Selective Determination of Nanogram γ-Globulin in Human Blood Serum by Resonance Light Scattering of Functionalized Nano-PbS

Functionalized nano-PbS has been prepared and characterized. The functionalized nanoparticles have good dispersibility in water. Reaction of functionalized nano-PbS with γ-globulin (γ-IgG) results an enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) around 385nm.However, when the content of HSA is lower than 0.5μg/ml^-1 the RLS enhancement is very weak and is nonlinear to concentration of HSA. Based on these results, a new direct quantitative determination method for γ-globulin in blood serum samples without separation is established.Under optimal conditions, the enhanced RLS intensity is in proportion to the γ-IgG concentration in the range 10-500ng/mL. The limit of detection is 2.75ng/mL. This method is proved to be very sensitive, rapid, simple and selective for detection of γ-IgG in blood serum.     

Schiff碱配合物模拟酶催化性能的温度效应研究

研究了新型Schiff碱双锰配合物在模拟酶催化亚碘酰苯单加氧化环已烷反应及 被亚碘酰苯氧化破坏反应中的温度效应。结果表明，在模拟酶催化反应体系中同时 存在催化环已烷单加氧反应及催化剂的氧化破坏反应；催化反应速率及氧化破坏反 应速率均随反应温度升高有规律地增大，但氧化破坏反应比催化反应对反应温度更 敏感；催化反应总产率一般随反应温度升高而降低；最适宜的反应温度为25 ℃。     

共混合聚(醚-酯)多嵌段共聚物的表面表征及其血液相容性研究

本文通过X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、表面接触角、表面ξ电位和血液相容性实验,研究了聚(醚-酯)多嵌段共聚物及其共混物的表面组成和性质与血液相容性的关系。实验结果表明,疏水性的PET-PTMO多嵌段共聚物的血液相容性很差,并且与表相中软段的富集量无关;当亲水性的PET-PEO多嵌段共聚物与疏水性的PET-PTMO多嵌段共聚物共混后,发现存在着一个最佳的共混比例,此时材料表面的血小板粘附量大大降低。对于共混物,表相△[C—O)/[C—O]和表面ξ电位可以较好地与血小板粘附量相关联。以上结果清楚地表明,材料表面的亲-疏水性平衡、软段深度层次分布及表面电位是影响血液相容性的重要因素。     

室温制备高合金化Pt-Ru/CMK-3催化剂及其对甲醇的电催化氧化

通过低温络合反应制备了高分散高合金化的Pt-Ru固溶体, 并将其均匀地担载在有序介孔碳CMK-3上, 以形成二元复合金属催化剂. XRD谱图表明,fcc结构的Pt原子部分被hcp结构的Ru原子取代形成置换固溶体， 而且几乎没有未形成合金的Ru存在. TEM和XRD研究结果表明， Pt-Ru/CMK-3催化剂中Pt-Ru合金粒子的平均粒径为27 nm, 且具有良好的均一度. 还研究了催化剂对甲醇的电催化氧化性能, 并与E-TEK公司同类催化剂进行了对比, 研究结果表明, Pt-Ru/CMK-3催化剂具有较大的电化学活性面积, 对甲醇的电催化氧化性能和抗CO中毒能力明显优于其它同类催化剂.     

The Self-catalytic Esterification Reaction of O-Phosphoryl Serine Derivative

O-Phosphoryl serine derivative can perform serf-catalytic esterification reaction in the mixture of CH3OH and CHCl3 at the room temperature. The phosphoryl group participation was the key step of the esterification. This type of reactions were proposed through an intermediate of mixed phosphoric-carboxylic anhydride that might provide a clue to the function of the phosphoryl group in the phosphorylated enzymes and in the prebiotic synthesis of protein.     

Preparation, Characterization and Catalytic Properties of S2O8^2-／ZrO2 Supported by Tungsten Carbide

A WC-supported S2O8^2-/ZrO2(PSZ) catalyst was prepared and characterized by means of XRD, BET, FTIR and XPS. The isomerization of n-pentane over the catalyst was investigated as well. The results show that the skeletal isomerization and the crack of n-pentane proceed simultaneously on WC-supported S2O8^2-/ZrO2 catalyst. The addition of tungsten carbide showed a significant enhancement in the activity and stability of the catalyst for n-pentane isomerization. The catalyst showed evidently a better activity than S2O8^2-/ZrO2 supported by Pt and WO3. The results can be interpreted by the existence of the tungsten oxycarbide compound(WCxOy) with carbidic, oxide and acidic sites.     

全自动QuEChERS样品制备系统结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测植物源性食品中34种农药残留

建立了全自动QuEChERS样品制备系统结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱（HPLC-MS/MS）同时检测植物源性食品中34种农药残留的分析方法。方法利用全自动QuEChERS样品制备系统涡旋振动和离心功能，将手动QuEChERS方法中样品提取和分散固相萃取相结合；优化了操作参数及前处理步骤，在多反应监测（MRM）模式下检测，基质匹配外标法定量。从方法学验证角度对全自动QuEChERS法与手动QuEChERS法进行了比较。结果表明：该方法中大多数农药在一定范围内呈现良好的线性关系，相关系数（R²）均大于0.99，检出限为0.76~3.60 μg/kg，定量限为2.28~10.80 μg/kg，加标回收率为53.0%~125.2%，相对标准偏差（RSD）<15.9%（n=5）。该方法与手动QuEChERS法的方法验证比对结果显示差异不明显，用于植物源性食品中多农药残留检测可有效降低劳动强度和出错概率。

新的聚合物支载硼氢负离子还原剂系统研究 3: 聚合物支载还原剂III

硼氢化钠的低分子还原系统研究很多,但其聚合物支载还原剂相对来说就很少,而且仅以强碱型阴离子交换树脂来制备的聚合物试剂。为了寻找用途更广泛的、新的聚合物支载还原剂,我们进行了硼氢负离子的聚合物还原系统的研究;发现能用弱酸型阳离子交换树脂制备出新的聚合物支载还原剂。前文报道了用NaBH_4的水溶液和阴离子交换树脂     

一种新颖有机-无机杂化配位聚合物[(C10H16N)2（Pb2I6）·2DMF·H2O]n的自组装合成和晶体结构(英)

A novel coordination polymer [(C₁₀H₁₆N)₂（Pb₂I₆）·2DMF·H₂O]_n (C₁₀H₁₆N=N-butyl-2-Methy-Pyridinium) was synthesized by the reaction of Pb(NO₃)₂ with C₆H₁₀NI at room temperature in DMF solvent and structurally characterized by means of X-ray single diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a=1.1237(2) nm, b=1.25330(16) nm, c=0.808 00(12) nm, α=102.523(4)°, β=92.475(5)°, γ=95.712(10)°, V=1.102 9(3) nm³, Z=1, D_c=2.470 Mg·m^-3, F(000)=738, chemical formula C₂₆H₄₈N₄O₃Pb₂I₆ and M_r=1 640.46, μ（MoKα）=11.849 mm^-1, the final R=0.057 8 and wR=0.166 5 for 3716 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The title compound consists of cations ([(C₁₀H₁₆N)⁺] and anion chain(PbI₃^-),they are combined by static attracting forces in the crystal. DMF and H₂O locate between the organic and inorganic moiety.
