A stepwise deposition method was employed to create ordered polyaniline (PANI) nanowires with remarkably enhanced capacitance. Cyclic voltammetry, AC impedance, and galvanostatic charge/discharge cycling were employed to investigate the electrochemical performance of the PANI electrodes. The PANI-deposited electrode exhibits much higher capacitance than those prepared by one-step deposition method, which were mainly contributed from the unique nano structure of PANI and the increased biological, economical, and technical surface areas. The superior capacitive behaviors of the nano PANI electrodes show great potential in preparation of high efficient electrochemical capacitors or rechargeable batteries. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了n(电子型)-p(空穴型) 复合半导体材料0.5%Cu/TiO2-2.0%NiO (w),利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外-可见光漫反射(UV-Vis)、程序升温脱附(TPD)技术对材料结构、吸光性能、化学吸附性能进行了表征,研究了该材料对CO2和H2O合成CH3OH的光促表面催化反应(PSSR)规律.结果表明,所制备材料能够明显促进目的反应,室温条件下即有CH3OH生成.在200 ℃下,由于光-表面-热的协同效应,CO2转化率得以提高,且CH3OH的选择性达到87.5% .根据实验结果,得出CO2在材料表面的卧式吸附态为CH3OH的前驱物,并对PSSR机理进行了讨论. 相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of copper (II) nitrate with 1-hydroxycyclohexanephosphonic acid [C6H10(OH)PO3H2] or Δ1-cyclohexenephosphonic acid [C6H9PO3H2] have resulted in three new copper phosphonates, namely, Cu(C6H10(OH)PO3)(H2O)2 (1), Cu(C6H10(OH)PO3) (2) and Cu(C6H9PO3)(H2O) (3). Compound 1 has a dinuclear structure in which two {CuO5} square pyramids are bridged by two {CPO3} tetrahedra through corner sharing. The dimers are connected through intermolecular hydrogen bonds, forming supramolecular layers. Both compounds 2 and 3 show layer structures typical for metal mono-phosphonates, in which the inorganic metal-containing layers are separated by cyclohexane or cyclohexene groups. The magnetic studies show that ferromagnetic interactions are mediated between copper centers in compound 1. In compounds 2 and 3, antiferromagnetic interactions are dominant. 相似文献

This paper reports a new method for detection of ROS scavengers including superoxide dismutase, ascorbic acid and glutathione based on a 'probe' of peroxidase-oxidase biochemical oscillator. The oscillation period and amplitude change with different concentrations of scavengers. The linear ranges of superoxide dismutase, ascorbic acid and glutathione are respectively 1.56 x 10(-4)-1.56 x 10(-3) mg mL(-1), 1.75 x 10(-7)-1.75 x 10(-5) mol L(-1) and 9.38 x 10(-7)-7.5 x 10(-5) mol L(-1). The selectivity, linearity and precision for superoxide dismutase, ascorbic acid, and glutathione are presented and discussed. The results compared well with other standard methods for determination of superoxide dismutase, ascorbic acid and glutathione. A method for the determination of the major serotonin metabolite — 5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid (5-HIAA) in human gastric juice by cyclic voltammetry was described. The measurement conditions were investigated. The potential window was chosen from +0.1 to +0.9 V, the supporting electrolyte was 0.025 M PBS solution (pH 2.0). The method allowed determination in the concentration range from 2.0 ×10−7 to 2.0 ×10 −5 M and a detection limit of 80 nM. When samples of gastric juice were analyzed with the method, we obtained the mean content of 5-HIAA in the gastric juice. Meanwhile, interference from other ions and substances were examined. The experimental results indicate that the method for the determination of gastric juice samples is successful. 相似文献

The effects of Amoxicillin Sodium and Cefuroxime Sodium on the growth of E. coli DH5α were investigated by microcalorimetry. The metabolic power-time curves of E. coli DH5α growth were determined by using a TAM air isothermal microcalorimeter at 37°C. By evaluation of the obtained parameters,
such as growth rate constants (k), inhibitory ratio (I), the maximum heat power (P
m) and the time of the maximum heat power (t
m), one found that the inhibitory activity of Amoxicillin Sodium vs. E. coli DH5α is enhanced with the increasing of the Amoxicillin Sodium concentration, and the Cefuroxime Sodium has a stimulatory effect on the E. coli DH5α growth when the concentration is about 1 μg mL−1. The IC50 for the Amoxicillin Sodium and the Cefuroxime Sodium are 1.6 and 2.0 μg mL−1, respectively, it implicates that the E. coli DH5α is more sensitive to Amoxicillin Sodium than Cefuroxime Sodium. 相似文献
