高效蛋白质浓缩剂的制备及浓缩作用的研究

采用自由基水溶液聚合方法合成了超高分子量的丙烯酸（钠）聚合物。该聚合物具有高达几十倍至上千倍的吸水能力，通过适当控制聚合物的交联度使其成为具有一定孔径的网状物，可用于生物大分子，如：蛋白质溶液或其它生物提取液的浓缩。试验了用反透析法浓缩胰蛋白酶的方法，与直接加入浓缩法相比，能够更好地保持酶的活性。与传统的浓缩方法相比，用该方法浓缩蛋白质具有效率高，浓缩剂用量少的优点。     

Shape Hessian for generalized Oseen flow by differentiability of a minimax: A Lagrangian approach

The goal of this paper is to compute the shape Hessian for a generalized Oseen problem with nonhomogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition by the velocity method. The incompressibility will be treated by penalty approach. The structure of the shape gradient and shape Hessian with respect to the shape of the variable domain for a given cost functional are established by an application of the Lagrangian method with function space embedding technique. 桥式起重机水平刚架结构的设计计算

为桥式起重机金属结构设计中,全面、准确地考虑水平载荷的影响,本文介绍了桥式起重机在惯性力、风力、偏斜侧向力作用下,水平刚架结构的计算简图和准确、简单的内力计算式。方便了设计,提高了计算精度,可供设计选用。     

实现“（dE／dt）~（－1）－E”倒数示波图的模拟电路参数选择和单板机装置

对实现“（ｄＥ／ｄｔ）－１－Ｅ”倒数示波图的实验装置进行了进一步深入研究：改进了以往的模拟电路，考察了电参数的影响；研制了一台单板机装置．     

亚细胞器诱导的2,4,6-三硝基甲苯阴离子自由基的ESR研究

本文在无氧条件下利用ESR分别观察了肝脏和晶状体的微粒体及线粒体酶在NADPH存在下还原三硝基甲苯(TNT)的过程,检测到参数为g=2.0048±0.0005,A_对位~N=1.215mT,A~N=0.800±0.010mT,A~H=0.122±0.0206mT的自由基信号,并通过电子计算机对ESR谱的模拟证明该自由基信号为TNT硝基阴离子自由基,根据其超精细分裂常数认为,其不配对电子的电子云密度主要分布在对位硝基上。     

电子束装置运行稳定性的测量

 为了验证电子束装置的稳定性,分别对电流波形、电压波形进行了多次测量,对二极管放电时注入腔中电子均匀性进行了探测,最后改变二极管真空度测量了泵浦氩的荧光 谱的稳定性。     

Poly[[diaqua(N,N‐dimethylformamide‐κO)manganese(II)]‐μ3‐sulfato]

In the title complex, [Mn(SO₄)(C₃H₇NO)(H₂O)₂]_n, each Mn^II ion has a distorted octahedral geometry formed by three O atoms of three different sulfate groups, one O atom of a dimethylformamide ligand and two water molecules. The sulfate groups act as tridentate bridging ligands connecting the Mn^II ions into a two‐dimensional layer structure which can be regraded as a 4.8² network.

Preparation of organic thin-film field effect transistor

The organic thin-film field effect transistor was prepared through vacuum deposition by using teflon as di-electric material. Indium-tin-oxide acted as the source and drain electrodes. Copper phthalocyanine and teflon were used as the semiconductor layer and dielectric layer, respectively. The gate electrode was made of Ag. The channel length between the source and drain was 50 μm. After preparing the source and drain electrodes by lithography, the copper phthalocyanine layer, teflon layer and Ag layerwere prepared by vacuum deposition sequentially. The field effect electron mobility of the device reached 1.1×10ˉ6 cm2/(V@s), and the on/off current ratio reached 500.
