构建了一种新型文献检索系统,能够摘要一篇文献中引起读者研究工作关注的那些内容,并返回读者对这些内容的评论,从而帮助用户快速了解该文献的学术价值及不足之处等重要信息。利用文献间的引用关系从其他文献中找到指向一篇文献的评论上下文,借鉴查询-检索模式,将评论转化为一元语言模型所生成的查询,并将原文献划分为句子所构成的文档集,基于KL-divergence检索模型找到原文献中与评论对应的句子。选取得分最高的若干句子构成体现原文献对外影响的摘要。系统基于北京大学研制的智能搜索引擎平台Platform for Applying,Researching And Developing Intelligent Search Engine(PARADISE),具有快速构建可扩展好的优点。 相似文献
The structures of pyridazine N-oxide, pyrimidine N-oxide and pyrazine N-oxide have been determined by X-ray diffraction for the first time. Comparison with theoretical predictions of the equilibrium structures using the B3LYP method together with a cc-pVTZ basis set, show close agreement with the structural parameters observed, and experimental dipole moments, which suggests that the charge distribution is realistic. An ‘atoms in molecules’ (AIM) analysis of the computed wave-functions shows total electron densities rather different from the classical picture of a dative bond, whereas the same wave-functions subjected to Mulliken analysis show a more conventional view of the electron distribution. This latter procedure allows a bond dipole analysis of the N-oxide charge distribution. 相似文献
A rapid,sensitive,selective and reliable strip assay based on DNA-functionalized gold nanoparticles for Hg2+ detection has been developed,with a detection limit 5 nmol/L.The measurement principle was based on thymine-Hg2+-thymine(T-Hg2+-T) coordination chemistry and streptavidin-biotin interaction.The major advantages of this assay are that results can be read visually without any instrument in less than 10 min and that it does not require any sample pretreatment. 相似文献
Determination of the levels of 1-octacosanol is important in food stuff for the study of its pharmacological activities and health benefits. In this study, a novel, simple and fast internal standard method for the non-derivatization ultra-performance liquid chromatographic determination of 1-octacosanol in raw materials and health products was developed and validated based on evaporative light scattering detection. The linearity (r2 > 0.998), recovery (99.1–100.2%, RSD <2.7%), intra- and inter-day precision (RSD <3.8%), limit of detection (1.0 mg/L), limit of quantification (2.2 mg/L) of the 1-octacosanol were determined. The method was successfully applied to nine real 1-octacosanol products. The results of analyses had close agreement with the labeled claims of 1-octacosanol content in these products. Compared with the classical gas chromatography method, the developed method was simpler, faster and more environmentally friendly due to avoiding any derivatization step. This protocol represents a rapid and feasible method for quality control of 1-octacosanol products.
