对外籍教师进行个体化短期汉语教学初探

对外籍教师进行的一对一的短期汉语教学，与组班实施的外国留学生汉语教学在教学内容设置、教法等多方面都有显著的不同。本文主要从宏观上探讨对兼具教师和学生双重身份的外籍教师实施个体化汉语教学应该注意的有关问题。     

气相色谱-质谱联用法测定维生素C泡腾片中的甜蜜素

采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)选择离子监测法(SIM),建立了准确可靠、灵敏度高、快速简便的测定维生素C泡腾片中甜蜜素含量的新方法.样品中的甜蜜素衍生后用有机试剂提取,在选择离子模式下进行测定,以保留时间和特征离子比例进行定性,单离子定量.甜蜜素的线性范围为0.05-10mg/L,检出限为0.6mg/kg,回收率为90.5%-96.9%,相对标准偏差小于4.4%.方法分析所用时间短,结果准确可靠,选择性好,适用于维生素C泡腾片中甜蜜素含量的检验.     

Expression and Characterization of HGV E2 cDNA in Pichia pastoris

A 559 base pair fragment of cDNA locating at the putative E2 region of GBV-C/HGV was in-serted into Pichia pastoris expression vector pPICgK in the reading frame of α-factor secreting signal pep-tide. The recombinant expression plasmid pPIC9K-E2 was introduced into P. pastoris GSll5 with electro-poration and recombined with the host genome by homological recombination. The His+Mut+ recombinantyeasts were selected and cultivated in the BMMY medium. After 3 days induction with 0. 5% methanol,the target protein(E2) accumulated up to 30% of total proteins in the supernatant. The expressed E2 pro-tein was proved possessing antigenicity and high specificity with Western blot and ELISA probed with serafrom the immunized rabbits and the patients infected by GBV-C/HGV.     

一种简易新型长光程薄层光谱电化学池

设计并制作了一种新型长光程薄层光谱电化学池，其具有光程长、灵敏度高、重现性好等特点，且组装简便，电极容易更换，溶液未补偿电阻小，溶液用量少．易清洗．电解池以石墨为工作电极，分别用循环伏安、交流阻抗技术、光谱恒电位技术对其性能进行测试，得到比较满意的结果．     

关于拟AP内射模的一些研究

Let R be a ring. R is called right AP-injective if, for any a ∈ R, there exists a left ideal of R such that lr(a) = Ra (?) Xa. We extend this notion to modules. A right .R-module M with 5 = End(MR) is called quasi AP-injective if, for any s ∈ S, there exists a left ideal Xs of S such that ls(Ker(s)) = Ss (?) Xs. In this paper, we give some characterizations and properties of quasi AP-injective modules which generalize results of Page and Zhou.     

Response to high acidity and basicity at a platinum electrode in chronopotentiometry

A simple and rapid method is developed to determine the high acidity and the basicity of solutions by chronopotentiometry with a platinum working electrode. The acidity range from 5.0 mol/l H⁺ to 1.0 mol/l OH⁻ can be measured by the adjustment of deposition potential and time. The response mechanism to acidity and basicity has been explored. The transition potential plateau in chronopotentiograms is caused from the oxidation of hydrogen adsorbed on electrode surface.     

磁悬浮传输出系统平衡法控制器的设计

介绍了磁悬浮传输系统的组成及工作原理 ,通过线性方法建立了系统的数学模型 ,并基于此模型使用平衡法设计了闭环控制器 ,分析它的稳态性能及抗干扰能力 ,得出性能良好的控制方案并给出计算机仿真结果 .     

Measurement of small-signal and large-signal responses of packaged laser modules at high temperature

In this paper, the pulsed injection method is extended to measure the chip temperature of various packaged laser modules, such as the DFB laser modules, the FP laser modules, and the EML laser modules. An optimal injection condition is obtained by investigating the dependence of the lasing wavelength on the width and period of the injection pulse in a relatively wide temperature range. The small-signal frequency responses and large-signal performances of packaged laser modules at different chip temperature are measured. The adiabatic small-signal modulation characteristics of packaged LD are first extracted. In the large-signal measurement, the effects of chip temperature, bias current and driving signal on the performances of the laser modules are discussed. It has been found that the large-signal performances of the EML modules depend on the different red-shift speeds of the DFB and EAM sections as chip temperature varying, and the optimal characteristics may be achieved at higher temperature.     

Design and Fabrication of 1.06 μm Resonant-Cavity Enhanced Reflective Modulator with GaInAs/GaAs Quantum Wells

A resonant-cavity enhanced reflective optical modulator is designed and fabricated, with three groups of three highly strained InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells in the cavity, for low voltage and high contrast ratio operation. The quantum wells are positioned in antinodes of the optical standing wave. The modulator is grown in a single growth step in an molecular beam epitaxy system, using GaAs/AlAs distributed Bragg reflectors as both the top and bottom mirrors. Results show that the reflection device has a modulation extinction of 3 dB at -4.5 V bias.     

Synthesis of TiO2–SiO2/polymer core–shell microspheres with a microphase‐inversion method

A novel microphase‐inversion method was proposed for the preparation of TiO₂–SiO₂/poly(methyl methacrylate) core–shell nanocomposite particles. The inorganic–polymer nanocomposites were first synthesized via a free‐radical copolymerization in a tetrahydrofuran solution, and the poor solvent was added slowly to induce the microphase separation of the nanocomposite and result in the formation of nanoparticles. The average particle sizes of the microspheres ranged from 70 to 1000 nm, depending on the reaction conditions. Transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy indicated a core–shell morphology for the obtained microspheres. Thermogravimetric analysis and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements confirmed that the surface of the nanocomposite microspheres was polymer‐rich, and this was consistent with the core–shell morphology. The influence of the synthetic conditions, such as the inorganic composition and the content of the crosslinking monomer, on the particle properties was studied in detail. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
