农业供应链金融能有效缓解企业的融资约束？——涉农企业参与精准扶贫的实证研究

农业供应链金融为涉农企业融资难问题提供了新思路。本文以上市涉农上市企业2016~2018年的财务数据为样本,探讨了农业供应链金融对缓解企业融资约束的影响,以及涉农企业参与精准扶贫对缓解融资约束的调节作用。研究发现:涉农企业普遍面临融资约束问题,而农业供应链金融显著缓解了涉农企业的融资约束,且对参与精准扶贫企业的融资约束缓解更为显著。本文揭示了:农业供应链金融能有效缓解涉农企业的融资约束问题,再次证明了农业供应链金融缓解涉农企业融资约束的重要性和必要性,拓展了供应链金融研究的领域,同时对企业参与精准扶贫,响应新时期涉农企业社会责任的具体要求,形成政府、企业等共同承担社会责任的多元化减贫治理机制,助力乡村振兴提供相应借鉴。     

Observation of isomeric states in197Bi

The high spin states of¹¹⁹Te, populated in¹¹⁰Pd(¹³C,4n) and¹¹⁰Pd(¹²C,3n) reactions, have been studied through -ray spectroscopy. The level scheme has been established upto a spin of 55/2. Three-quasiparticle states, based on g² _7/2h_11/2 and g_7/2d_5/2h_11/2 configurations, have been identified. The 35/2 and 39/2 states are suggested to be the fully aligned states constituted by five valence h_11/2 ³, g_7/2, d_5/2 quasiparticles.     

Critical slope gradient for compulsory abandonment of farmland on the hilly Loess Plateau

Scientific evidence for the upper limit of farmland is proposed. Shallow gully erosion is one of erosion types distributed extensively on sloping farmland in the hilly regions of the Loess Plateau. Field observation and aerial photos interpretation, as well as laboratory experiments show that the shallow gully erosion occurring on the steeper farmland in the hilly regions of the Loess Plateau is an important factor leading to intensive erosion on slope, because of its extensive distribution and intensive runoff collection. The data on the formation, development and distribution of shallow gullies on sloping farmland indicate that critical slope gradient for shallow gully initiation ranges from 15 to 20 degrees with an average of 18.2 degrees. Therefore, it is suggested that critical slope gradient for compulsory abandonment of farmland on the hilly Loess Plateau should be kept within the critical slope gradient for shallow gully initiation to prevent shallow gully formation in order to control soil loss more effectively. But as the first step, the cultivation on the slopes with slope larger than 25 degrees where the maximum erosion occurs should be strictly forbidden.

脂多糖—被动血凝试验早期诊断伤寒的价值

为评估脂多糖－被动血凝试验（ＬＰＳ－ＰＨＡ）早期诊断伤寒的应用价值,对病程不同的１０２例伤寒患者用ＬＰＳ－ＰＨＡ、肥达反应和细菌培养进行检测,２００例非伤寒发热患者作为对照。结果显示：伤寒患者病程第一周ＬＰＳ－ＰＨＡ阳性率为８０％（２４／３０）,第二周达９７７３％（４３／４４）;细菌培养阳性率２４５１％;肥达反应的伤寒与副伤寒鞭毛抗体交叉阳性率达３７２５％;对照组ＬＰＳ－ＰＨＡ有２％的假阳性。结果表明：ＬＰＳ－ＰＨＡ可早期、简便及快速诊断伤寒,有较高的敏感性和特异性。     

Genomic organization of EDSV strain AA-2

The genomic organization of egg drop syndrome virus strain AA-2 isolated in China is reported here. The genome was found to be 32 838 bp in length, approximately 2 kb shorter than those of the human subgenus C adenoviruses. Analysis of open reading frames indicated that the genes for major viral structural proteins (55 K, Penton base, pⅦ, pⅩ, pⅥ, Hexon, 100 K, pⅧ and Fiber), as well as EP, DNA polymerase and ⅣaⅡ are present in the expected locations in the genome. EDSV possesses no identifiable E3 and E4 regions and most proteins encoded by E3 and E4 regions of other adenoviruses genome were not presented in EDSV.     

Determination of tectonic background for sedimentary basin from sandstone geochemistry

The chemical composition of sedimentary rocks is mainly controlled by source rocks. Through examining chemical composition of terrigenous rocks, the tectonic evolution of a sedimentary basin can be modeled. The Turpan Basin belongs to a continental sedimentary basin and its source rocks are derived from the upper continental crust.     

多晶3C-SiC薄层的淀积生长及结构性能分析

采用ＨＦＣＶＤ生长法,以较低生长温度,在Ｓｉ（１１１）衬底上淀积３Ｃ－ＳｉＣ（１１１）薄层。用ＸＲＤ、ＶＡＳＥ、ＸＰＳ等分析手段研究了薄层的结构、光学常数、组分及化学键等性能。ＸＲＤ显示薄层具有明显的择优取向特征。ＶＡＳＥ测量出薄层的折射率为２．６８６,光学常数随深度的变化曲线反映出薄层的多层结构。ＸＰＳ深度剖面曲线表明薄层中Ｓｉ／Ｃ原子比符合ＳｉＣ的理想化学计量比,其能谱证明Ｃ１ｓ与Ｓｉ２ｐ成键形成具有闪锌矿结构的３Ｃ－ＳｉＣ。     

活塞数控系统控制软件的设计

介绍了中凸变椭圆活塞数控车削系统的构成及特点、活塞加工原理、控制软件的设计等项内容。汽车发动机活塞的形状复杂,传统的靠模加工法柔性差,不能满足现在汽车类型多样化、产品更新换代快的要求。本文所介绍的数控系统很好地解决了这一问题,它采用多级ＣＰＵ的控制方法和多层次模块化的软件设计思想,很好地满足了活塞加工的要求,并且具有功能强大、界面友好、活塞设计数据的输入和修改方便、柔性好等特点。该系统现已通过了工厂７２ｈ考机,并形成了正式产品。     

美东地区罗德河流域地下水中铝形态分布的化学平衡模式计算

美东地区的罗德河流域遭受着严重的酸沉降侵蚀．在酸性条件下,铝从土壤中大量溶解并迁移到水环境中．地表水中升高的铝浓度对鱼类产生毒害,监测地表水和土壤水中的铝形态及浓度变化已成为问题的关键．本文报导了用化学平衡模式计算法分析美东地区罗德河流域地下水中的铝形态分布,获得了有价值的结论
