CATIONIC CONDUCTIVITY FOR THE CROSSLINKED P [OLIGO (OXYETHYLENE) METHACRYLATE-COoMETHACRYLOYL ALKYLSULFONIC ACID LITHIUM]

Crosslinked copolymers with single Li~+-ionic conductivity were prepared from oligo (oxyethylene) methacrylate (MEO_n), methacryloyl alkylsulfonic acid lithium (SAMLi), and oligo (oxyethylene) dimethacrylate (DMEO_n). Li~+-ionic conductivity of the copolymer is improved by crosslinking and presented as a function of polymerization degree (n) in MEO_n, comonomeric salt concentration (O/Li), and crosslinking degree. The crosslinked copolymer P (0.7 MEO_(14)-0.3DMEO_(14)-SHMLi) without other small molecular additives exhibits an optimum Li~+-ionic conductivity of 1.2×10~(-6) S/cm at 25℃. Dc polarization test in the cell composed of Li/copolymer/Li shows a constant dc ionic conductivity which closes gradually to the ac one with decreasing dc polarization potential.     

PLLA/β-TCP杂化微纳米纤维的制备及其性能

将湿法工艺合成的β-磷酸钙纳米粒子与左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)的混合溶液通过电纺丝法制成杂化纳米纤维膜,以期制备一种新型纳米纤维骨组织修复材料。采用FT-IR,XRD,TEM,DSC等手段研究了β-磷酸钙(β-TCP)的结构和形态,采用SEM和直径分布探讨了优化PLLA/β-TCP纤维的电纺丝工艺。结果表明:采用湿法合成β-TCP的纳米粒子具有良好的晶型结构,直径在219~328 nm之间;采用双溶剂体系在优化条件下制备的PLLA/β-TCP杂化纳米纤维直径在500~700 nm之间,PLLA/β-TCP界面结合良好,β-TCP起到了增强作用。在湿态条件下,PLLA纤维膜的力学性能有所提高,而PLLA/β-TCP纤维膜的力学性能则呈现下降趋势。     

Synthesis Hexadecyl 3-{4-[2-Hydroxy-3（isopropylamino）propoxy]phenyl}propionate as Potential Ligand for Liposome Targeting to Ischemic Myocardium

Novel hexadecyl 3- { 4-[2-hydroxy-3（isopropylamino）propoxy]phenyl }propionate （HPP）was synthesized and its effect on delivery of liposomes into cultured cardiomyocytes was examined. The structure of HPP was characterized by IH NMR, 1R and MS. The amount of cardiomyocytes uptake of HPP-liposome was 3.9-fold higher than plain-liposome, and the increase was 6.2-fold when hypoxia happens. It indicated that HPP was a potential ligand for liposome targeting to ischemic myocardium.     

天然水体底质中腐植酸的光谱表征

分别用紫外-可见光谱、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、三维荧光光谱和荧光等高线谱对提取的腐植酸和商品腐植酸进行了表征，并将分析结果与Aldrich和上海试剂二厂生产的腐植酸进行了比较。结果表明：3种底质腐植酸之间以及同商品腐植酸的紫外-可见光谱、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)相似，含有相同类型的官能团。对不同腐植酸的三维荧光光谱和荧光等高线谱的分析表明其在结构上存在一定的差异；腐植酸有较明显的荧光光谱特性，可以尝试使用三维荧光光谱技术来揭示其在结构上的差异。     

腰果酚的紫外光固化机理和固化膜性能

研究了腰果酚在无光引发剂条件下的紫外光固化反应,并用IR、UV、元素分析、GPC等分析手段分析了腰果酚的紫外光固化机理及其固化膜性能。结果表明:在紫外光辐照下,腰果酚通过侧链发生氧化聚合反应,和酚羟基的邻对位失去质子形成的自由基引起的苯环缩合反应,最终形成体型高聚物。腰果酚的紫外光固化膜的常规物理机械性能、抗溶剂性、耐化学介质腐蚀性、热稳定性和抗紫外线性能均优于腰果酚醛缩聚物(PC)涂膜。     

芳香共聚酯B-N多种向列织构的形态研究

从一种聚芳酯B-N得到了丝状(包括细丝和粗丝)、纹影状和大理石纹状等与小分子向列液晶相似的多种织构。由于样品淬火后晶片装饰在织构上而不影响分子取向矢的分布,因而可以用化学刻蚀和电镜技术揭示其向错和取向矢图。电镜和光学显微镜的结果相互补充,表明了细丝和粗丝状织构的分子取向矢分布很不相同,是两种不同的织构,而粗化始于第二熔融降温。在这些向列织构中分别发现了S=±(1/2)和s=+1的向错的例子和平面内微区转向壁的证据。

树状催化剂在不对称氢转移反应中的回收循环使用研究

以(1S,2R)-降麻黄碱为核心的第三代手性树状催化剂在对苯乙酮的不对称氢转移反应中可以方便的回收并循环使用. 该树状催化剂可以一共使用3次而保持对映选择性基本不变.     

Three-dimensional quantum dynamics study of vibrational predissociation of HeI_2 van der Waals molecule for low vibrational excitation using the time-dependent wave packet method

Three-dimensional quantum mechanical calculations for vibrational predissociation of HeI2(B) van der Waals molecules are presented using the time-dependent wave packet technique within the golden rule approxima tion.The total and partial decay widths,lifetimes,rates and their dependence on initial vibrational states were obtained for HeI2 at low initial vibrational excited levels.Our calculations show that the calculated tota decay widths,lifetimes and rates agree well with those extrapolated from experimental data available The predicted total decay widths as a function of initial vibrational states exhibit highly nonlinear behavior.The very short propagation time (less.than 1 ps) required in the golden rule wave packet calculation is determined by the duration time of the final state inter-action between the fragments on the vibrationally deexcited adiabatic potential surface.The final state interaction between the fragments is shown to play an important role in determining the final rotational distri
