Optimized Pump Power Ratio on 2nd Order Pumping Discrete Raman Amplifier

By optimizing pump power ratio between 1st order backward pump and 2nd order forward pump on discrete Raman amplifier, we demonstrated over 2dB noise figure improvement without excessive non-linearity degradation.     

Simple Entanglement Measure for Multipartite Pure States

A simple entanglement measure for multipartite pure states is formulated based on the partial entropy of a series of reduced density matrices. Use of the proposed new measure to distinguish disentangled, partially entangled, and maximally entangled multipartite pure states is illustrated.     

A diode-pumped passively Q-switched Nd:GdVO4 laser with a GaAs saturable absorption

We have demonstrated a passively Q-switched operation of Nd:GdVO₄ laser in which a GaAs crystal is used as the saturable absorber for the first time as far as we know. A maximum average output power of 1.64 W was obtained at an incident pump power of 12 W, the corresponding optical conversion efficiency and peak power were 13.7% and 116.8 W, respectively. The maximum peak energy obtained in the experiment by 50% transmission couple was 19 μJ.     

Division and <Emphasis Type="Italic">k</Emphasis>-th root theorems for <Emphasis Type="Italic">Q</Emphasis>-manifolds

We prove that a locally compact ANR-space X is a Q-manifold if and only if it has the Disjoint Disk Property (DDP), all points of X are homological Z _∞-points and X has the countable-dimensional approximation property (cd-AP), which means that each map f: K → X of a compact polyhedron can be approximated by a map with the countable-dimensional image. As an application we prove that a space X with DDP and cd-AP is a Q-manifold if some finite power of X is a Q-manifold. If some finite power of a space X with cd-AP is a Q-manifold, then X ² and X × [0, 1] are Q-manifolds as well. We construct a countable family χ of spaces with DDP and cd-AP such that no space X ∈ χ is homeomorphic to the Hilbert cube Q whereas the product X × Y of any different spaces X, Y ∈ χ is homeomorphic to Q. 多孔硅制备过程中B,P杂质原子的作用

采用DV-Xα方法对多孔硅形成过程中位于表层的B和P杂质原子的作用进行研究,结果表明位于顶层硅原子层中的B和P杂质原子均可削弱其邻近的Si-Si键强度,因而可能导致出现腐蚀的突破点,再通过分析杂质对表面区势场的改变,可以认为位于顶层硅原子层中的B杂质原子产生腐蚀的突破点的可能性更大。 关键词：

本文介绍了在集群动通信中，运用动态帧长ＡＬＯＨＡ信令技术解决信道共用中停产碰撞问题的原理，并具体介绍了ＭＰＴ－１３２７协议的接续原理，特点，信息格式及呼吊建立过程和举例，文中还对动态帧长的算法作了简介。     

聊城地区旅游资源及其开发利用

聊城地区历史悠久，旅游资源丰富，但旅游事业起步晚，开发利用不够．为此，本文在分析聊城地区旅游资源的功能和分布的基础上，①对旅游资源的特色进行了初步评价，进而提出开发聊城地区游资源的几点设想．     

Ga1-xInxAs/InAsyP1-y/InP异质结的MOCVD生长及表征

Ga1-xInxAs(x>0.53)材料是未来长距离低损耗光纤通信的理想光源材料和探测器材料之一.我们采用水平常压MOCVD系统,在InP衬底上成功地生长了Ga1-xInxAs(x>0.53)/InAsyP1-y/Inp异质结材料.其中InAs1-yPy为组份阶梯变化的多层结构.由样品的(400)面X光衍射结果测定了各层组份.由二次离子质谱(SIMS)得到了样品剖面组份变化结果,证明InAs1-yPy层组份为阶梯状变化的.通过对光致发光结果和X光衍射结果比较,可以看到,InAsyP1-y层通过位错和弹性畸变二种方式来释放或积累Ga1-xInxAs与InP间的失配应力,从而减少了Ga1-xInxAs中的失配位错.有效地改善了Ga1-xInxAs的质量.已获得了x高达0.94表面光亮的Ga1-xInxAs/InAs1-yPy/InP异质结材料.     

煤颗粒燃烧破碎特性及其分数维理论

本文采用激光衍射法和光学显微计算机图像系统及自行开发的软件,测量了三个典型煤在快速加热初期燃烧、等温加热燃烧和火焰燃烧方式的颗粒尺寸,运用分数维理论,建立了煤燃烧颗粒破碎理论,实验和理论研究揭示了煤燃烧中颗粒尺寸变化的本质,理论计算和实验结果符合良好。
