高精度CCD尺寸自动检测系统的光学系统设计

介绍测量精度为±０．００３ｍｍ的ＣＣＤ尺寸检测系统的光学系统设计特点及远心物镜设计原理，并给出了测试结果。     

连铸小方坯的组织与性能研究

The hot cracking of the continuous casting bullit is connected with its macrostructure and mechanical property burnt. The macrostructure and the mechanical property of 0. 13 wt- %C continuous casting bullit was investigated. The results are as follows: 1) the classical representation of the casting bullit shows three distinct zones, a peripherial region of small equiaxed grains, a columnar zone, and a central equiaxed zone. The rapid increase of the under cooling layer thickness is the criterion of the transformation from the columnar zone to central equiaxed zone; 2) The hardness decreases with the reducing of the solidification speed; 3) The tensile strength decreases gradually from the peripherial equiaxed maximum principal strain zone to central equiaxed zone ,and increases with the drop of the temperature.     

高频单线圈双调谐NMR单晶探头的研制

本文报道了一种测角单晶NMR探头。该探头采用单线圃双调谐电路,工作频率在90MHz-110 MHz连续可调,可进行交叉极化大功率去耦实验。文中提出了一种简单而有效的测角装置,可使单晶绕三个互相垂直轴转动实现单晶的NMR测量。作为典型的应用例子,本文利用该探头实现了单晶DGO(2NH₂CH₂COOH·H₂C₂O₄)屏蔽张量的测量。     

四溴双酚A锑铝双金属化合物的合成及其阻燃性能

以四溴双酚Ａ（ＴＢＡ）合成了在水和空气中稳定的四溴双酚Ａ合锑铝双金属化合物（ＴＢＡＳＡ）．通过ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ和元素分析予以表征，并研究了其对聚乙烯（ＰＥ）和聚环氧乙烷（ＰＥＯ）的阻燃性能．结果表明，这种分子中含有溴、锑和铝的化合物，对聚乙烯和聚环氧乙烷等高聚物材料有高的阻燃性能与消烟效果．     

二硅烯及其相关分子的量子化学计算研究

使用密度泛函法、MP2法和考虑组态相关作用的QCISD和CCD法,对重主族双键化合物二硅烯、二锗烯等进行了优化构型的量子化学计算.计算结果表明,H2X=XH2(X=Si,Ge,Sn,Pb)型分子均为非平面反式弯曲几何构型,亚甲基XH2的基态为单线态.利用计算的"单线态-三线态"能量差ΔEST和双键键能Eσ π分析并解释了非平面反式弯曲几何构型的形成条件和标题物中双键的相对强度.     

平衡规划问题的熵函数方法及其在混合交通流中的应用

将参变极值问题的极大熵函数方法应用到求解平衡规划问题中,通过先验分布信息和Kullback熵概念,给出了平衡规划问题基于Kullback熵表示的熵函数求解方法,并将平衡规划的极大熵函数方法应用于求解混合交通平衡分配问题．     

Solvothermal Synthesis of Molybdenum Disulfide Hollow Spheres Modified by Cyanex 301 in Water–Ethanol Medium

Hollow spherical molybdenum disulfide has been successfully synthesized via a solvothermal method using Cyanex 301 as sulfur source and modification agent. The hollow spheres are characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and Energy-Dispersive X-ray analysis. The influences of reaction conditions are also discussed while a mechanism is proposed to explain the formation of the peculiar morphology.     

Dimensional variation in production of high-aspect-ratio micro-pillars array by micro powder injection molding

Micro powder injection molding (μPIM) is one of the potential processes for the mass production of metallic microstructures and micro components. Here, μPIM is the miniaturization of conventional PIM, which involves four processing steps: mixing, injection molding, debinding and sintering. This paper looks into the feasibility and effectiveness of μPIM as a key mass production process for the fabrication of metallic micro components. For it to be an effective re-production process, it is imperative to examine how well parts can be duplicated/fabricated from a master mold. In this work, the dimensional variation of high-aspect-ratio micro-pillars arrays, in particular the dimensional shrinkage, global warpage, and surface roughness at each stage of the μPIM process for a range of molding pressures, are quantified and compared in detail. The sensitivity of the dimensional variation of the microstructures to the packing pressure is reported. The mechanism behind the dimensional variation is analyzed. 试就猝死病例谈中老年教职工保健工作

本文报告5例心性猝死(3例为冠心病性猝死),年龄为39—69岁。认为冠心病是中老年教职工猝死的主要原因,因而提出学校对他们的保健重点应放在防治冠心病上。     

Effect of Al content on the properties of Cr1−xAlxC films prepared by RF reactive magnetron sputtering

Cr_1−xAl_xC films were deposited on high-speed steel by RF reactive magnetron sputtering. In this study, we aimed to identify the effect of the Al content on the properties of Cr_1−xAl_xC films. We found that Cr_1−xAl_xC films exhibited a fine columnar grain microstructure with some special characteristics, such as high hardness of Hv 1426, a low friction coefficient of 0.29, and a large contact angle of 90° for x = 0.18. Furthermore, an increase in Al content resulted in a decrease in film hardness and an increase in contact angle. Moreover, on annealing at 923 K, the mechanical properties of the films improved and a dense protective film of complex Cr₂O₃ and Al₂O₃ oxides was formed on the surface for better wear resistance, which will ultimately increase the lifetime of the high-speed steel substrate.
