蛋白质组学技术在动物科学中的研究进展

蛋白质组学在后基因组时代以其独特的角度和重要的作用已成为生命科学领域研究的热点内容。动物科学作为生命科学的一个重要分支,其相关研究对人类的生活有着重要意义。为了系统地了解和展望蛋白质组学技术在动物科学中的研究进展,综述了蛋白质组学的概念及其相关技术,归纳和评析了近年来蛋白质组学在动物繁殖、营养、遗传育种和疾病防治方面的研究现状。     

IRS辅助WPCN用户公平性与系统吞吐量优化方案

为了解决无线供电网（wireless powered communication network,WPCN）中用户公平性不足与系统灵活性差的问题,提出一种基于智能反射面（intelligent reflecting surface,IRS）的优化方案。该方案直接将公平指数（fairness index,FI）和系统吞吐量加权相加作为优化目标,建立了用户公平性与系统吞吐量的联合优化问题。由于所建立的优化问题是非凸问题,因此,将优化问题拆分为时隙长度和IRS反射系数优化子问题,然后交替求解。针对时隙长度优化子问题,使用逐次凸逼近（successive convex approximation,SCA）算法求解;针对IRS反射系数优化子问题,使用闭式解、SCA和半定松弛（semi definite relaxation,SDR）算法求解。仿真结果表明,所提方案在用户公平性和系统灵活性方面优于其他方案。     

气候对安徽中药材产业经济影响分析——基于经济气候模型

通过考虑气候和经济社会因素,将气候因素与函数综合考虑并进行分析,构建“经济气候”模型,分析并得出气候因素对安徽省中药材产业影响程度,利用所构建BP神经网络模型,分析数据,对气象因素对中药材产业的影响结果进行预测。通过分析安徽省气候变化的特点与方向,确定气候因素对中药材产业的影响程度,为中药材产业发展提供一定的数据分析支撑,为有针对性的管理中药材产业提供方法与数据基础,同时对降低严重气象灾害对中药材生产带来的负面作用具有一定的理论与实践意义。     

非对称碰撞约束下形状记忆合金梁的随机响应与分岔

形状记忆合金(SMA)是二十一世纪具有形状记忆效应的新型智能材料.针对具有非对称约束的SMA梁,本文构造了碰撞振动系统.在无碰撞和有碰撞两种情况下,利用随机平均法给出了近似解析结果.数值模拟作为验证解析结果的工具.结果表明,系统能量的概率响应曲线具有非光滑特性.当约束位置发生变化时,系统会出现随机P分岔和D分岔.     

新型尾式硫代苯并噻唑基卟啉化合物的合成与表征

通过不对称的单羟基卟啉化合物、溴代烷烃和巯基苯并噻唑合成了一系列新型硫代苯并噻唑基尾式卟啉化合物, 并采用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱、质谱和元素分析对卟啉化合物的结构进行了表征.     

高效液相色谱氮杂冠醚键合固定相的合成及性能研究

CHARACTERIZATION OF AMPHIPHILIC AND MICROPHASE SEPARATED GRAFT COPOLYMERS Ⅱ SURFACE CHARACTERIZATION AND IN VITRO BLOOD-COMPATIBILITY ASSESSMENT OF POLYSTYRENE-GRAFT-ω-STEARYLPOLY (ETHYLENE OXIDE)*

This paper reported the research results concerning the surface characterization ofpolystyrene-graft-w-stearyl poly(ethylene oxide) (PS-g-SPEO) by means of XPS,contactangle measurement and TEM, and its in vitro blood compatibility assessment by measuringthe plasma recalcification time (RT) and partial thromboplastin time (PTT). The XPSresults demonstrated that the surface and bulk composition of the PS-g-SPEO graftcopolymers differ remarkably from each other,and that SPEO component was constantlyenriched at the copolymer/air interface. Contact angle studies indicated that the surfacewater wettability can be adjusted effectively by changing the composition of the copolymer.PS-g-SPEO graft copolymers can undergo microphase separation as clearly illustrated byTEM photographs. The relationship between the surface properties of PS-g-SPEO graftcopolymer and its blood compatibility was also discussed.     

K＋I~2→K^+＋I~2^-离子对生成反应态－态几率与 选态截面的量子散射理论研 究

本文用Miller的-矩阵变分法在Aten-Lanting-Los两态势能面上计算了K＋I~2→K^+＋I~2^-电离反应的态－态几率和选态反应截面,结果表明了低电离阈能、几率的振荡行为及振动增强效应;电离截面随碰撞能及I~2振动量子数的变化规律与实验预测相吻合;讨论了反应机理。     

SYNTHESIS OF POLY ( ETHER-URETHANE) CONTAINING PENDANT AMINO GROUP

This paper is concerned with the synthesis of poly (ether-urethane) with pendant amino groups. The copolyether produced by ring opening copolymerization of tetrahydrofuran and epibromohydrin was treated with sodium azide in dimethylformamide to form azido substituted copolyether. The poly (ether-urethane) made from it was subjected to reduction reaction to convert azido group to amino group. The stress-strain behavior and dynamic-mechanical properties of poly (ether-urethane) containing pendant amino groups were studied.     

Octa-membered Water Ring Chain Based on Sulfonic Group in Ni（Ⅱ） Complex with 2-[（E）-（2-Oxidophenyl）methyleneamino] Ethanesulfonato and 2,2＇-Bipyridinyl

The title compound, [Ni（tssb）（2,2-bipy）2].5（H2O） 1 （tssbH2 =2-[（E）-（2-oxido- phenyl）methyleneamino]ethanesulfonato, 2,2-bipy = 2,2＇-bipyridinyl）, belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a = 20.3983（18）, b = 17.6929（15）, c = 17.0897（15） nm, V= 6167.8（9） nm^3, Mr= 688.38, Z = 8, De = 1.481 g.cm^-3, F（000） = 2880,μ = 0.758 mm-1 and S =1.099. Each NiIr atom is six-coordinated by one N and one O atoms from one tssb^2- anion and four N atoms from two 2,2-bipy ligands to give a distorted octahedral geometry. Noticeably, there exists a rare octa-mem- bered water ring which presents a 1D chain by sulfonic group.
