一种基于数字水印的错误检测和定位技术

为了增强视频通信系统在有误码信道的适应能力 ,提出了一种基于数字水印技术的错误检测方法 ,使得解码器可以对误码块进行有效的补偿。其原理为编码器在量化后离散余弦变换 (DCT)系数中嵌入易碎的数字水印 ,解码器可以通过提取水印从而确认错误以及错误发生的首宏块位置。仿真结果证明 :在信道误码率为 5× 10 - 4时 ,与常用的基于语法的方法相比 ,本方法的错误检测率是其的 1.32～ 1.82倍 ,错误正确定位率是其的 2 .95～ 5 .32倍 ,而且 PSNR只有微弱降低 ,同时算法复杂度很低     

The Investigation of Bulk and Surface Polariton Modes in Ga1?xNxAs by Using Infrared Magneto Spectroscopy

We present and discuss infrared magnetoplasma reflectivity and surface polariton modes in Ga_1–xN_xAs. It assumed that the sample is characterized by a magnetoplasma dielectric tensor. Surface polariton dispersion for two component magnetoplasma was calculated from reflectivity spectra data. We detect transverse optic phonon of GaN sublattice in 470 cm^-1. The origin of sharp feature in p-polarization reflectivity about 300 cm^–1 as well as LO phonon frequency of GaAs sublattice is due to Brewster mode. An interesting feature of surface modes in Voigt geometry is nonreciprocalicity, which means that the frequency changes when the direction of propagation is reversed. Also, the infrared magnetoplasma reflectivity of GaNAs should be providing determination of the electrons and heavy holes effective mass and carrier's concentration.     

字节全加器及其在无线电测控系统中的应用

对全加器概念进行了推广，并在此基础上给出了使用字节全加器网络的无线电抗干扰算法。通过在实际的无线电测控系统中的应用，结果表明该算法具有良好的无线电抗干扰效果。     

金属颗粒-半导体膜Cu:CdS的制备及结构研究

利用磁控溅射产生金属Cu团簇，同时蒸发半导体介质CdS，将Cu团簇包埋在CdS介质中，制备出金属颗粒 半导体膜．团簇大小可通过改变溅射气压控制．用TEM研究了嵌埋团簇的结构．分析表明：CdS很好地包埋了Cu团簇，都呈多晶结构；团簇尺寸在5—20nm，Cu晶格发生了膨胀，膨胀量在7%左右 关键词：

中子辐照对Pd80Si20与Pd77.5Cu6Si16.5非晶态合金结构的影响

本工作用X射线衍射技术示差扫描量热法(DSC)和内耗测量等手段研究金属-类金属非晶态合金Pd₈₀Si₂₀和Pd_77.5Cu₆Si_16.5中子辐照前后的微观结构变化。结果表明,辐照在两种样品的对关联函数g(r)以及径向分布函数RDF(r)上都引起明显的变化;辐照后样品的晶化温度和晶化热有所提高,结构变得更加无序,Pd₈₀Si₂₀非晶态合金的内耗在T关键词：     

Anomalous capacitance of quantum well double-barrier diodes

The S-parameters of several different quantum well double barrier diodes have been measured. A technique has been developed for measuring whisker contacted diodes with and HP 8510B automatic network analyzer. Special coaxial mounts using K-connectors were designed to enable measurements up to 20 GHz. The voltage-dependent conductance and capacitance were derived from the measured reflection coefficient of each device. The C/V characteristics were observed to exhibit an anomalous increase at voltages corresponding the the negative differential resistance region (NDR). These are the first reported S-parameter measurements in the negative differential resistance region of quantum well double barrier diodes. A theory is presented that explains, in part, the observed results.     

Novel optical techniques for the analysis of polymer surfaces and thin films

Summary We report on novel optical techniques, based on evanescent waves, for the characterization of polymer surfaces and thin films. We first describe photo-ablation studies with polysilane films investigated by surface plasmon microscopy, a technique which is particularly well-suited for ultrathin samples. Thicker films that are homogeneous enough to carry optical waveguide modes can be characterized with high lateral resolution by the recently developed waveguide microscopy. We demonstrate this for a thin film of a solid polyelectrolyte. Finally, we report on surface plasmon field-enhanced Raman-spectroscopic and -imaging investigations of ultrathin Langmuir-Blodgett-Kuhn-layers of cadmium arachidate.W. ESR方法研究高TC氧化物的超导电性

用电子顺磁共振方法研究了一些高温超导氧化物样品的零场非共振吸收信号和正常的ＥＳＲ共振信号。认为这种方法可以作为鉴别样品进入超导态的实验判据之一。利用零场非共振吸收实验给出的下临界磁场Ｈｃ１（Ｔ）很好地遵多Ｈｃ１（Ｔ）＝Ｈｃ１（０）（１－Ｔ＆＾２／Ｔｃ＾２）。
