Degree distribution of the greatest common divisor of polynomials over 𝔽q

We study the degree distribution of the greatest common divisor of two or more random polynomials over a finite field ??_q. We provide estimates for several parameters like number of distinct common irreducible factors, number of irreducible factors counting repetitions, and total degree of the gcd of two or more polynomials. We show that the limiting distribution of a random variable counting the total degree of the gcd is geometric and that the distributions of random variables counting the number of common factors (with and without repetitions) are very close to Poisson distributions when q is large. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Influence of focusing depth on the microfabrication of waveguides inside silica glass by femtosecond laser direct writing

We studied the influence of focusing depth on the index change threshold and damage threshold of silica glass irradiated by a focused 120 fs laser beam. Both thresholds increased with the focusing depth. The aspect ratio of the waveguide cross section can be selected by changing the focusing depth. A 5 mm long waveguide was written at the depth of 2100 μm, which was single mode at 632.8 nm and exhibited propagation loss of 0.56 dB/cm. The refractive index change was calculated to be ∼2.47×10^-3. The influence of the focusing depth should be considered in multi-layer devices as shown in the fabrication of a 3×3 waveguide array. 显微组织对NdFeB磁体β（iHc）的影响

研究了显微组织对ＮｄＦｅＢ磁体ｉＨｃ及β（ｉＨｃ）的影响，对ＮｄｘＦｅ９３－ｘＢ７磁体，ｘ从１６增加到２８时，Ｈｃ增加了５５％，β（ｉＨｃ）降低了约１１％；进一步优化显微组织，增加富Ｎｄ晶间相，减弱晶粒间的磁耦合作用及消除晶粒表面的高退磁场区域，不仅可提高磁体的矫顽力，亦可显著改善其矫顽力温度系数。     

氯化铝工业生产中几个工艺技术问题的探讨

矩孔金属光栅矢量模式理论的数值计算

根据矩孔金属光栅的矢量模式理论，计算了不同入射方向，波长及偏振态情况下衍射场的分布，研究了不同光栅结构对衍射效率，偏振态变化的影响；同时，根据实际需要，加工制作了一批不同深度的矩孔光栅样品，进行了实验测量，并将计算值与实验值进行了比较，两者基本相符。

确立实验技术人员的地位和作用,加强对其综合素质进行培养;努力改善实验教学环境和条件,建立完善的制度,是高等医学院校物理实验室建设管理的重要环节.本文结合我校实际谈一些体会.     

The magnetic properties of Be-codoped GaMnN grown via molecular beam epitaxy

GaMnN and Be-codoped GaMnN were grown via molecular beam epitaxy using a single GaN precursor and their structural and magnetic properties were examined. X-ray diffraction and superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) measurements revealed that the grown layers are homogeneous without precipitates. The saturation magnetization of GaMnN has increased from ∼4 to ∼16 emu/cm³ via codoping of Be. The d–d exchange interaction between Mn atoms was discussed for the ferromagnetism of GaMnN.     

Effect of γ-ray irradiation on the magnetic properties of NdFeB and Fe–Cr–Co permanent magnets

The effect of γ-ray irradiation on the magnetic properties of NdFeB and Fe–Cr–Co permanent magnets has been investigated. The magnetic flux loss of two kinds of magnets before and after irradiation was measured. Results show that the effect of γ-ray irradiation on the magnetic properties of sintered NdFeB is not so obvious as that on Fe–Cr–Co magnet. Irradiation-induced damage from γ-ray for the Fe–Cr–Co magnets was characterized for the first time. The decline of permanent magnetic properties of Fe–Cr–Co magnet induced by γ-ray irradiation is reversible except for the maximum energy product (BH)_max. The difference of coercivity mechanism between these two kinds of permanent magnets is responsible for the different dependence of magnetic properties loss induced by γ-ray irradiation.     

溅射功率对多层膜质量的影响

用磁控溅射技术制备薄膜，用X射线衍射研究在基片和靶间距离固定的情况下不同的溅射功率对薄膜结构的影响。结果表明：过低的溅射功率下淀积的薄膜有畸变的X射线衍射特征峰，特征峰强度小，半峰全宽大。而比较高溅射功率得到的薄膜有比较尖锐的X射线衍射特征峰，强度高和半峰全宽非常窄。研究表明，X射线衍射特征峰强度小和半峰全宽大的薄膜结构疏松，而强度高和半峰全宽非常窄的薄膜结构致密。
