Eu2-xPbxRu2O7中的金属-绝缘体相变和自旋玻璃态行为

通过对Eu2-xPbxRu2O7(x=0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0和1.8)系列样品的结构、电阻和磁化率的观测,结果发现,随着Pb替代浓度x值的增加,样品的电阻率逐渐减小,系统在x=0.8附近发生了金属-绝缘体(M-I)相变;Ru4+的局域磁矩及其自旋玻璃冻结温度TG也随之降低. 在该体系中,Pb2+对Eu3+的部分替代使样品中载流子浓度增加,Pb的6p能带与Ru 4d电子的T2g能带混合,能带得以拓宽,Ru 4d电子的巡游性增强,导致该体系物性的系列变化.     

HEp-2细胞MPM-2磷蛋白的蛋白质组学分析

MPM-2磷蛋白家族成员在有丝分裂进程中起着重要作用．为了从MPM-2磷蛋白家族层面入手研究细胞周期调控中磷蛋白的重要作用，以人上皮样喉癌细胞株HEp-2为细胞模型，运用双向电泳、免疫印迹以及质谱技术等蛋白质组学的方法对其细胞抽提物中的部分MPM-2磷蛋白进行了分析鉴定，初步确定了乙二醛酶(GlyoxalaseⅠ)、真核翻译起始因子(eIF4B)以及核质蛋白NPM等MPM-2特异识别的细胞磷蛋白，这将有助于进一步研究MPM2磷蛋白家族成员在细胞周期调控中的重要作用．     

￣（45）Ca跨膜流动测定技术用于中药钙拮抗作用的研究

应用￣（４５）Ｃａ跨膜流动测定技术研究钙拮抗剂ｖｅｒａｐａｍｉｌ、中药西红花（ＣｒｏｃｕｓＳａｔｉｖｕｓＬ．）、“地奥心血康”（ＤＡＸＸＫ）、川红花（ＣａｒｔｈａｍｕｓｔｉｎｃｔｏｒｉｕｓＬ．）及银杏叶（ＧｉｎｋｇｏｂｉｌｏｂａＬ．）等对大鼠主动脉￣（４５）Ｃａ跨膜内流的作用，以确定其对细胞膜Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道影响。实验结果表明：西红花、川红花、ＤＡＸＸＫ对平滑肌细胞膜上电压依赖Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道（ＰＤＣ）和受体操纵Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道（ＲＯＣ）都有阻滞作用，并以西红花的阻滞作用最强；而银杏叶对细胞膜Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道无阻滞作用。     

K2O-ZnO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2系掺Cr3+透明莫来石微晶玻璃的研究

采用了X射线衍射、透射电镜和吸收光谱及荧光光谱技术研究了K2O－ZnO-Al2O3-B2O3－SiO2系掺Cr^3 玻璃的析晶性能和光谱。研究结果表明：在K2O－Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2系掺Cr^3 玻璃的基础上引入ZnO后，析晶性能明显改善；析晶温度降低，析出的纳米莫来石微晶均匀、规则；微晶玻璃的发光强度明显增强。     

Use of zwitterionic buffer additives to improve the separation of proteins in capillary zone electrophoresis

In CZE, the adsorption of the proteins on the capillary wall is a common problem. This paper describes the simple method of utilizing zwitterionic buffer additives to improve the separation of proteins in untreated fused silica capillaries at neutral pH. Three kinds of zwitterion are evaluated in the separation of acidic, neutral, and basic proteins, including their effect on protein efficiency, mobility, separation, and resolution; the difference between the effects of the different additives are also highlighted. The method has proved to be a possible means of reducing protein adsorption, especially for basic proteins.

Intramammary expression and therapeutic effect of a human lysozyme-expressing vector for treating bovine mastitis

To develop a gene therapy strategy for treating bovine mastitis, a new mammary-specific vector containing human lysozyme (hLYZ) cDNA and kanamycin resistance gene was constructed for intramammary expression and clinical studies. After one time acupuncture or intracisternal infusion of healthy cows with 400 μg of the p215C3LYZ vector, over 2.0 μg/ml of rhLYZ could be detected by enzymatic assay for about 3 weeks in the milk samples. Western blotting showed that rhLYZ secreted into milk samples from the vector-injected cows had molecular weight similar to that of the natural hLYZ in human colostrums. Twenty days after the primary injection, the quarters were re-injected with the same vector by quarter acupuncture and even higher concentrations of rhLYZ could be detected. Indirect competitive ELISA of milk samples showed that the vector injection did not induce detectable humoral immune response against hLYZ. Clinical studies showed that twice acupuncture of quarters with the p215C3LYZ vector had overt therapeutic effect on clinical and subclinical mastitis previously treated with antibiotics, including disappearance of clinical symptoms and relatively high microbiological cure rates. These data provide a solid rationale for using the vector to develop gene therapy for treating bovine mastitis.

微分电位溶出法测定酒中痕量铅

本文研究了测定酒中痕量铅的微分电位溶出法。该法检测下限为0.1ug·L~(-1)pb,在0～10ug·L~(-1)浓度范围内有良好线性关系,用于酒中痕量铅的直接测定,其相对标准偏差小于4.5%,回收率为98.5～103%,结果令人满意。     

The 3-D FEL pulse propagation equation: An analytical treatment in the low-gain and small-signal regime

Summary In this paper we show that the transverse mode evolution of a FEL operating with short pulses can be treated, in the small-signal and low-gain regime, using a relatively simple mathematical technique leading to a potentially fast numerical algorithm. We also point out that analytical solutions can be obtained for the cases where the slippage length is small compared to the longitudinal bunch length.
