Improved results on the robustness of stochastic approximation algorithms

This paper is a continuation of the research carried out in [1]–[2], where the robustness analysis for stochastic approximation algorithms is given for two cases: 1. The regression function and the Liapunov function are not zero at the sought-forx ⁰; 2. lim sup _n a131_{n i=1} ⁿ _i+1 is not zero, where { _i } are the measurement errors and {a _n} are the weighting coefficients in the algorithm. Allowing these deviations from zero to occur simultaneously but to remain small, this paper shows that the estimation error is still small even for a class of measurement errors more general than that considered in [2].This project is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.     

A near-infrared Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy of epidermal keratinocytes: changes in the protein-DNA structure following malignant transformation

We report here the use of near-infrared (NIR) Fourier transform (FT) Raman spectroscopy to analyze normal human epidermal keratinocytes prior to and following malignant transformation. Our analysis indicates specific Raman spectral differences between immortalized (HPK1A) and malignant ras transformed (HPK1A-ras) cells. In addition, striking spectral differences are seen in the DNA isolated from these cells and particularly in the 843/810 cm(-1) ratio with values of 1.6 +/- 0.13 in HPK1A cells and 0.68 +/- 0.09 in HPK1A-ras cells (mean +/- S.D., n = 12, P < 0.001) indicating specific alterations in the backbone conformation markers following malignant transformation. Subsequently, we analysed the effect of a strong inhibitor of keratinocyte growth, the Vitamin D analog EB1089, on the Raman spectra of intact cells and on the 843/810 cm(-1) ratio in the DNA isolated from both cell lines. Specific changes were observed in intact cells in the 1300-750 cm(-1) region. Furthermore, the 843/810 cm(-1) ratio of isolated DNA from HPK1A cells was not affected by EB1089 but significantly increased in DNA isolated from HPK1A-ras cells so much that it became closer to the value observed for HPK1A cells (1.07 +/- 0.10). Our data suggest that Raman analysis of DNA and in particular the 843/810 cm(-1) ratio can provide useful indices of malignant transformation and efficacy of anticancer agents.     

2MgO·2B2O3·MgCl2·14H2O在H3BO3水溶液中相转化平衡溶液的拉曼光谱分析

采用拉曼光谱技术,从溶液结构方面研究了2MgO.2B2O3.MgCl2.14H2O在30℃下5种不同浓度硼酸水溶液中溶解及相转化平衡饱和水溶液中硼氧配阴离子的存在形式,给出了溶液中硼氧配阴离子的拉曼光谱峰归属.结果表明,饱和水溶液中硼氧配阴离子的存在形式分别为H3BO3、B(OH)4-、B3O3(OH)4-、B4O5(OH)42-和B6O7(OH)62-.该研究为2MgO.2B2O3.MgCl2.14H2O在不同浓度硼酸溶液中相转化机理提供了依据.     

试论高等教育大众化进程中的我国高等职业教育结构

在高等教育大众化进程中，高等职业教育是主力军，发挥不可替代的作用。高等职业教育的超速发展将引起其结构的重新建构，包括类型结构、地域结构、层次结构、专业结构、学制结构。高等职业教育结构体系的重建是高等教育大众化的必然需求，而构建科学、合理的结构也能够促进高等职业教育的健康发展。     

三向等压荷载历史后混凝土超声波探伤方法研究

采用两组混凝土立方体试件,对其施加三向等压荷载历史作用,分别测量载前和载后的抗压强度、劈拉强度和超声波速.首先研究了经历过三向等压荷载历史后超声波速的劣化以及混凝土强度与声速的关系.然后,用抗压强度和抗拉强度的劣化来定义混凝土的损伤,研究了损伤与超声波速降低的关系.根据试验数据拟合得到损伤的演化方程,从中可以看出损伤与超声波速的降低之间具有较好的线性相关性,且有明显的超声波速降低临界值.研究表明,根据超声探伤方法测得的声速,结合混凝土经历的荷载历史和配比等因素,可以为工程提供较为可靠的损伤估计值,对实际工程的指导意义重大.     

摩尔体积与脂肪醇水溶性的相关性

运用SPSS统计软件,采用多元线性回归方法,以摩尔体积Mv,碳原子个数N,及量化参数Q作为独立的变量,对脂肪醇在198 K下的水溶性的定量结构-性质关系作出预测模型.59种脂肪醇的-lgSw、-lgKow的线性系数为0.995以上,此法用摩尔体积Mv、碳原子个数Ⅳ及量化参数Q进行线性回归优于相应的文献方法.     

论零售商圈的测定方法

文章介绍了零售店铺商圈测定的两种方法--理论模型法（主要有莱利法则、康帕斯法则阿普波姆法则、伽萨法则和哈夫法则）与实态调查法（主要有家庭购物调查、顾客登记簿调查、来店者调查）.其中重点论述了理论模型法中的莱利法则与哈夫法则,莱利法则分析计算了零售区域的吸引力,哈夫法则测算了消费者的购物概率及消费额.     

粉煤灰的理化性质及其资源化的现状与展望

粉煤灰是火力发电厂的主要废弃物，其产量大、占地多，易形成扬尘，并污染地下水，造成严重的环境问题。本文介绍了粉煤灰的物理化学性质及特点，及其国内外的资源化利用现状，并从工业建筑、农业利用和环境影响与污染治理的三个方面做了分析与探讨，最后对粉煤灰的未来利用发展作了展望。     

Cryptomelane（KxMn8-xO16）： Natural active octahedral molecular sieve（OMS-2）

The Xiangtan manganese deposit (XTM) used to be considered a supergene oxide manganese ore in South China. We reported a new identification of the naturally outcropping cryptomelane by examining the physical, chemical and structural features of the XTM supergene oxide manganese ore. The MnO2 content was over 90%, K2O more than 3%, and water from 2.2%-3.1% which is similar to one in zeolite. The cell parameters of the cryptomelane were given as a0 = 0.9974 nm, b0 = 0.2863 nm, c0 = 0.9693 nm and β= 91.47°. There was a larger pseduotetragonal tunnel in the natural cryptomelane that was formed by [MnO6] octahedral double chains with aperture of 0.462×0.466 nm2, filled with K cations resulting in some Mn3+ substituting for Mn4+ to balance the negative charges of structure. The finding is important not only for prospecting manganese resources in South China, but also in application of octahedral molecular sieve of natural cryptomelane as that developed in the tetragonal molecular sieve of natural zeolite o     

Combustion energies and standard molar enthalpies of formation for the complexes of the first-row transitional metal chlorides withL-α-histidine

Seven novel solid complexes of the first-row transitional metal with L-α-histidine were synthesized, and their compositions were determined. The constant-volume combustion energies of the complexes were measured by a precision rotation bomb calorimeter. The standard molar enthalpies of combustion and the standard molar enthalpies of formation were calculated. The results indicated that the plots of the standard enthalpies of formation against the atomic number of the metal show a regularity of zigzag.
