Molecular cloning and nucleotide sequence of classical swine fever virus strain Shimen

According to the previously published CSFV sequences, 18 paris of partially overlapping primers which span the entire genome of CSFV strain Shimen were designed and synthesized. Each cDNA fragment of strain Shimen was amplified by RT-PCR method from the anticoagulant blood of strain Shimen infected pig. The PCR fragments were cloned into pGEM-T vector respectively and sequenced. The results show that we have obtained the nucleotide sequence of strain Shimen. The viral RNA consists of 12 297 nucleotides including noncoding regions of 373 and 227 bases at the 5′ and 3′ end, respectively, and a single large open reading frame spanning 11 697 nucleotides in the middle, which encodes an amino acid sequence of 3 989 residues with a calculated molecular weight of 437.6×10³. 本文研究了碳化硅（SiC）作为保护渣熔速调节剂的特性及作用机理,研究表明,以SiC替代炭质材料可大大降低保护渣对超低碳钢连铸坯的增碳和渗碳量。     

关于傅科摆相对运动轨迹的讨论

根据傅科摆确定的起始条件,正确导出其轨迹方程,并用计算机画出其相对运动轨迹曲线。同时推证得摆锤在最大幅角位置时,其相对速度为零这一重要特征。

辽宁省千山地区豆科植物根瘤菌的调查

千山位于辽宁省的中部,其气候和地形地貌较为独特,豆科植物分布广泛。在１９９２年－１９９５年间,我们共采集３２株根瘤菌样品,包括９个属１３个种豆科植物。通过研究发现,根瘤菌与气候条件和地形地貌有很大的关系,为根瘤菌的资源调查和开发利用提供科学依据。     

蒜苔保鲜研究

本文通过对经ＧＡ处理及经ＧＡ和２,４－Ｄ共同处理的离体蒜苔在贮藏过程中水分、可溶性糖、纤维素含量的测定,得出经ＧＡ和２,４—Ｄ共同处理蒜苔保鲜效果较好,因为ＧＡ为可明显防止蒜苔衰老和抑制细胞内含物向珠蒜的转移及再利用;２,４－Ｄ可抑制珠蒜的形成．若同时密封袋装保鲜效果更好．     

某些非线性波动方程的解的爆破

本文探讨某些非线性波动方程于混合问题解的爆破性于高阶方程情形,籍引入一类“爆破因子Ｋ（ｕ,ｕｔ）”而得到某些新的结果,它扩充了（４）中对不同的非线性条件和初值条件的常见情形,主要结果是定理１与定理６。     

Spectroscopic studies on 2,3,4,5-tetraphenylpyrylium salts with and without silver (I)-bridged structures

Two novel phenylated pyrylium compounds, silver (I)-bridged 2,3,4,5-tetraphenylpyrylium perchlorate (P1) and its silver (I)-free pyrylium ligand (P2) were prepared from 1,2,3,4-tetraphenylcyclopentadiene to examine their spectroscopic behaviors. The UV/vis absorption and fluorescent emission spectra of P1 and P2, measured in three solvents (acetonitrile, dichloromethane and toluene), reveal that the photophysical behaviors are closely related to silver (I) fragment, and strongly dependent on solvent polarity. In polar acetonitrile, P1 displays longer absorption wavelength and much lower fluorescent emission intensity than P2, although they exhibit much similarity in shape. In contrast, in nonpolar toluene, while P2 shows an apparent absorption band at 338 nm, P1 displays a tail-like line without absorption band observed. All the spectra obtained indicate a better coplanarity and a stronger intra-molecular charge transfer in P1 due to the effect of silver (I) fragment. Additionally, the 1H NMR spectra of P1 and P2, which were recorded under the same conditions, indicate that the silver (I) fragment reinforces pyrylium ring's capacity to localize the formal positive charge within the heterocyclic ring.     

RAMAN STUDIES OF STRUCTURAL PHASE TRANSITION IN[n-C_(11)H_(28)NH_8]_2ZnCl_4

The perovskite type of compound [n-C_(11)H_(23)N_3]_2ZnCl_4(abr.C_(11)Zn)exhibits two solid-solid phasetransitions at T_(c1)=298.7 K and T_(c2)=360.1 K.A temperature dependence study of Raman spectra of C_(11)Znprovides the evidence of occurence of the structural phase transition related to the dynamics of thealkylammonium ions.The room temperature phase is ordered and contains the all-trans alkyl chains.Theintermediate temperature phase presents a partial conformational disorder and liquidlike state of allconformational disorder occurs at high-temperature phase.
