在1.41×10-2mol/L的硫酸介质中,锗与苯基荧光酮试剂反应在-0.57V(VS.SCE)电位处产生灵敏的络合吸附波.用差分脉冲极谱法测定.该络合吸附波的峰高与锗(Ⅳ)浓度在3.2×10-8mol/L-4.0×10-7mol/L范围内成正比,检测下限是8.5×10-9mol/L.本文详细讨论了测定的最佳条件及电极反应的机理,并用该法测定了人参中锗的含量。  相似文献

Biosynthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) consisting of 3-hydroxyalkanoates (3HAs) of 4 to 10 carbon atoms was examined in metabolically engineered Escherichia coli strains. When the fadA and/or fadB mutant E. coli strains harboring the plasmid containing the Pseudomonas sp. 61-3 phaC2 gene and the Ralstonia eutropha phaAB genes were cultured in Luria-Bertani (LB) medium supplemented with 2 g/L of sodium decanoate, all the recombinant E. coli strains synthesized PHAs consisting of C4, C6, C8, and C10 monomer units. The monomer composition of PHA was dependent on the E. coli strain used. When the fadA mutant E. coli was employed, PHA containing up to 63 mol% of 3-hydroyhexanoate was produced. In fadB and fadAB mutant E. coli strains, 3-hydroxybutyrate (3HB) was efficiently incorporated into PHA up to 86 mol%. Cultivation of recombinant fadA and/or fadB mutant E. coli strains in LB medium containing 10 g/L of sodium gluconate and 2 g/L of sodium decanoate resulted in the production of PHA copolymer containing a very high fraction of 3HB up to 95 mol%. Since the material properties of PHA copolymer consisting of a large fraction of 3HB and a small fraction of medium-chain-length 3HA are similar to those of low-density polyethylene, recombinant E. coli strains constructed in this study should be useful for the production of PHAs suitable for various commercial applications.  相似文献

对甲氧基肉桂酸 2 乙基己酯是一种有效的UVB防晒剂[1 ,2 ] ,一般采用Claisen Schmidt缩合反应制得[3] ,但由于催化剂KOH处于水相 ,对反应物不能充分起到催化作用导致产率较低[4] 。我们利用乙二醇 (PEG)为相转移催化剂合成立体专一的反式对甲氧基肉桂酸 2 乙基己酯 ,产率提高到 72 .5 %。合成路线如下 :1 实验部分1 .1 仪器与试剂BIO RAPFT45 0红外光谱仪 ,用液膜法测试 ;Brurer AM 30 0超导核磁共振仪 (溶剂DC Cl3) ;MAT/44S ,GC MS型色质联用谱仪 ;试剂均为分析纯 ,上海化学试剂…  相似文献

 To obtain new coatings for the preparation of piezoelectric immunosensors, the anodic polymerization of o-aminophenol (oAP), o-phenylenediamine (oPD) and m-phenylenediamine (mPD) onto a gold-plated crystal has been studied. The possibility of immobilizing an antibody (anti-S. paratyphi A) onto the crystal via the electropolymerized films was investigated. The poly-mPD film gave the best results for immobilizing the antibody. With antibodies crosslinked on the poly-mPD film, a piezoelectric immuno-assay for the detection of S. paratyphi A was proposed. The shift (ΔF=F20s−F400s, Hz) between the frequency at 20 s after the addition of sample (F20s), and that of 400 s (F400s) was used to construct a calibration graph, and shortening of the assay time was achieved. A fibrous sorbent possessing abundant micropore structure was firstly prepared via post-crosslinking reaction on the PP-ST-DVB original fiber. Its micromorphology and sorptive properties were investigated, and the results demonstrated that the novel fibrous hypererosslinked sorbent has narrow pore-size distribution, small average porous radius (1.90 nm), high specific surface area (362.31 m^2/g), and fine sorptive properties for small organic molecules.  相似文献

A new water soluble compound trisodium 5,3′,5′-trisulfonate-2,3,4,4′-tetrahydroxy-deoxybenzoin (TTDB) was synthesized and characterized by IR, UV, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis. The single crystal of TTDB was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The scavenging effect of compounds on hydroxy radicals was detected by fluorescent spectrophotometry. The electrochemical behavior of compounds in nonaqueous solution DMF was carried out by means of cyclic voltammetry. The experimental result shows that the crystal [C14H17Na3O18S3] belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with unit cell constants a = 1.4223(4) nm, b = 2.4327(8) nm, c = 1.3596(4) nm, α = 90°, β = 113.044(5)°, γ = 90°, Z = 8, V = 4.329(2) nm3, D c = 1.925 mg/m3, F(000) = 2568, F w = 638.43, R 1 = 0.0950, wR 2 = 0.2648. The half effective concentration EC50 of scavenging hydroxy radicals of compound THDB is 53.1 μmol/L, while that of scavenging hydroxy radicals of compound TTDB is 47.3μmol/L. Four new cholest-type steroidal glycosides, junceellosides A-D, isolated from the EtOH/CH(2)Cl(2) extracts of the South China Sea gorgonian coral Junceella juncea, were identified. Complete assignments of the (1)H and (13)C NMR chemical shifts for these compounds were achieved by means of one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques, including (1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY spectra.  相似文献
