An innovative cancer therapy strategy regarding the interface engineering of kaolinite has been designed. The exposed silanol group facilitates more guest species with high dispersion on the supports. Mn_3O_4 magnetic nanoparticles are uniformly distributed on external surfaces of the Kaolin_(C12N)with the Al–O–Mn bond for the detection of the tumor microenvironment by T1-MRI; Doxorubicin(DOX) are loaded in the interlayer space with the electrostatic interaction for chemo-treating; and KI is coated on the outer layer of the nanocomposites based on the electrostatic interaction for thyroid cancer targeting. The synergetic effects and the treatment mechanism enhanced by the interface engineering, KI@DOX-Mn_3O_4-Kaolin_(C12N)can cause remarkably low cell viability(57%, 200 μg/mL), tumor shrinking(75%, 20 μg/kg), and accumulation into the tumor tissues. The novel kaolinite based drug delivery system is expected to incorporate imaging diagnosis, targeted therapy and drug delivery into one single system for postoperative residual thyroid cancer treatment and observation for metastasis of focal area.  相似文献

In this study, we investigate the modulation of energy band in 3D self-assembled nanomembranes containing GaAs/Al0.26Ga0.74As quantum wells (QWs). Photoluminescence (PL) characterizations demonstrate that the self-assembled structures have different optical transition properties and the modulation of the energy band is thus realized. Detailed spectral analyses disclose that the small strain change in structures with different curvatures cannot cause remarkable change in energy bands in Al0.26Ga0.74As layer. On the other hand, the optical transitions of GaAs QW layer is influenced by the strain evolution in term of light emission intensity. We also find the first order Stark effect in rolled-up nanomembrane with diameter of 150 μm, which is closely connected with the coupling effect between the deformation potential and the piezoelectric potential. Our work may pave a way for the fabrication of high performance rolled-QW infrared photo-detectors.  相似文献

This paper describes the effect of solvent-induced synthetic routes of aluminium pendant oxazoline-amido-phenolate complexes. Treatment of ligand precursor L with AlMe3 in a 1:1 ratio in diethyl ether yielded the four-coordinated complex (LAlMe)2. Reaction of ligand precursor L with AlMe3 in a 1:2 ratio in hexane generated the four-coordinated complex L(AlMe2)2. A novel transformation mode occurred from L(AlMe2)2 to (LAlMe)2 when using diethyl ether or tetrahydrofuran as solvent. A density functional theory computational study also supports a plausible mechanism. All results were supported by spectroscopic data and in agreement with single-crystal X-ray diffraction structural analysis.  相似文献

A series of NiMnTi mixed metal oxides (Ni/Mn-TiO2, Mn/NiTi-LDO and TiO2/NiMn-LDO, NiMnTi-LDO) were synthesized via different assembling methods and evaluated in the selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3(NH3-SCR). As the results presented, catalysts via diverse assembling methods of LDHs templates afforded different catalytic denitrification (DeNOx) performance, which might be related to the exposure degree of active constituents and the interaction intensity between metal components. Noticeably, compared with Ni/Mn-TiO2, Mn/NiTi-LDO and TiO2/NiMn-LDO catalysts, the NiMnTi-LDO catalyst deriving from one step in-situ method NiMnTi-LDH precursor template exhibited the most desirable performance at temperature window of 150–360 °C in NH3-SCR (above 90% NOx conversion with 95% N2 selectivity). The specific structure and property of samples were correlated by means of a series of characterizations, where the results indicated that NiMnTi-LDO possessed the highest surface area, the strongest redox ability, the most abundant acid amount and the best dispersion.  相似文献

Isobenzofulvene species are versatile synthons in organic chemistry, which have been employed in diverse challenging higher-order cycloaddition reactions. Here, the first chemoselective and asymmetric cross [10+2] cycloaddition reaction between activated 2-alkylidene-1-indanones and a variety of electron-deficient alkenes has been developed, relying on the in situ generation of dearomative 1-hydroxyl isobenzofulvene anion intermediates under the catalysis of a newly designed bulky cinchona-derived phase-transfer compound. An array of fused frameworks with multifunctionalities were generally furnished in excellent diastereo- and enantioselectivity, even at 1 mol % catalyst loadings.  相似文献
