中日刑事强制措施制度之比较

刑事强制措施是刑事程序法的重要组成部分。但自1996年修改《刑事诉讼法》至今，由于立法观念及技术等方面的原因，刑事强制措施在立法和司法实践中暴露出许多问题。故从比较法的角度，对日本的刑事强制措施制度和我国的法制现状进行分析比较。并从我国司法实践出发，对刑事强制措施的改进提出若干建议。     

Modulation Frequency Multiplexed Tunable Diode Laser Spectroscopy System for Simultaneous CO, CO2 Measurements

A modulation frequency multiplexed dual diode-laser system is developed for simultaneous detection of the two most common fire gas products CO and CO2. Simultaneous detection is achieved by modulating each laser at different frequencies, demodulating the signal by a pair of lock-in amplifiers for each gas. Laser beams are combined and detected by one detector after passing through an identical optical path. The experimental results show little performance degradation associated with modulation frequency multiplexing, and no cross-talk between the two multiplexed detection channels is measured.

氯离子诱导的镍在硝酸溶液中的电流振荡

报道了氯了子诱导的镍在0．5mol.dm^-2硝酸溶液中活化－钝化过渡区电流振荡，在恒电位条件下，随着氯离子浓度的升高或者电极电位的降低，电流振荡由周期性振荡逐渐向非周期性振荡转变，根据实验结果，对该体系的电流振荡机理进行了讨论。     

GPS/SINS组合导航系统在运载火箭中的应用

针对运载火箭特点,着重研究在发射惯性坐标系下,位置、速度组合模式的GPS/SINS组合导航算法,推导了该坐标系下的惯导一阶误差传播方程,建立了该坐标系下GPS/SINS组合导航系统的状态方程和观测方程,并进行了相关数学仿真验证。仿真结果表明,在该坐标系中,GPS/SINS组合导航算法能较准确地给出运载火箭的位置、速度和姿态信息,提高运载火箭制导精度。     

Atom transfer radical polymerization directly from poly(vinylidene fluoride): Surface and antifouling properties

The direct preparation of grafting polymer brushes from commercial poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) films with surface‐initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) is demonstrated. The direct initiation of the secondary fluorinated site of PVDF facilitated grafting of the hydrophilic monomers from the PVDF surface. Homopolymer brushes of 2‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) and poly (ethylene glycol) monomethacrylate (PEGMA) were prepared by ATRP from the PVDF surface. The chemical composition and surface topography of the graft‐functionalized PVDF surfaces were characterized by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, attenuated total reflectance/Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy. A kinetic study revealed a linear increase in the graft concentration of poly[2‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate] (PDMAEMA) and poly[poly(ethylene glycol) monomethacrylate] (PPEGMA) with the reaction time, indicating that the chain growth from the surface was consistent with a controlled or living process. The living chain ends were used as macroinitiators for the synthesis of diblock copolymer brushes. The water contact angles on PVDF films were reduced by the surface grafting of DMAEMA and PEGMA. Protein adsorption experiments revealed a substantial antifouling property of PPEGMA‐grafted PVDF films and PDMAEMA‐grafted PVDF films in comparison with the pristine PVDF surface. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于CTV100平台的DPTV系统的研究与实现

从硬件和软件两方面详细阐述了基于CTV100平台的DPTV系统,并给出了总体设计框图和设计流程图。本项目采用意法半导体公司(ST)的CTV100解决方案,实现了对传统模拟电视信号的高效数字域处理,显著提高了电视画面的图像质量;并通过采用基于32bitCPU的OS20嵌入式操作系统,实现了多种传统模拟电视无法实现的功能。
