Resonance-Radiation Force Exerted by a Circularly Polarized Light on an Atomic Wave Packet

We study the behaviour of an atomic wave packet in a circularly polarized light, and especially give the calculation of the radiative force exerted by the circularly polarized light on the atomic wave packet under the resonance condition. A general method of the calculation is presented and the result is interesting. For example, under the condition that the wave packet is very narrow or/and the interaction is very strong, no matter whether the atom is initially in its ground state or excited state, as time approaches to infinity, the resonance-radiation force exerted by the light on the atom approaches to zero. If the atom is initially in its ground state and excited state with the probability 1/2 respectively, and if the momentum density is a even function, then the resonance-radiation force exerted by the light on the atom is equal to zero.

对硫磷在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为及其分析研究

研究了对硫磷在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)修饰碳糊电极(CPE)上的电化学行为,发现PVP能显著提高对硫磷的氧化还原峰电流.据此建立了一种直接测定对硫磷的电分析方法.对硫磷氧化峰电流与其浓度在2.5×10-8～1.0×10-6mol/L及1.0×10-6～1.0 × 10-5mol/L 范围内呈良好的线性关系,开路富集5 min后,检出限为7.5×10-9mol/L.在1.0×10-5mol/L的对硫磷试液中连续测定10次,其RSD为2.8%.用此方法测定了蔬菜中的对硫磷.     

微渗析-液相色谱电化学检测法测定全血中的半胱氨酸和谷胱甘肽

采用微渗析取样作为样品预处理技术,与高效液相色谱电化学检测联用,建立了一种测定血中半胱氨酸(Cys)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的新方法。电化学检测以玻碳电极为工作电极,结果表明在3.5×10-6～1.0×10-3mol/L浓度范围内,Cys和GSH的浓度分别与氧化峰的峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数分别为0.9971和0.9982,检测限分别为1.2×10-6mol/L和3.2×10-6mol/L。

Effect of a barrier potential on soliton dynamical characteristics in condensates

By using the multiple-scale method, this paper analytically studies the effect of a barrier potential on the dynamical characteristics of the soliton in Bose--Einstein condensates. It is shown that a stable soliton is exhibited at the top of the barrier potential and the region of the absence of the barrier potential. Meanwhile, it is found that the height of the barrier potential has an important effect on the dark soliton dynamical characteristics in the condensates. With the increase of height of the barrier potential, the amplitude of the dark soliton becomes smaller, its width is narrower, and the soliton propagates more slowly.     

微渗析活体取样与液相色谱安培检测法联用测定鼠脑中黄嘌呤和次黄嘌呤

采用微渗析活体取样技术和高效液相色谱安培检测法 ,测定了鼠脑纹状体中的黄嘌呤和次黄嘌呤。安培检测以玻碳电极为工作电极 ,检测电位为 0 .9V。在 5 .0× 1 0 - 7～ 1 .0× 1 0 - 4 mol/L浓度范围内 ,黄嘌呤和次黄嘌呤的浓度分别与峰电流呈良好的线性关系 ,检出限分别为 8 0× 1 0 - 8mol/L和 3 0× 1 0 - 7mol/L。该方法为生命科学的研究提供了一种新的分析手段     

钴(Ⅱ)-甲基百里香酚蓝络合剂-亚硝酸根络合吸附波的研究及应用

在pH 8.5、0.04 mol/L NH3*H2O-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,钴-甲基百里香酚蓝络合剂(MTB)在NaNO2存在下,于-1.23 V(vs.SCE)产生一尖锐、灵敏的二次导数极谱波,峰电流与钴(Ⅱ)浓度在5.0×10-8～2.0×10-6 mol/L范围内呈线性关系;检出限为1.0×10-8 mol/L.研究了该波的性质及电极反应机理,证明该波为络合吸附波.峰电流由中心离子钴(Ⅱ)还原产生.络合物在汞电极上的饱和吸附量为5.18×10-9 mol/cm2,符合Frumkin等温式.测得吸附系数β=6.86×105,自由能ΔGθ=33.30 kJ/mol;电子转移数n=2.不可逆吸附的转移系数α=0.58,反应速率常数ks=2.26/s.方法用于VB12和模拟样中痕量钴的测定,结果满意.
