人性假设与企业人力资源管理

人性假设是许多社会科学领域研究的出发点 ,企业也常常从自己的人性假设出发形成企业人力资源管理的理念。基于不同的人性假设 ,中国古代哲学、近现代西方经济学和管理学分别提出了对社会治理和企业治理的看法。在总结与分析的基础上 ,我们提出一种“混沌人”的假设。     

Super-Wavelets and Decomposable Wavelet Frames

A wavelet frame is called decomposable whenever it is equivalent to a superwavelet frame of length greater than one. Decomposable wavelet frames are closely related to some problems on super-wavelets. In this article we first obtain some necessary or sufficient conditions for decomposable Parseval wavelet frames. As an application of these conditions, we prove that for each n > 1 there exists a Parseval wavelet frame which is m-decomposable for any 1 < m ≤ n, but not k-decomposable for any k > n. Moreover, there exists a super-wavelet whose components are non-decomposable. Similarly we also prove that for each n > 1, there exists a Parseval wavelet frame that can be extended to a super-wavelet of length m for any 1 < m ≤ n, but can not be extended to any super-wavelet of length k with k > n. The connection between decomposable Parseval wavelet frames and super-wavelets is investigated, and some necessary or sufficient conditions for extendable Parseval wavelet frames are given.     

Specular reflectance of cold-rolled aluminum surfaces

The specular reflectance of cold-rolled aluminum surface is studied using a fiber optic system. An approximation for the determination of surface roughness is presented.     

萃取浮选光度法测定微量钼的研究及应用

研究了用甲苯萃取浮选Mo(Ⅴ)—SCN~-—Kφ三元络合物的各种条件。在硫酸介质中,紫红色络合物最大吸收波长位于585nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.8×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),钼量在0—10μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。大量常见元素均不干扰,40倍的钨(Ⅵ)亦不干扰钼的测定,方法已应用于钨矿中微量钼的测定,其结果令人满意。     

矩形片筏基础的挠度分析

工程上对片筏的力学分析，通常采用温克勒地基模型，且假定床基系数是常量。本则认为床基系数是坐标的函数，考虑了具有线性变化床基系数的地基上的片筏，利用伽辽金法求得周边固支片筏在均布荷载作用下的挠度。所得结果颇具一般性且实用价值更高。     

Melt rheology of polylactide/montmorillonite nanocomposites

In this article, the linear and nonlinear shear rheological behaviors of polylactide (PLA)/clay (organophilic‐montmorillonite) nanocomposites (PLACNs) were investigated by an Advanced Rheology Expanded System rheometer. The nanocomposites were prepared by master batch method using a twin‐screw extruder with poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL) as a compatibilizer. The presence of org‐MMT leads to obvious pseudo‐solid‐like behaviors of nanocomposite melts. The behaviors caused by the formation of a “percolating network” derived from the reciprocity among the strong related sheet particles. Therefore, the storage moduli, loss moduli, and dynamic viscosities of PLACNs show a monotonic increase with MMT content. Nonterminal behaviors exists in PLACNs nanocomposites. Besides the PLACNs melts show a greater shear thinning tendency than pure PLA melt because of the preferential orientation of the MMT layers. Thickness dependence of free‐standing thin films

Below a critical thickness, of about 60 nm, the glass transition temperature of polystyrene (PS) films decreases with film thickness, as demonstrated using free‐standing films. A geometrical model is developed here describing this phenomenon in the case of ideal (Gaussian) chains. This model, which can be considered as an application of the free volume model, assumes that the decrease of the glass transition temperature from thick to ultrathin films is due to the modification of the interpenetration between neighboring chains. The theoretical curve deduced from the model is in excellent agreement with the PS experimental results, without using any adjustable parameters. From these results, it can be concluded that new chain motions, usually buried in bulk samples, are expressed by the presence of the surface. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. MATLAB环境下振动力学虚拟教学实验软件的开发

以MATLAB作为工作语言和开发环境,开发了一个在MATLAB平台下的振动力学教学和实验软件,该课件包含了振动力学课程中的主要内容。本文介绍了软件开发的思路、方法及其特点。     

A comparison between optically active CdZnSe/ZnSe and CdZnSe/ZnBeSe self-assembled quantum dots: effect of beryllium

The composition and size of optically active Cd_xZn_1−xSe/ZnSe quantum dots are estimated with a previously developed method. The results are then compared with those obtained for Cd_xZn_1−xSe/Zn_0.97Be_0.03Se QDs. We show that introducing Be into the barrier material enhances both Cd composition and quantum size effect of optically active quantum dots.
