17C反应截面测量及有限力程Glauber模型分析

用透射法测量了能量为79AMeV的¹⁷C在¹²C反应靶上的反应截面;利用有限力程Glauber模型对¹⁷C的密度分布进行了分析.由高能区(965AMeV)相互作用截面数据分析认为¹⁷C具有谐振子密度分布,但拟合本实验结果及高能区实验数据发现,¹⁷C的中子密度分布中存在一个尾巴;假设¹⁷C密度为芯核加单粒子密度分布形式,分析认为¹⁷C的价中子主要处于1d5/2?轨道.

Synthesis of single-crystalline wurtzite aluminum nitride nanowires by direct arc discharge

High-density hexagonal aluminum nitride (h-AlN) nanowires were synthesized through the direct reaction of Al with nitrogen gas without catalyst and template using a direct arc discharge method. The as-grown AlN nanowires were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and Raman spectroscopy. The h-AlN nanowires have a diameter in the range 20–70 nm and a length of several tens of micrometers. Vapor–solid growth mechanisms can be employed to explain the formation of the h-AlN nanowires. Room-temperature deposition of yttria-stabilized zirconia buffer layer on metallic substrates by laser ablation

Conclusion We investigated the deposition of YSZ buffer layers on polycrystalline metallic substrate at low temperature and low oxygen pressure. The (100) preferred orientation can be obtained in the YSZ films and was explained by the model of growth-based orientation selection. Optimizations of oxygen partial pressure and target distance were done to offer referable values for IBAD process.

亚甲蓝分光光度法测定水体中的阴离子表面活性剂

利用三氯甲烷萃取水体样品中的阴离子表面活性剂，用50mL比色管代替50mL容量瓶对三氯甲烷萃取液进行定容，以亚甲蓝分光光度法进行测定。该方法操作简便，测定阴离子表面活性剂的线性范围为0．150～1．70mg／L，检出限为0．050mg／L，样品加标回收率为89％～98％。     

Dependence of the laser-induced voltages on the oxygen content in normal state YBa2Cu3O7−δ films

Our investigation on the relation between oxygen content and the laser-induced voltages of the YBa₂Cu₃O_7−δ films in normal-state shows that deoxygenation of the superconducting films reduces the laser-induced voltages greatly, even reverses the sign of the signals at large oxygen deficiency. The absolute value of the negative signal at large oxygen deficiency can be greater than that of the positive signal.     

基片温度对CNx薄膜性能和结构的影响

采用离子束溅法，在单晶Si（100）基片上制备CNx薄膜。研究了基片温度对CNx薄膜性能和结构的影响。结果表明：随着基片温度的提高，薄膜生长致密，表面光滑；薄膜硬度逐渐提高，但温度升高到200℃后，硬度增加缓慢。同时，基片温度升高使薄膜中的N含量增加，促进C－N化合物结晶。X射线衍射结果证明在850℃时，薄膜中产生α－C3N4晶相。
