79Kr高自旋超形变的观测

通过５５Ｍｎ（３０Ｓｉ,αｐｎ）反应布居了７９Ｋｒ的高自旋态．用ＧＡＳＰ阵列配以由４０个ΔＥ×ＥＳｉ（Ａｕ）望远镜所组成的带电粒子球实现γγγ－带电粒子符合测量．观测到由相对强度为（２．７±０．３）％的８条级联γ跃迁所组成的７９Ｋｒ高自旋超形变转动带．除了在转动频率ω＞０．９５ＭｅＶ处急剧下降外,该带的动力学转动惯量近乎常数（22ñ2／ＭｅＶ）并被解释为具有四极形变参数β２＝０．５１以及本征侵入组态为π５０ν５１． High-spinstates in 79Kr were populated via the fusion evaporation reaction 55Mn (30Si,αpn)at 130 MeV.Promptγ γγ charged particle coincidences were measured by using the GASP array in conjunction with the ΔE×E Si(Au) charged particle ball.Asu perdeformed band consisting of 8 γ ray transitions with an intensity of (2.7±0.3)% has been indentified in 79Kr.The dynamic moment of inertia for the band is nearly constant at approxately 22ñ2/MeV below arotational frequency of 0.95 MeV...     

Empirical relationship between chiral selectivity and mobile phase modifier properties.

An empirical relationship was derived which relates properties of the mobile phase modifier to the chiral selectivity factor for a given analyte/chiral selector combination. Using carbon dioxide and heptane-based mobile phases, the effect of various mobile phase modifiers on Pirkle-type stationary phases may be accurately modeled using a two-parameter equation. Similar results are obtained using cellulosic stationary phases with carbon dioxide-based mobile phases. Modeling separations performed using heptane-based mobile phases with cellulosic stationary phases were not successful. The predictive ability of this modeling approach was demonstrated using novel modifiers and chiral analytes.     

化学发光自显影免疫印迹法（Western Blotting）检测绒山羊皮肤组织中催乳素受体蛋白

采集不同季节绒山羊皮肤组织样品,提取总蛋白,经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,将电泳结果转移到醋酸纤维薄膜,然后与催乳素抗体结合、辣根过氧化物酶标记二抗结合,后者作用于化学发光底物,暗室中置X-光胶片上自显影数分钟,经显影、定影,得到黑色曝光斑,根据胶片上曝光斑的位置确定出催乳素受体的分子量为87kD。根据不同时期样品黑斑的大小得出各时期催乳素受体表达量与绒毛生长趋势是一致的。     

道路交通驾驶员差异性分类定量研究

驾驶员个体差异是影响城市道路交通运营、效率及安全的一个重要因素之一。为了实现对驾驶员差异性的影响分析,采用驾驶模拟舱研究平台对驾驶员样本进行归类。研究分别选取了反映驾驶员特征的静态驾驶适性和动态驾驶适性两类,共计15个指标。采用因子分析的方法将相关指标归纳为驾驶员的5个类因子,并通过主成份分析的方法找出每类因子中的主导指标,并以此指标作为聚类分析的输入变量。结果表明聚类分析得到的三类驾驶员具有明显的各自特征。     

Highly Efficient Synthesis of Covalently Cross-Linked Peptide Helices by Ring-Closing Metathesis

Olefin metathesis has been successfully applied to the synthesis of macrocyclic helical peptides [Eq. (a)]. Carbon–carbon bond tethers between amino acid side chains were introduced by ring-closing metathesis. This macrocyclization protocol is a novel and mild procedure for introducing nonnative covalent cross-links into peptide helices.     

