normal series of G such that H covers or avoids every normal factor of the series. In this paper, some new results are obtained based on the assumption that some subgroups have the semi cover-avoiding property in the group.     

Geometrical study of paraxial light beam transmission in free space

By introducing an imaginary space transform curvature ρ_s, a complex space called Riemannian space is constructed, in which the light propagating in free space has the trajectory of straight line while propagating. Moreover, this curvature couples with that of the wave front of the paraxial beam ρ_w, and therefore a complex curvature ρ_c is constructed, which can be employed to investigate the behavior of the light transmission and to generalize the ABCD law. 鲁西北蜜源植物资源调查

首次报导了鲁西北蜜源植物的种类和花期，对充分利用蜜源资源，合理安排养蜂生产具有重要的指导意义．经充分调查并根据孢粉学知识，分析总结出鲁西北共有主要蜜源植物１５种，辅助蜜源植物１０４种，共计１１９种．     

一类由Hamilton对生成的Hamilton算子

设θ１与θ２组成一个Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎ对，且设θ２可逆。记Φ＝θ１θ１－１。本文证明了：Φｉθ２是一类Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎ算子，其中ｃｉ（ｉ＝０，１，２，３）是任意常数。     

高压CMOS管工艺的设计、模拟和验证

模拟和验证了一种低成本的，以标准CMOS工艺为基础，无需对原工艺流程进行改动的高压工艺技术。讨论了低压器件中的各种击穿机理，相应提出了高压器件中所做出的改进，列举了该工艺技术中所用的特殊版图；对此工艺的应用性进行了二维的工艺和器件模拟；将模拟结果与实际测试结果进行了比较，验证了这种高压工艺技术的实用性。     

类金钢石非晶碳薄膜的光吸收和光致发光研究

我们用激光轰击石墨靶成功地制备出类金刚石无氢非晶碳薄膜.测量了光学吸收、光致发光及其随入射光强度的变化关系.结果表明,这种薄膜具有类金刚石的性质,光学带隙在1.67-2.25eV,发光在可见光区呈宽带结构.低激发强度下发光强度超线性变化,而在高激发强度下则为线性发光.我们用非成对载流子复合的模型对结果给出了合理的解释.用带尾态饱和的模型解释了发光峰值随激发光强增加而蓝移的现象.
