晶态-非晶态复合锂离子导体的电学性质

本文研究了晶态LiCl-非晶态Li₂O·3B₂O₃复合锂离子导体的电学性质。实验发现这种晶态-非晶态新型复合离子导体的电学性质变化具有新的现象,即在宏观电导率σ_m-组成曲线上出现了电导率增加的“双峰”效应。相应地,在表观活化能E_m-组成曲线和介电常数ε_m-组成曲线上出现了“双谷”。本文还详细讨论了这些实验现象,得到了与理论相符合的结果。 关键词：     

NiTi合金相变过程中界面动力学的内耗研究

本文采用同时测量内耗、模量及电阻的方法,对NiTi合金变温过程中所发生的正、反马氏体相变及可逆I/C相变进行了系统的研究。结果表明,变温马氏体相变及I/C相变过程中内耗均为粘弹性型内耗,是相界面在克服粘滞性阻力而运动时引起的。从界面动力学出发,研究了相变过程中界面的运动动力学行为。由实验数据求得了马氏体相变过程中界面动力学关系的具体表达式为:V=V^*exp(—△G^*/△G—△G_R);相变过程内耗表达式为:Q^-1=(n²)/2·(μ△G^*)/((△G—△G_R)²)·(dF)/(dT)·T/ω;相变阻力△G_R约为10cal/mol的数量级。讨论了相变过程中的“软模”效应。马氏体相变过程中的模量“软化”来自声子模的软化和界面运动引起的附加模量亏损两个方面。 关键词：     

电子顺磁共振“AsGa”的光淬灭行为与EL2亚稳态机理

根据Goltzene等人最近关于原生LEC,HB,压缩变形和中子辐照GaAs中电子顺磁共振(EPR)“As_Ga”谱低温光淬灭实验结果,结合Baraff和Schlüter最近关于EL2亚稳态的理论计算,本文认为可进一步证实作者之一在1981年提出的EL2(As_GaV_AsV_Ga)缺陷模型,同时还对Wager和Van Vechten最近提出的EL2(As_GaV_AsV_Ga)的亚稳态机理加以评述和修正。 关键词：     

Millimeter wavelength radiation emission during dielectric aging

The current-voltage characteristic for a metal — thick insulator — metal structure has been investigated by applying high voltage impulses on a variety of industrial insulators. It appears that, in the high field regime (1MV/cm) S-type Negative Differential Conductance may occur, leading to self sustained conductivity oscillations possibly originating in field dependent carrier mobility. The phenomenon is associated with radiation emission during thermalization of hot electrons. Measurements have established the presence of millimeter wavelength radiation during prebreakdown and breakdown stages. The radiation emission intervals within a high-voltage pulse application and response have also been investigated.     

Development and operation of a balloon-borne telescope for fir imaging, radiometry and spectrometry of the galactic cygnus region

We have designed and built a balloon-borne far-infrared 60 cm telescope equipped with He-cooled filters and a composite silicon bolometer with an NEP of 1.3·10^–14 W/Hz^1/2 for imaging, radiometry and spectroscopy of the Cygnus region at wavelengths up to 330 m. A test flight took place at the CNES balloon station at Aire/Adour, F, on May 8, 1989. The balloon stayed 4_1/2 h at the observation height of 39 km. Tests and results are discussed.     

Low noise 80–115 GHz quasiparticle mixer with small Nb/Al-Oxide/Nb tunnel junctions

Millimeter-wave characterization of a heterodyne receiver using (2 m²) Nb/Al-Ox/Nb Superconducting-Insulator-Superconducting (SIS) junctions arrays is reported. The fabrication of the Nb/Al-Ox/Nb SIS junction arrays as a heterodyne mixer is described. The leakage current of these junctions is below 2A at 4.2K and unmeasurable at 2.5K. The receiver gave a noise temperature Double Side Band (DSB) between 63K and 187K over the frequency range 80 to 115 GHz at the first conversion peak. The results are comparable to those obtained with SIS receivers using well researched lead junctions. Contrary to the lead junctions, our mixer using all Nb junctions have proven remarkably stable with respect to thermal cycling, characteristics which are required for space applications. To our knowledge, this is the most reliable low noise receiver operating in this frequency range.     

Noncommutative differential geometry on the quantum SU(2), I: An algebraic viewpoint

We compute the cyclic homology of the coordinate ring A(SL_q(2)) of the quantum algebraic group SL _q (2). We observe a degeneration of the noncommutative de Rham complex. The results are also verified from the point of view of Connes' noncommutative differential geometry.

激发态卟啉衍生物研究(Ⅶ)——取代基对卟啉—硝基苯化合物发光特性的影响

本文报导共价链相连的X-P-Y“三合板”型化合物在二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和苯溶液中的发光特性.结果发现:引入取代基X=Cl—,CH3O—和Y=苯、硝基苯对中心卟啉的吸收和荧光光谱均无明显影响,仅其峰值频率将因溶剂不同而有所偏移.此外,由Cl—取代的卟啉—苯的荧光强度总比CH3O—取代时高;若将Y取代基由苯改换为硝基苯时,将使CH3O—P—Y化合物的荧光增强,但在Cl—P—Y化合物中则出现相反的趋势.不论在何种化合物中,在Y取代基中的苯环上引入NO2—基后,均可使其消光系数减小,而且当硝基在邻位取代时,这一效应更为显著.所有这些变化规律均不因溶剂不同而异.如果我们认为X—P—Y化合物的发光强度变化和其中心的卟啉大环上的π电子云密度偏移有规律性的关联,那么上述的一些取代基效应是可以理解的.进而,我们认为:本文所报导的事实将有助于充实巧妙设计高效利用太阳能的分子体系的科学依据.     

光学双稳性临界点的相变行为

本文详细地讨论了光学双稳性(OB)的临界现象。理论分析主要以忽略量子涨落的Fokker-Plank方程的静态解为基础。结果发现,OB的临界现象可以纳入Landau二级相变理论的框架,并且有关临界指数之间的关系也服从标度律。 关键词：
