维生素D是一种对于维持人体健康具有重要作用的脂溶性维生素,25-羟基维生素D是其在人体内循环和存储的主要形式。食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D前处理的通常采用碱皂化、有机溶剂提取、固相萃取或者半制备色谱净化;其测定方法多为放射免疫法和液相色谱法。液相色谱串联质谱凭借高灵敏度和高准确度,目前在食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D测定中发挥重要作用。近年来二维液相色谱和超高效超临界流体色谱由于其强大的分离能力,在食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D的分析中表现出强大的潜力。该文综述了近年来食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D的检测方法及二者在动物食品和植物食品中的含量分布研究,以期为建立适合不同食物样品的测定方法,指导居民合理膳食,进行膳食摄入量评估等研究工作提供参考。 相似文献

不同干燥过程对超细TiO2粉体性质的影响 总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12
考察了采用不同干燥工艺制备的TiO2粉体在粒子形貌、颗粒大小与分布、晶相组成以及比表面积和孔结构等织构和结构性质方面的差异。结果表明,利用常规的干燥方法,由水凝胶脱水所得的颗粒,颗粒间严重团聚,颗粒粒径大且分布不均匀,比表面积和孔体积最小;由醇凝胶直接脱水,则可以显著提高粉体的织构性能.而采用超临界流体干燥法则可以进一步提高粉体的性能,比表面积由水凝胶的4.88m2·g-1增大到113.8m2·g-1,提高了近30倍;孔体积由0.027cm3·g-1增大到0.41cm3·g-1.大约提高了15倍;而且其能够有效地防止粒子间的团聚,较好地保持了湿凝胶的网络结构,使颗粒尺寸降低且分布均匀,可重复性好. 相似文献

用25 ns脉冲Nd-YAG 532 nm的激光,在1010~1011 W•cm-2的光场强度下,利用飞行时间质谱对He、 N2、Ar载气条件下苯的激光电离过程进行了研究.发现当利用氩作为载气时,除观察到C2+、C2H2+、C3H3+、C6H6+离子外,还观察到很强的Cq+(q=1~3)高价离子.这些离子都有很高的平动能, C2+的最可几平动能为12.9 eV, C3+为37.5 eV.通过改变载气种类和压力及在不同光场强度条件下的实验,可以认为这些高价离子来源于含苯团簇的库仑爆炸过程. 相似文献

正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,在碱性条件下制备含有无定形SiO2颗粒的溶胶,以甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)在酸性条件下获得聚甲基硅氧链,二者混合后应用同步辐射X射线进行混合溶胶的SAXS散射强度测定,计算了溶胶的平均回转半径、平均粒径、两相界面层厚度、散射体体积分数、两相间比表面积等参数,辅以光子相关光谱法(PCS)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观测溶胶粒度,证实SiO2颗粒被MTES混合物连接成族团.实验发现所测混合溶胶样品均表现出对Porod定理的负偏离,说明溶胶中颗粒与溶剂之间存在很明显的两相间界面层. 相似文献

This research investigated a novel process to prepare polyester from corn stover through liquefaction and crosslinking processes.
First, corn stover was liquefied in organic solvents (90 wt% ethylene glycol and 10 wt% ethylene carbonate) with catalysts
at moderate temperature under atmospheric pressure. The effect of liquefaction temperature, biomass content, and type of catalyst,
such H2SO4, HCl, H3PO4, and ZnCl2, was evaluated. Higher liquefaction yield was achieved in 2 wt% sulfuric acid, 1/4 (w/w) stover to liquefying reagent ratio;
160°C temperature, in 2h. The liquefied corn stover was rich in polyols, which can be directly used as feedstock for making
polymers without further separation or purification. Second, polyester was made from the liquefied corn stover by crosslinking
with multifunctional carboxylic acids and/or cyclic acid anhydrides. The tensile strength of polyester is about 5 MPa and
the elongation is around 35%. The polyester is stable in cold water and organic solvents and readily biodegradable as indicated
by 82% weight loss when buried in damp soil for 10 mo. The results indicate that this novel polyester could be used for the

Eight ionic organotin compounds [R2SnCl2(2-quin)]−(HNEt3)+ have been synthesized by reactions of 2-quinH with R2SnCl2 (R = PhCH21, 2-Cl-C6H4CH22, 4-Cl-C6H4CH23, 2-F-C6H4CH24, 4-F-C6H4CH25, 4-CN-C6H4CH26, Ph 7, 2,4-Cl2-C6H3CH28) in the presence of organic base NEt3, and their structures have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopies. The structure of [(2,4-Cl2-C6H3CH2)2SnCl2(2-quin)]−(NEt3)+ (8) has been determined by X-ray diffraction study. Studies show that compound 8 has a monomeric structure with the central tin atom six-coordinate in a distorted octahedral configuration and the nitrogen atoms of the 2-quin ligands are coordinating to the tin atom in all the eight compounds. 相似文献

Co-aggregation of multiple pathogenic proteins is common in neurodegenerative diseases but deconvolution of such biochemical process is challenging. Herein, we developed a dual-color fluorogenic thermal shift assay to simultaneously report on the aggregation of two different proteins and quantitatively study their thermodynamic stability during co-aggregation. Expansion of spectral coverage was first achieved by developing multi-color fluorogenic protein aggregation sensors. Orthogonal detection was enabled by conjugating sensors of minimal fluorescence crosstalk to two different proteins via sortase-tag technology. Using this assay, we quantified shifts in melting temperatures in a heterozygous model protein system, revealing that the thermodynamic stability of wild-type proteins was significantly compromised by the mutant ones but not vice versa. We also examined how small molecule ligands selectively and differentially interfere with such interplay. Finally, we demonstrated these sensors are suited to visualize how different proteins exert influence on each other upon their co-aggregation in live cells.A little leak will sink a great ship! Two biphenyl lignans, α‐ and β‐DDB ( 1 and 2 , respectively) were efficiently synthesized without contamination by other regio‐isomers. The different yields of the Ullmann coupling reactions for the synthesis of 1 and 2 were rationalized by calculating steric hindrance, stability, entropy change, and heat‐of‐formation values.
