应用计算机进行优化配料,不仅可以免除人工配料烦琐的计算过程,同时可以降低原材料成本,保证产品质量,提高企业经济效益。为此开发了计算机优化配料软件,论述了它的基本原理和功能,并介绍了该软件应用实例。     

LF-CD-CC过程中钢液温度控制模型

在分析ＬＦ－ＶＤ－ＣＣ过程各阶段热平衡状况的基础上,开发了ＬＦ－ＶＤ－ＣＣ过程中钢液温度控制模型。用该模型模拟计算了ＬＦ－ＶＤ－ＣＣ过程的温度变化。结果表明,该模型对预报过程钢水温度,计算的命中率较高,可用于工业生产．     

Origin of immature sulfur-rich oil in Jianghan oil field

Chemical structure of immature sulfur-rich kerogen and composition of immature sulfur-rich crude oil in Jianghun oil field have been studied. In molecular level, crude oil differs from thermolysed and chemolysed products of kerogen but does resemble the bitumen in immature sulfur-rich source rock. Therefore, immature sulfur-rich oil may be derived from the expelling of bitumen rather than from thermal cracking of kerogen.     

Carbon isotope anomaly in marbles associated with eclogites from the Dabie Mountains

This is a report of carbon isotope anomaly in marbles associated with the UHP eclogites from the Dabie Mountains. The results place constraints on the degree of crust-mantle interaction during the UHP metamorphism.     

Molecular cloning and nucleotide sequence of classical swine fever virus strain Shimen

According to the previously published CSFV sequences, 18 paris of partially overlapping primers which span the entire genome of CSFV strain Shimen were designed and synthesized. Each cDNA fragment of strain Shimen was amplified by RT-PCR method from the anticoagulant blood of strain Shimen infected pig. The PCR fragments were cloned into pGEM-T vector respectively and sequenced. The results show that we have obtained the nucleotide sequence of strain Shimen. The viral RNA consists of 12 297 nucleotides including noncoding regions of 373 and 227 bases at the 5′ and 3′ end, respectively, and a single large open reading frame spanning 11 697 nucleotides in the middle, which encodes an amino acid sequence of 3 989 residues with a calculated molecular weight of 437.6×10³. 对１,３－二氯－２－丙醇的氧化反应进行了系统的研究,将８４％的硫酸溶液慢慢滴加到包含有１,３－二氯－２丙醇和重铬酸钠水溶液的反应容器中去,将体系保持在２４℃～２６℃拦反应６ｈ,反应完成后,过滤回收１,３－二氯丙酮粗品,粗品用冰水洗涤,然后通过蒸馏经可获得８０．４％的收率的１,３－二氯丙酮,这是一种合成１,３－二氯丙酮较好的工艺,这种工艺与同类文献介绍的方法比较目标产物收率提高１０％,而反应时间缩短     

云南楚雄市鸟类多样性的研究

对楚雄市鸟类栖息环境：即城市市区,城市绿化区,工矿区,农田耕作区,自然保护区的调查,共记录鸟类７２种,隶属于１３目２６科,总计１１４２只个体,并运用物种多样性测定法（Ｓｈａｎｎｏｎｗｅａｖｅｒ指数和Ｓｉｍｐｓｎ指数）评价各环境中鸟类多样性,讨论了有关鸟类物种多样性与栖息环境的关系及其与人类活动干扰程度的关系．     

盐酸米诺环素胶囊溶出度测定方法的改进

关于盐酸米诺环素胶囊溶出度测定方法和标准修订．采用紫外法,以水为溶剂,检测波长为（３４６±２）ｎｍ,在５～３０μｇ／ｍＬ浓度范围内有良好线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９９９）．平均回收率为（１００．６±０．５８）％,测定浓度为１５μｇ／ｍＬ．在此条件下可得准确的结果．     

利用RAPD标记鉴定芥菜(Brasica juncea Cos.)品种(英文)

从６０种１０ｂｐ随机引物中筛选出７种引物,对８个芥菜变种的１６个品种（每个变种有２个品种）进行了随机扩增多态性ＤＮＡ（ＲＡＰＤ）鉴定,能快速、灵敏、较为简便获得了１６个芥菜品种的基因组ＤＮＡ指纹图谱．结果表明,不同引物在１６个品种上都有其特征ＤＮＡ带,一般只有１条,少数有２条．在同１个变种的２个品种之间存在着丰富的ＲＡＰＤ标记,通过比较２个品种各自独具的ＲＡＰＤ标记,就可明确地将２个品种区分．在所用的７种引物中,没有１种能同时将８对芥菜品种全部区分开,但用２种或２种以上的引物就完全可以将８对芥菜品种全部区分开．
