A new ent-labdane eiterpenoid lactone from Andrographis paniculata

A new ent-labdane diterpenoid lactone with a new natural product was isolated from Andrographis paniculata. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral evidences including 2D NMR.     

Study on Bifunctionality of Mo/HZSM-5 Catalysts for Methane Dehydro-Aromatization under Non-oxidative Condition

The optimum Mo/[H~+] ratio per unit cell of the active precursors in Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts for methane dehydro-aromatization, measured by 1H MAS NMR, was found to be about 1 when adjusting the acid sites by altering either the SiO2/Al2O3 ratios or the Mo loading. This implies that a concerted interaction between the Mo species and the Bronsted acid sites probably features the bifunctionality of the Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst. On the other hand, it was found that the driving force for Mo species to move into the HSZM-5 zeolite channels and the interaction between the Mo species and the Bronsted acid sites are closely and proportionably related with the amount of Bronsted acid sites per unit cell.     

丙烯环氧化反应中失活钛硅分子筛的无氧脱附研究

采用无氧脱附方法对丙烯环氧化中失活的薄层钛硅分子筛(即Spent EPO-4)和环氧丙烷(PO)与丙二醇单甲醚(MME)浸渍的TS-1催化剂(即PO／TS-1和MME／TS-1)进行了研究，脱附产物由气相色谱定性分析，无氧脱附后的催化剂以丙烯环氧化为探针反应进行再生性能评价，同时在无氧条件下考察了TS-1在300℃时催化裂化PO反应．实验结果表明：PO浸渍TS-1可使其活性明显下降，PO在TS-1上不是简单的弱吸附，存在着化学强吸附和自聚．失活催化剂(Spent EPO-4和PO／TS-1)经无氧脱附后，其催化活性可显著恢复．通过对失活催化剂脱附产物的比较，推测了丙烯环氧化反应过程中钛硅分子筛失活原因．     

The determination of atmospheric phosphine in Ny-lesund

Phoshpine (PH3), a volatile and toxic gas, has been proved to commonly exist in the environment.The determination of gaseous phosphine and its emission fluxes in Ny-lesund is reported in this paper.Results showed that gaseous phosphine exist in Arctic atmosphere commonly and the concentration of phosphine ranged from 16.3-600.2 ng/m3, with the maximum concentration of phosphine in tundra areas and the minimum in surface air of ocean.The concentration of phosphine ranged from 65.79-1259 ng/m3 in colliery at...

辽南丘陵区小区域土地研究——以金县东南部为例

本文以金县东南部为例,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对辽南丘陵区小区域土地的形成、分异、演化规律、土地的类型、结构特征、土地质量评价作了较为系统的研究,为辽南丘陵小区域土地研究提供了一个模式。文章在综合研究各土地要素特征及其相互关系的基础上,采用二级分类系统定性地划分出6个土地类,53个土地型。研究表明:丘陵区小区域土地分异的主导因素是中小地貌的差异。土地类型结构与地貌类型及其组合特征密切相关。在划分出宜农、宜林地的基础上,以土地型为评价单元,运用模糊聚类方法进行了土地资源质量分等评价,为合理利用土地资源、进行土地生态设计提供了科学依据。     

负载型丝光沸石催化剂的催化性能研究

运用二元碱氮置换吸附红外光谱法、分子筛孔径分布测定技术、XPS技术,考察了丝光沸石表面酸性与孔结构的相互关系、钯在丝光沸石上分布情况和价态及其与沸石的相互作用。结果表明,随着丝光沸石脱铝程度的增加,表面出现大量不规整晶格,存在较多的次级孔道。强质子酸中心主要分布在它的“外表面”。钯在其表面富集,并与“外表面”上的质子酸中心协同作用,促进了轻质烷烃异构化反应。

AI-2 Key Enzyme S-Ribosylhomocysteinase from Strain Klebsiella pneumoniae CICC 10011 Producing 2,3-Butanediol

S-Ribosylhomocysteinase(LuxS) is the key enzyme in the synthetic pathway of a quorum sensing autoinducer AI-2. LuxS from a 2,3-butanediol produced strain Klebisella pneumoniae CICC 10011 was cloned and characterized. The luxS gene is composed of 540 bp with 172 amino acids encoded. The Km value for S-ribosylhomo- cysteine(SRH) was (27±1) umol/L, kcat was (0.112±0.004) s-1 and kcat/Km was 4.4×103 L umol-1·s-1 at 25 ℃.
