Highly Sensitive and Portable Gas Sensing System Based on Reduced Graphene Oxide

Graphene has been widely used in gas-sensing applications due to its large specific surface area and strong adsorption ability. Among different forms of graphene used as gas-sensing materials, reduced graphene oxide is one of the most convenient and economical materials to integrate with Si-based electronics, which is very important to graphene-based gas sensors. In addition, the stacking structure of graphene oxide flakes facilitates absorption and detection of gas molecules. Based on reduced graphene oxide, a highly sensitive and portable gas-sensing system was demonstrated here. Solution-based graphene oxide was cast on a chip like a TF memory card and then reduced thermally. A signal acquisition system was designed to monitor resistance variation as a sign of gas concentration. This miniature graphene-based gas sensor array demonstrates a new path for the use of graphene in gas-detection technologies. And the creation of a sensitive and portable graphene gas sensor also shows great potential in fields such as medicine and environmental science.     

Purification and Characterization of Cyclic AMP-Binding Protein from Ganoderma lucidum

Cyclic AMP-binding protein was purified 30 fold from the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum by the methods of ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-cellulose, phospho-cellulose ion exchange chromatography and Sephacryl S-100 gel filtration. The molecular mass of the purified protein is 34.5 kDa and 17 kDa by Sephacryl S-100 gel filtration and SDS-ployacrylamide gel electrophoresis, respectively. From these results it is suggested that the protein has a homometric dimmer structure. The pI of the purified protein is pH 8.2 by native isoelectric focusing gel. The half-life of the protein activity in 10% glycerol at 4 ℃ is 7 d in crude extract, but its half-life is only 3 d under purifying conditions. The optimal conditions of the protein activity are at 1 ℃ and pH 7.5. Its activity is increased 6 times by 1 mmol/L Zn^2 and is slightly inhibited by cGMP,Cu^2 and Mn^2 .     

Stability of a simple Levi–Civitá functional equation on non-unital commutative semigroups

In this paper, we study the Hyers–Ulam stability of a simple Levi–Civitá functional equation f(x+y)=f(x)h(y)+f(y) and its pexiderization f(x+y)= g(x) h(y)+k(y) on non-unital commutative semigroups by investigating the functional inequalities |f(x+y)?f(x)h(y)?f(y)|≤?? and |f(x+y)?g(x)h(y)?k(y)|≤??, respectively. We also study the bounded solutions of the simple Levi–Civitá functional inequality.     

Application of Modern Colour Measurement Dervices in Coloration Industries

In colour measurement ralated industry, reflectance spectrophotometer is the one of the popular measuring machine for measuring colour and quality control. Colour communications is frequently confusing. This is because the colour appearance is subject to the influence of at least three different phenomena: the light source, the object and the visual system. The variation in either the radiant quantity or the spectral distribution of the source can alter the observed colour. Because of this reason, the objective quantitative tool, colour measurement equipment and communication method; become more important in evaluating of the colour. In fact, based on the advanced in computer system and electronic device, the colour measurement becomes more and more accuracy, especially in spectrophotometer measurement. In this paper, we will focus on the review of modern spectrophotometers in coloration industries.

 制备了蜂窝状筛网催化剂，并用于以NH3为还原剂选择性催化还\r\n原NO的反应．蜂窝状筛网催化剂具有热响应迅速、传质系数较高、压力\r\n降适中、机械强度较高、几何可变形性、抗热震性能好、催化剂回收简\r\n便和成本较低等一系列优点．阐述了蜂窝状筛网催化剂的制备工艺，并\r\n采用扫描电镜、比表面积测定、X射线衍射、活性评价等手段考察了筛\r\n网预处理方法对其催化活性的影响．实验结果表明，最佳的预处理方法\r\n是首先经稀酸刻蚀，然后于500℃下焙烧20h．     

对大气气溶胶的辐射效应的数值试验

采用两流近似辐射模式,应用半球常数法近似,采用累加法和倍加法,计算了不同月份大气气溶胶的辐射加热率和减温率的日变化。结果表明,从气候角度而言,气溶胶浓度的差别使得即使是在6月份,气溶胶层既可以是冷源也可以是热源;从天气尺度而言,气溶胶的垂直分布和浓度对层结稳定度有着重要影响,并由此从物理上指出了沙尘暴天气过程中辐射效应所起的重要作用。     

The geometry of the moduli space of one-dimensional sheaves

Let Md be the moduli space of stable sheaves on P2with Hilbert polynomial dm+1.In this paper,we determine the effective and the nef cone of the space Md by natural geometric divisors.Main idea is to use the wall-crossing on the space of Bridgeland stability conditions and to compute the intersection numbers of divisors with curves by using the Grothendieck-Riemann-Roch theorem.We also present the stable base locus decomposition of the space M6.As a byproduct,we obtain the Betti numbers of the moduli spaces,which confirm the prediction in physics.     

8—Hydroxyguanine,A Product From Damaged DNA Can Be Used in the DNA Salvage Pathways

The metabolic mechanism of 8-hydroxyguanine (8-OHGua)is so far unknown,however it is known to function in the mutagenic events in biological systems.In the present study,the metabolic processes is ivvestigated by the reaction of 8-OHGua with PRPP catalyzed by HGPRT and Mg(Ⅱ）.The evidence shows that the interaction between 8-OHGua and the enzyme is indeed taken place and 8-OHGMP is formed.
