锗（Ⅳ）─苯基荧光酮体系差分脉冲吸附伏安法的研究

在１．４１×１０－２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的硫酸介质中，锗与苯基荧光酮试剂反应在－０．５７Ｖ（ＶＳ．ＳＣＥ）电位处产生灵敏的络合吸附波．用差分脉冲极谱法测定．该络合吸附波的峰高与锗（Ⅳ）浓度在３．２×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ－４．０×１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内成正比，检测下限是８．５×１０－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ．本文详细讨论了测定的最佳条件及电极反应的机理，并用该法测定了人参中锗的含量。

Biosynthesis of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyalkanoates) by metabolically engineered Escherichia coli strains

Biosynthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) consisting of 3-hydroxyalkanoates (3HAs) of 4 to 10 carbon atoms was examined in metabolically engineered Escherichia coli strains. When the fadA and/or fadB mutant E. coli strains harboring the plasmid containing the Pseudomonas sp. 61-3 phaC2 gene and the Ralstonia eutropha phaAB genes were cultured in Luria-Bertani (LB) medium supplemented with 2 g/L of sodium decanoate, all the recombinant E. coli strains synthesized PHAs consisting of C4, C6, C8, and C10 monomer units. The monomer composition of PHA was dependent on the E. coli strain used. When the fadA mutant E. coli was employed, PHA containing up to 63 mol% of 3-hydroyhexanoate was produced. In fadB and fadAB mutant E. coli strains, 3-hydroxybutyrate (3HB) was efficiently incorporated into PHA up to 86 mol%. Cultivation of recombinant fadA and/or fadB mutant E. coli strains in LB medium containing 10 g/L of sodium gluconate and 2 g/L of sodium decanoate resulted in the production of PHA copolymer containing a very high fraction of 3HB up to 95 mol%. Since the material properties of PHA copolymer consisting of a large fraction of 3HB and a small fraction of medium-chain-length 3HA are similar to those of low-density polyethylene, recombinant E. coli strains constructed in this study should be useful for the production of PHAs suitable for various commercial applications.

[reaction: see text] Addition of amines to the triple bond in alpha,alpha,alpha-trichloromethylpropargyl mesylate to give alpha,alpha-dichloromethylenaminones and its use in the preparation of 2-phenyl-4-dichloromethylquinolines in good yields are reported.     

相转移催化合成对甲氧基肉桂酸-2-乙基己酯的研究

对甲氧基肉桂酸 2 乙基己酯是一种有效的ＵＶＢ防晒剂[1 ,2 ] ,一般采用Ｃｌａｉｓｅｎ Ｓｃｈｍｉｄｔ缩合反应制得[3] ,但由于催化剂ＫＯＨ处于水相 ,对反应物不能充分起到催化作用导致产率较低[4] 。我们利用乙二醇 (ＰＥＧ)为相转移催化剂合成立体专一的反式对甲氧基肉桂酸 2 乙基己酯 ,产率提高到 72 .5 %。合成路线如下 :1　实验部分1 .1　仪器与试剂ＢＩＯ ＲＡＰＦＴ45 0红外光谱仪 ,用液膜法测试 ;Ｂｒｕｒｅｒ ＡＭ 30 0超导核磁共振仪 (溶剂ＤＣ Ｃｌ3) ;ＭＡＴ/44Ｓ ,ＧＣ ＭＳ型色质联用谱仪 ;试剂均为分析纯 ,上海化学试剂…     

Preparation of a piezoelectric immunosensor for the detection of Salmonella paratyphi A by immobilization of antibodies on electropolymerized films

 To obtain new coatings for the preparation of piezoelectric immunosensors, the anodic polymerization of o-aminophenol (oAP), o-phenylenediamine (oPD) and m-phenylenediamine (mPD) onto a gold-plated crystal has been studied. The possibility of immobilizing an antibody (anti-S. paratyphi A) onto the crystal via the electropolymerized films was investigated. The poly-mPD film gave the best results for immobilizing the antibody. With antibodies crosslinked on the poly-mPD film, a piezoelectric immuno-assay for the detection of S. paratyphi A was proposed. The shift (ΔF=F_20s−F_400s, Hz) between the frequency at 20 s after the addition of sample (F_20s), and that of 400 s (F_400s) was used to construct a calibration graph, and shortening of the assay time was achieved. The S. paratyphi A concentration in the range of 10^5–10⁹ cells/ml can be measured by this method. Received: 9 May 1996/Revised: 6 September 1996/Accepted: 19 September 1996     

A fibrous hypercrosslinked sorbent prepared on PP-ST-DVB matrix via post-crosslinking reaction

A fibrous sorbent possessing abundant micropore structure was firstly prepared via post-crosslinking reaction on the PP-ST-DVB original fiber. Its micromorphology and sorptive properties were investigated, and the results demonstrated that the novel fibrous hypererosslinked sorbent has narrow pore-size distribution, small average porous radius （1.90 nm）, high specific surface area （362.31 m^2/g）, and fine sorptive properties for small organic molecules.     

A Novel Dihydroflavone from the Roots of Uvaria Macrophylla

A new dihydroflavone (1), named macrophyllol A, was isolated from the roots of Uvaria macrophylla. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.     

Synthesis, crystal structure and studies on properties of trisodium 5,3′,5′-trisulfonate-2,3,4,4′-tetrahydroxy-deoxybenzoin

A new water soluble compound trisodium 5,3′,5′-trisulfonate-2,3,4,4′-tetrahydroxy-deoxybenzoin (TTDB) was synthesized and characterized by IR, UV, ¹H NMR, and elemental analysis. The single crystal of TTDB was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The scavenging effect of compounds on hydroxy radicals was detected by fluorescent spectrophotometry. The electrochemical behavior of compounds in nonaqueous solution DMF was carried out by means of cyclic voltammetry. The experimental result shows that the crystal [C₁₄H₁₇Na₃O₁₈S₃] belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with unit cell constants a = 1.4223(4) nm, b = 2.4327(8) nm, c = 1.3596(4) nm, α = 90°, β = 113.044(5)°, γ = 90°, Z = 8, V = 4.329(2) nm³, D _c = 1.925 mg/m³, F(000) = 2568, F _w = 638.43, R ₁ = 0.0950, wR ₂ = 0.2648. The half effective concentration EC₅₀ of scavenging hydroxy radicals of compound THDB is 53.1 μmol/L, while that of scavenging hydroxy radicals of compound TTDB is 47.3μmol/L. Complete 1H and 13C NMR assignments of four new steroidal glycosides from a gorgonian coral Junceella juncea

Four new cholest-type steroidal glycosides, junceellosides A-D, isolated from the EtOH/CH(2)Cl(2) extracts of the South China Sea gorgonian coral Junceella juncea, were identified. Complete assignments of the (1)H and (13)C NMR chemical shifts for these compounds were achieved by means of one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques, including (1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY spectra.
