微连接用无铅钎料及稀土在钎料中的应用现状

综述了微连接用无铅钎料的应用研究现状，指出SnAgCu系合金因良好的综合性能将成为最有潜力的锡铅钎料替代品。基于对稀土在钎料中应用研究成果的分析，认为添加微量稀土有望成为改善SnAgCu系无铅钎料蠕变性能的重要途径。充分利用我国丰富的稀土资源开发低Ag的SnAgCuRE系钎料，应当成为中国今后无铅钎料研究开发的重点。     

微纳米加工技术及其应用综述

材料与结构在微纳米尺度展现了许多不同于宏观尺度的新特征，纳米技术已经成为当前科学研究与工业开发的热门领域之一。微小型化依赖于微纳米尺度的功能结构与器件，实现功能结构微纳米化的基础是先进的微纳米加上技术，文章对微纳米加上技术做了一个综合的介绍，简要说明了微纳米加工技术与传统加工技术的区别，在微纳米加工技术的应用方面提出了一些合理选择加工技术的原则，并对当前微纳米加工技术面临的挑战和今后发展的趋势作了预测。     

基于2,5-二(4′-甲酰基苯基)苯乙烯的螺旋链光学活性聚合物的合成与表征

通过2,5-二溴苯乙烯与对甲酰基苯硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应得到2,5-二(4′-甲酰基苯基)苯乙烯.在催化剂量的冰乙酸存在下,与光学纯的(S)-(-)-α-甲基苄胺或(R)-(+)-α-甲基苄胺发生缩和反应,得到了一对手性非外消旋单体,(+)-2,5-二{4-′[(N-(S)-α-甲基苄亚胺基)次甲基]苯基}苯乙烯和(-)-2,5-二{4′-[(N-(R)-α-甲基苄亚胺基)次甲基]苯基}苯乙烯.以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)或过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,经自由基溶液聚合得到光学活性聚合物.比旋光度、紫外-可见吸收光谱以及圆二色光谱研究表明,聚合物主链可能形成了某一方向占优的稳定螺旋构象,且该螺旋构象的旋光方向与单体的旋光方向相反.聚合条件对聚合物的光学活性有很大影响,在极性较大的芳香族溶剂和较高温度下得到的聚合物具有和单体相差更大的比旋光度.侧基的手性基团脱除后,聚合物仍具有一定的旋光性,说明聚合过程中形成的螺旋手性具有一定的记忆效应.     

Extension of Isometries Between the Unit Spheres of Normed Space E and C（Ω）

In this paper, we study the extension of isometries between the unit spheres of normed space E and C（Ω）. We obtain that any surjective isometry between the unit spheres of normed space E and C（Ω） can be extended to be a linear isometry on the whole space E and give an affirmative answer to the corresponding Tingley＇s problem （where Ω be a compact metric space）.     

On a micro‐macro model for polymeric fluids near equilibrium

In this paper, we study a micro‐macro model for polymeric fluid. The system involves coupling between the macroscopic momentum equation and a microscopic evolution equation describing the combined effects of the microscopic potential and thermofluctuation. We employ an energetic variation procedure to explore the relation between the macroscopic transport of the particles and the induced elastic stress due to the microscopic structure. For the initial data not far from the equilibrium, we prove the global existence and uniqueness of classical solutions to the system. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

A Novel Analytical Approach for Multi-Layer Diaphragm-Based Optical Microelectromechanical-System Pressure Sensors

An optical microelectromechanical-system （MEMS） pressure sensor based on multi-layer circular diaphragm is described and analysed by using the proposed novel analytical approach and the traditional transfer matrix method. The analytical expressions of the deflection of multi-layer diaphragm and absolute optical reflectance are derived respectively. The influence of residual stress on the deflection of diaphragm is also analysed. Simulation results given by the finite element method are consistent with the ones which are analysed by using the analytical approach. The analytical approach will be helpful to design and fabricate the optical MEMS pressure sensors with multi-layer diaphragm based on Fabry-Perot interferometry.     

Microstructure array on Si and SiOx generated by micro-contact printing, wet chemical etching and reactive ion etching

A method, combining micro-contact printing (μCP), wet chemical etching and reactive ion etching (RIE), is reported to fabricate microstructures on Si and SiOx. Positive and negative structures were generated based on different stamps used for μCP. The reproducibility of the obtained microstructures shows the methodology reported herein could be useful in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS), optical and biological sensing applications.     

Eu3+离子在微晶玻璃研究中的探针作用

制备出单掺Eu3+离子的氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷系列样品,利用Eu3+离子作为荧光探针,通过热处理前后Eu3+离子发射光谱中电偶极子跃迁与磁偶极子跃迁强度比值的变化表征在玻璃材料中微晶是否形成,分析了Eu3+离子荧光发射谱中电偶极子跃迁与晶体场对称性的关系,进一步表征了稀土离子所处微晶晶格场的变化.     

煤矸石综合利用制取絮凝剂的研究

煤矸石是我国煤炭工业的固体废弃物,对环境和生态平衡造成了极大的危害.阐述了目前煤矸石在我国的综合利用情况,介绍了以煤矸石为原料,用酸浸法从中提取聚合氯化铝、聚氯硅酸铝、聚合硫酸铝3种絮凝剂的工艺路线,对絮凝剂的目前需求状况和应用前景做了深入分析.     

流线型挤出模曲面构造

根据塑料挤出的特点，在编程实现对型材截面轮廓凸凹性自动判断的基础上，采用射线法与比例间隔法相结合的方法，确定流道入口圆周上型值点的位置．以三次多项式作为流道模腔型曲线的数学模型，依据流线型要求给出的初始、边界条件，得出型曲线的数学方程．构建了挤出模流道的三维参数化曲面模型．有限元分析结果显示，该方法创建的流线型流道模型，其流动稳定性和平顺性都优于直线型流道．
