Synthesis of vaniprevir (MK-7009): lactamization to prepare a 20-membered [corrected] macrocycle

Development of a practical synthesis of MK-7009, a 20-membered [corrected] macrocycle, is described. A variety of ring-closing strategies were evaluated, including ring-closing metathesis, intermolecular palladium-catalyzed cross-couplings, and macrolactamization. Ring closure via macrolactamization was found to give the highest yields under relatively high reaction concentrations. Optimization of the ring formation step and the synthesis of key intermediates en route to MK-7009 are reported.     

Synthesis of Two Novel Rhenium（I） Bipyridyl Photosensitive Dyes

Two novel rhenium(I) 2, 2′-bipyridyl complexes, [(4,4′-di-COOEt-bipy) Re(CO)3 (NCCH3)PF6] and [(4,4′-di-COOEt-bipy) Re (CO)3 (NCS)], a model complex [(4,4′-di-COOEt-bipy) Re (CO)3 (pyridine)PF6], were synthesized. Their ground state electronic spectra and emission spectra were measured in acetonitrile. The MLCT absorption maximum of the complex exhibited a considerable red shift as the ligand changed from pyridine to CNCH3, or SCN.     

SOME BLENDING INTERPOLATION METHODS IN CAGD

Some of the blending interpolation methods (which) stated by a convex combination technique are presented. This includes C1 ,C2 blending triangular interpolanls and C1 -blending quadrilateral inter polanls for surfaces. The mentioned methods can be generalized to the construction of C" blending interpolants.     

N2（A）及N（2D）对IF（X）的传能研究

在微波放电系统中,对NH_3-F-F_2-CF_3I体系进行研究,结果表明,向IF(X)传能的诸多媒介中,N_2(A)及N(~2D)起着主要作用,并且这一结论在经微波激发后的N_2与CF_3I的直接反应中得到了进一步证实。     

~(13)C NMR法研究环氧戊烯醛的热异构化

本文利用~(13)C NMR方法研究顺式环氧戊烯醛(1)的热异构化。测定了1在受热前后的~(13)CNMR谱,标识了它和它的热异构化产物的~(13)C NMR谱线;通过对异构化过程的动力学考察,表明1的热转化遵从一级反应规律,分别求出了80,100,120和140℃下的反应速度常数,并估算了活化能;同时也监测了异构化产物的变化过程。     

关于转换放大电路测量准确度的讨论

由于微机技术的应用，在生产过程等监控系统中，可以采用比较经济的转换放大电路，经过一些简单的处理和计算，达到较高的准确度要求。本文就灾个问题进行讨论。     

冷库温度自动记录仪

本文介绍广西计算中心和广西区防疫站合作研制的冷库温度自动记录录仪，文中着重介绍其软硬件设计和主要功能。该记录仪性能／价格比优于国外同类产品，可以用来代替进口产品。     

CO_2激光边带光谱仪用于SF_6分子v_3带Q支吸收谱的研究

用绝对频率精度优于1.2MHz的CO_2激光边带光谱仪记录了SF_6分子v_3带Q支的多普勒受限吸收谱,光谱范围在CO_2激光10P(16)支线中心两侧,距支线中心8.0～12.4 GHz。用内插法以<6MHz的均方误差测量了百余条跃迁谱线的频率,并标识出Q_Z、Q_R、Q_X、Q_W、Q_A等亚支的谱线,量子数J从26到83。用最小二乘法拟合实验数据得到了v_3带的部分光谱常数。     

Capillary Zone Electrophoresis Investigation of Interactions between Granulocyte-colony Stimulating Factor and Dextran Sulfate／Carrageenan Oligosaccharide

Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) is an O-glycosylated glycoprotein. G-CSF stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells committed to the neutrophil/granulocyte lineage in a dose-dependent manner. The most important application of G-CSF is in the treatment of transient phases of leukopenia following chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. 含分层损伤复合材料加筋层合板的分层扩展研究

建立了复合材料加筋结构的后屈曲和分层损伤扩展行为的数值模拟方法．基于Mindlin一阶剪切理论和von-Karman大挠度理论的层合板和层合梁单元，提出了含分层损伤复合材料加筋层合板分层扩展行为的有限元分析方法；利用虚裂纹闭合技术计算分层前缘的总能量释放率，并采用总能量释放率准则分层扩展判据，结合自适应网格移动技术，对在压缩载荷作用下的具有不同加筋形式，不同初始分层面积和形状的加筋板结构分层扩展行为进行了数值模拟研究，在分析中还考虑了加筋刚度、位置和分布，分层形状和大小、边界支撑强弱和分层前缘的接触效应对结构分层扩展行为的影响．本所提出的研究方法对工程界关于复合材料结构的设计具有重要意义．
