Effects of Processing Parameters on Microstructure and Properties of Nanoscale ZrC/ZrB2 Multilayered Coatings

ZrC/ZrB2 multilayered coatings with bilayer periods of 3.5-40nm are synthesized by rf magnetron sputtering. Analyses of x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and nanoindentation indicate that multilayered coatings possess much higher hardness and greater fracture resistance than monolithic ZrC and ZrB2 coatings. A maximum hardness （41.TCPa） and a critical fracture load （73.7mN） are observed in the multilayer with A = 32 nm deposited at the substrate bias -40 V. Higher residual stress built in the ZrC layer can be released by periodic insertion of ZrB2 into the ZrC layer. A clear multilayered structure with mixed ZrB2（001）, ZrB2 （002） and ZrC （111） orientations should be responsible for the enhanced mechanical properties.     

Ce偶-偶同位素低激发态性质的IBM2描述

通过考虑同类核子相干对间的四极相互作用，在IBM2中对Ce偶－偶同位素^128Ce-^138Ce的低激发态能谱和E2跃迁几率及分支比进行了理论分析，计算结果有效地改善了IBM中这些核的γ带能谱的Staggering现象描述，与实验观察到的低激发态结果基本一致。     

Resonant Optical Absorption in Semiconductor Quantum Wells

We have calculated the intraband photon absorption coefficients of hot two-dimensional electrons interacting with polar-optical phonon modes in quantum wells. The dependence of the photon absorption coefficients on the photon wavelength λ is obtained both by using the quantum mechanical theory and by the balance-equation theory. It is found that the photon absorption spectrum displays a local resonant maximum, corresponding to LO energy, and the absorption peak vanishes with increasing the electronic temperature.     

吊舱式推进装置水动力性能试验研究

对吊舱式推进装置进行了多方案的模型试验研究，考察了串列式吊舱推进装置前后桨的负荷匹配及初始相位角的影响。空泡水筒敞水试验结果表明，无论双桨串列式或单桨拖、推式吊舱推进装置，由于吊舱影响使螺旋桨效率均比常规桨有所提高；但若计及吊舱阻力则吊舱推进装置的系统效率有所下降。可以预见，吊舱式推进装置因其众多的优越性而具有广阔的发展前景。     

原油掺炼及其应用

石油掺炼作为石油精馏的一部分，对整个石油精馏具有重要意义。最佳掺炼比可通过实验、软件模拟等方法得到。通过对最佳掺炼比的实验及软件的分析发现国内外研究石油掺炼的模拟软件操作原理和步骤基本相同，利用各模拟软件掺炼后所给油品物性的可换算性，可用不同软件分别对掺炼和下游工序进行模拟。     

微乳液介质中5''-硝基水杨基荧光酮光度法测定微量锰

研究了在混合微乳液介质中 ,Mn(Ⅱ) - 5’ -硝基水杨基荧光酮 (5’ -NSF)的显色反应 ,在pH =9.5～ 10 .5的硼砂缓冲体系中 ,Mn(Ⅱ)与 5’ -NSF形成 1∶2的紫红色配合物 ,ε548=1.4 4× 10 5L·mol- 1 ·mL- 1 ,锰质量浓度在 0～ 0 .2 8mg·L- 1 范围内服从比尔定律。该方法用于岩石矿物及水中微量锰的测定 ,结果满意     

非Lipschitz系数的倒向半线性随机发展方程的适度解

文中将研究如下的无穷维空间的倒向半线性随机发 展方程x(t)+∫TteA(s-t)f(s,x(s),y(s))ds+∫Tte A(s-t )(g(s,x(s))+y(s))dw(s)=eA(T-t)X,在类似于Ymada条件下获得了该方程适度解的存在性和唯一性定理.     

交换子在Morrey-Herz空间上的有界性

T^mb表示由函数b∈BMO（R^n）和强奇异积分算子T生成的m阶交换子。T^mb在L^q（R^n）上的有界性结果已经存在。利用不等式技巧进一步研究了T^mb在Herz和Morrey-Herz空间上的有界性质，所得结果更具有一般性。

提出了用动态叠栅条纹光电信号的调制度测量Talbot长度的方法，并阐述了实验原理，给出了实验结果．