运用密度泛函活性理论的信息论方法研究苯并富烯衍生物的芳香性

文献中已有越来越多的芳香性体系被发现,同时也有越来越多的芳香性指标被提出来,但是如何解释芳香化合物稳定性的起源以及理解芳香性的本质仍然是当今理论化学中一个悬而未决的难题。运用我们新近提出的密度泛函活性理论信息论方法,不久前我们曾对一系列富烯衍生物进行了系统研究并得到了一个全新的认识。本文进一步探讨苯并富烯衍生物的芳香性行为,目的在于考察一个或多个苯环与富烯连接之后其芳香性发生变化的情况。运用香农熵,费舍尔信息,Ghosh-Berkowitz-Parr熵,Onicescu信息能,信息增益,以及相对Rényi熵六个信息量,和四种芳香指标,ASE,HOMA,FLU和NICS,我们系统地研究了信息量和芳香性指标在单、双、三苯并富烯衍生物中的相关性。我们发现,不管是否有苯环与富烯相连,芳香指标和信息量的交叉相关性都是一样的。这表明,虽然苯环本身具有芳香性,但苯环与富烯相连并不能改变富烯的芳香性与反芳香性本质。苯并富烯衍生物与富烯衍生物的芳香性和反芳香性一致。苯并富烯衍生物的芳香性和反芳香性完全取决于富烯本身的芳香性和反芳香性。这些结果为认识和理解复杂体系芳香性和反芳香性起源和本质将提供有益的启示。     

蒙药新-Ⅱ中微量硒的测定

采用硒 -硫氰酸钾 -罗丹明 B-明胶 - OP体系分光光度法测定蒙药新 - 中微量硒。其含量为 6 .6—7.3μg· g-1 ,回收率为 94 %— 95 %。     

Automated detection and localization of bowhead whale sounds in the presence of seismic airgun surveys

An automated procedure has been developed for detecting and localizing frequency-modulated bowhead whale sounds in the presence of seismic airgun surveys. The procedure was applied to four years of data, collected from over 30 directional autonomous recording packages deployed over a 280 km span of continental shelf in the Alaskan Beaufort Sea. The procedure has six sequential stages that begin by extracting 25-element feature vectors from spectrograms of potential call candidates. Two cascaded neural networks then classify some feature vectors as bowhead calls, and the procedure then matches calls between recorders to triangulate locations. To train the networks, manual analysts flagged 219 471 bowhead call examples from 2008 and 2009. Manual analyses were also used to identify 1.17 million transient signals that were not whale calls. The network output thresholds were adjusted to reject 20% of whale calls in the training data. Validation runs using 2007 and 2010 data found that the procedure missed 30%-40% of manually detected calls. Furthermore, 20%-40% of the sounds flagged as calls are not present in the manual analyses; however, these extra detections incorporate legitimate whale calls overlooked by human analysts. Both manual and automated methods produce similar spatial and temporal call distributions.     

A one-bead, one-stock solution approach to chemical genetics: part 1

BACKGROUND: In chemical genetics, small molecules instead of genetic mutations are used to modulate the functions of proteins rapidly and conditionally, thereby allowing many biological processes to be explored. This approach requires the identification of compounds that regulate pathways and bind to proteins with high specificity. Structurally complex and diverse small molecules can be prepared using diversity-oriented synthesis, and the split-pool strategy allows their spatial segregation on individual polymer beads, but typically in quantities that limit their usefulness. RESULTS: We report full details of the first phase of our platform development, including the synthesis of a high-capacity solid-phase bead/linker system, the development of a reliable library encoding strategy, and the design of compound decoding methods both from macrobeads and stock solutions. This phase was validated by the analysis of an enantioselective, diversity-oriented synthesis resulting in an encoded 4320-member library of structurally complex dihydropyrancarboxamides. CONCLUSIONS: An efficient and accessible approach to split-pool, diversity-oriented synthesis using high-capacity macrobeads as individual microreactors has been developed. Each macrobead contains sufficient compound to generate a stock solution amenable to many biological assays, and reliable library encoding allows for rapid compound structure elucidation post-synthesis. This 'one-bead, one-stock solution' strategy is a central element of a technology platform aimed at advancing chemical genetics.
