Solution self-assembly, spontaneous deprotonation, and crystal structures of bipyrazolate-bridged metallomacrocycles with dimetal centers

A series of nanosized cavity-containing bipyrazolate-bridged metallomacrocycles with dimetal centers, namely, {[(bpy)M]8L4}(NO3)8 [L=3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl-4,4'-bipyrazolyl, Pd, Pt; 1,4-bis-4'-(3',5'-dimethyl)-pyrazolylbenzene), Pd; and 1,4-bis-4'-(3',5'-dimethyl)-pyrazolylbiphenyl, Pd], {[(phen)M]8L4}(NO3)8 [L=3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl-4,4'-bipyrazolyl, Pd, Pt; 1,4-bis-4'-(3',5'-dimethyl)-pyrazolylbenzene, Pd; and 1,4-bis-4'-(3',5'-dimethyl)-pyrazolylbiphenyl, Pd], {[(bpy)Pd]6L3}(NO3)6 [L=1,4-bis-4'-(3',5'-dimethyl)-pyrazolylbenzene,], {[(phen)Pd]6L3}(NO3)6 [L=1,4-bis-4'-(3',5'-dimethyl)-pyrazolylbenzene,], {[(bpy)Pd]4L2}(NO3)4 [L=1,3-bis-4'-(3',5'-dimethyl)-pyrazolylbenzene, and 1,2-bis-4'-(3',5'-dimethyl)-pyrazolylbenzene,], and {[(phen)Pd]4L2}(NO3)4 [L=1,3-bis-4'-(3',5'-dimethyl)-pyrazolylbenzene, and 1,2-bis-4'-(3',5'-dimethyl)-pyrazolylbenzene,] (where bpy=2,2'-bipyridine and phen=1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized through a directed self-assembly approach that involves spontaneous deprotonation of the 1H-bipyrazolyl ligands in aqueous solution. These complexes, with weak Pd(II)...Pd(II) or Pt(II)...Pt(II) interactions, have been characterized by elemental analysis, 1H and 13C NMR, cold-spray ionization or electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, UV-visible spectroscopy, and luminescence spectroscopy. Complexes and have also been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.     

A new cucurbitane triterpenoid from Momordica charantia

One new cucurbitane-type triterpenoid saponin, 5b,19-epoxycucurbita-6,23-diene-3b,19,25-triol-3-O-b-D-allopyranoside (1), named momordicoside P was isolated from the fresh fruits of Momordica charantia. The structure of the saponin was elucidated byspectral methods, including 2D-NMR spectra.     

表面增强拉曼光谱研究以4,4''''-联吡啶为标记分子的免疫检测

通过表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)研究了标记分子4,4'-联吡啶在金溶胶上的吸附行为,并将其与山羊抗小鼠IgG结合,获得SERS标记免疫金溶胶.在固相基底上组装抗体,两者组装得到固相抗体-抗原-标记抗体“三明治”结构.在单组分和双组分体系中借助抗体上标记金纳米粒子所带的SERS信号达到免疫检测的目的.

Stereoselective Synthesis of α-Aminonitril on Glucose Templates

Both proteinogenic and non proteinogenic α-amino acids are of particular interest as constituents of peptide factors, peptidomimetics and antibiotics for the construction of modern selective drugs. [1] Furthemore, α-amino acid derivatives are interesting building units for chiral-pool syntheses of enantiomerically pure natural products. [2] Numerous efforts in modern organic synthesis are centered on the synthesis of enantiomerically pure α-amino acids. [3] During the past three decades efficient methods of asymmetric synthesis of α-amino acids have been developed; most of them are based on electrophilic transformations of organometallic intermediates. [4] Using the concept that the chirality of the carbohydrates can be exploited for diastereoselective reactions, Kunz and his cooperator had developed a Strecker synthesis with glycosyl amines as chiral auxiliaries. [5]     

4,4'-[(2,2-二苯乙烯)-1,1-双(4,1-亚苯基)]二吡啶的合成、表征及其聚集诱导发光性能研究

以提升学生的实验操作及创新能力为目的的综合化学实验，采用简单的2步法（缩合和Suzuki反应）合成了一种具有聚集诱导发光性能的化合物4，4'-[（2，2-二苯乙烯）-1，1-双（4，1-亚苯基）]二吡啶（简称2Py-TPE）。利用过滤、洗涤、萃取、干燥和柱层析等常用的有机分离操作手段对该化合物进行纯化；使用核磁共振仪、高分辨质谱仪、红外光谱仪及稳态瞬态荧光光谱仪对其进行结构表征和聚集诱导发光性能研究。该实验不仅可以促使学生了解以四苯乙烯衍生物为代表的聚集诱导发光材料的研究现状，而且能够培养学生的综合实验能力和科学探究能力。     

1→2 Migration and concurrent glycosidation of phenyl 1-thio-α-mannopyranosides via 2,3-O-cyclic dioxonium intermediates

Treatment of phenyl 2,3-O-cyclic ketene acetal- and 2,3-O-thionocarbonyl-1-thio-mannopyranosides with TMSOTf and MeOTf, respectively, gave the corresponding 2,3-O-cyclic dioxonium intermediates, which proceeded via 1→2 migration and concurrent glycosidation in the presence of alcohols to provide the corresponding 2-S-phenyl glycosides stereoselectively. While the former donors were too labile, the latter donors have proved superior for the present purpose. The X-ray crystallographic structures of phenyl 4-O-methyl-2,3-O-thiocarbonyl-1-thio-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (1), a typical donor for the present reaction, and its anomeric azide analogue (6), which could not undergo the present reaction under similar conditions, are provided.     

Photoredox‐Catalyzed Functionalization of Alkenes with Thiourea Dioxide: Construction of Alkyl Sulfones or Sulfonamides

Sulfonylation of alkenes through photoredox‐catalyzed functionalization of alkenes with thiourea dioxide under visible‐light irradiation is achieved. The reaction of alkenes, thiourea dioxide and electrophiles provides a green and efficient access to alkyl sulfones and sulfonamides. A broad reaction scope is presented with good functional group compatibility and excellent regioselectivity. A plausible mechanism involving a radical addition process with sulfur dioxide radical anion (SO₂^‐) derived from the oxidation of sulfur dioxide anion (SO₂^2–) is proposed, which is supported by fluorescence quenching experiments.     

Efficient synthesis of the hexasaccharide fragment of landomycin A: using phenyl 2,3-O-thionocarbonyl-1-thioglycosides as 2-deoxy-beta-glycoside precursors

[carbohydrate structure: see text] The beta-p-methoxyphenol hexadeoxysaccharide fragment of landomycin A was synthesized in a total of 33 steps and 0.5% overall yield starting from D-mannose and D-xylose, featuring the use of phenyl 2,3-O-thionocarbonyl-1-thioglycosides as 2-deoxy-beta-glycoside precursors.     

Theoretical Studies on the Abstraction Reaction of Atomic O（^3p） with Si2H6

The hydrogen abstraction reaction of O(^3P) with Si2H6 has been studied theoretially. Two transition states of ^3A″ and ^3A′ symmetries have been located for this abstraction reaction. Geometries have been optimized at the UMP2 leve with 6-311G (d) basis set. G3MP2 has been used for the final single-point energy calculation. The rate constants have been calculated over a wide temperature range of 200-3000K using canonical variational transition-state sheory (CVT) with small curvature tunneling effect(SCT). The calculated CVT/SCT rate constants match well with the experimental value.
