锦屏深地核天体物理实验(JUNA)地面实验进展

锦屏深地核天体物理(JUNA)实验项目将利用中国锦屏深地实验室(CJPL)的良好条件,在天体物理伽莫夫能量窗口开展核天体关键反应$^{25}{\rm{Mg}}({\rm{p}},{\rm{\gamma}})^{26}{\rm{Al}}$、$^{19}{\rm{F}}({\rm{p}},\alpha)^{16}{\rm{O}}$、$^{13}{\rm{C}}(\alpha, {\rm{n}})^{16}{\rm{O}}$和$^{12}{\rm{C}}(\alpha,{\rm{\gamma}})^{16}{\rm{O}}$的直接测量,为理解恒星演化和元素起源提供新的数据。目前,已经在地面上对加速器装置、束流稳定性、靶、探测器以及电子学进行了系统的测试。地面实验内容包括高纯锗探测器效率刻度,$^{25}{\rm{Mg}}({\rm{p}}, {\rm{\gamma}})^{26}{\rm{Al}}$在304 keV的共振强度测量,$^{19}{\rm{F}}({\rm{p}}, \alpha)^{16}{\rm{O}}$的截面测量,聚乙烯作为慢化体的中子探测器的设计、加工和效率刻度,靶的设计和稳定性检测等。JUNA项目整体进展顺利,地面实验已取得一系列关键进展和初步成果。在不远的将来,JUNA项目将有序开展地下实验,完成设定目标,也将促进更广泛的国际合作,助力于天体演化中的若干重大科学问题的解决。     

Study of the material photon and electron background and the liquid argon detector veto efficiency of the CDEX-10 experiment

The China Dark Matter Experiment (CDEX) is located at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory (CJPL) and aims to directly detect the weakly interacting massive particles (WIMP) flux with high sensitivity in the low mass region. Here we present a study of the predicted photon and electron backgrounds including the background contribution of the structure materials of the germanium detector, the passive shielding materials, and the intrinsic radioactivity of the liquid argon that serves as an anti-Compton active shielding detector. A detailed geometry is modeled and the background contribution has been simulated based on the measured radioactivities of all possible components within the GEANT4 program. Then the photon and electron background level in the energy region of interest (<10^-2 events·kg^-1·day^-1·keV^-1 (cpkkd)) is predicted based on Monte Carlo simulations. The simulated result is consistent with the design goal of the CDEX-10 experiment, 0.1cpkkd, which shows that the active and passive shield design of CDEX-10 is effective and feasible.     

液相色谱法测定生物发酵液中水溶性维生素的研究

本文采用反相离子对色谱测定了生物发酵液中的七种水溶性维生素。提出了用自行装填的酸性氧化铝（０．１９～０．１５ｍｍ）前置柱，和５％乙酸洗脱样品的前处理方法；并就有关的色谱条件进行了选择。色谱柱为ＮｏｖａＰａｋＣ１８；流动相Ａ液为０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ庚烷磺酸盐（ＰＩＣＢ７），冰乙酸调ｐＨ＝２．５；Ｂ液为甲醇＋三乙胺（１００＋０．５）；梯度洗脱；ＵＶ２５４ｎｍ、２９０ｎｍ、３６０ｎｍ同时测定。线性范围为０．１～１０μｇ，各种维生素的ＲＳＤ在１．２％～３．０％之间（ＶｉｔａｍｉｎＢ１２除外），回收率大于９０％。     

浅谈ORACLE数据库的性能优化

从内存、磁盘、CPU以及SQL语句4个方面阐述了ORACLE数据库的性能优化问题,以期对大型数据库管理具有一定的借鉴。     

15种核酸水解产物的高效液相色谱分离及其在酵母抽提物分析中的应用

采用反相高产液相色谱同时分离１５种核酸水解产物,包括６种核苷酸,４种核苷和５种碱基,利用二级管矩阵检测器提供的紫外光谱图对复杂样品进行辅助定性及鉴定峰纯度,并将此方法应用于测定酵母抽提物中的核苷酸,取得了满意的结果,方法的精密度为相对标准偏差小于３．５％,回收率９３．８％－１０４．６％。     

阿魏酸酯酶酶化发酵饲料制备及其对肉鸡养分利用率的影响

为了降低饲料中抗营养因子,提高饲料转化率,研究阿魏酸酯酶酶化发酵饲料的制备及其对肉鸡养分利用率的影响.通过正交实验得到发酵饲料较优配方(质量分数):菌柄干物质为12%,玉米蛋白饲料为26%,棕榈仁粕为11%,谷壳粉为16%,瓜尔豆粕为5%,玉米粉为5%,糖蜜为0.3%,益生剂为0.1%,发酵饲料中粗蛋白为22.48%.相对于基础日粮,酶化发酵饲料对肉鸡的干物质、粗灰分、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维及酸性洗涤木质素的利用率分别提高5.59%,38.31%,10.36%,16.52%,29.25%,18.99%,且肉鸡对酶化发酵饲料养分利用率比普通发酵饲料高.     

Pickering乳液模板法制备Janus粒子

本文以SiO₂粒子稳定的水包油(O/W)型Pickering乳液作为模板, 在乳液连续相进行SI-ATRP, 将聚合物刷接枝到SiO₂粒子外半表面, 破乳得到半修饰的Janus粒子.     

Measurement of cosmic ray flux in the China JinPing underground laboratory

The China JinPing underground Laboratory (CJPL) is the deepest underground laboratory running in the world at present. In such a deep underground laboratory, the cosmic ray flux is a very important and necessary parameter for rare-event experiments. A plastic scintillator telescope system has been set up to measure the cosmic ray flux. The performance of the telescope system has been studied using the cosmic rays on the ground laboratory near the CJPL. Based on the underground experimental data taken from November 2010 to December 2011 in the CJPL, which has an effective live time of 171 days, the cosmic ray muon flux in the CJPL is measured to be (2.0±0.4)×10-10/(cm2 ·s). The ultra-low cosmic ray background guarantees an ideal environment for dark matter experiments at the CJPL.     

PandaX实验的进展与展望

PandaX是位于四川的中国锦屏地下实验室（CJPL）内的,利用氙作为工作物质,探测暗物质等其它极稀有事件的大型地下粒子探测实验计划。PandaX探测器中的氙工作在气液两相的模式。通过检测液相和气相中闪烁光强的比例,实现对目标粒子包括WIMP和Axion等疑似信号的鉴别。PandaX已顺利完成了有效区体积约为120 kg氙的一期计划,目前正在运行实施有效区体积约为500 kg氙的二期计划。在WIMP质量为45 GeV/c2附近,探测灵敏度达2.97×10-45 cm2（90%置信度）,没有发现WIMP疑似信号。本工作介绍了PandaX一期和二期的进展,以及后续升级计划,其中包括升级PandaX的时间投影室至4吨,建造用于屏蔽岩石放射性本底的水屏蔽,以及136Xe双贝塔衰变的研究计划等。PandaX is a xenon-based dark matter and other rare events searching project located at China JinPing underground Laboratory (CJPL), Sichuan province, China. Dual phases, liquid and gas phase of xenon are used in the detector. Particles, including Weak Interaction Massive Particles (WIMPs) or axions etc., may induce scintillating signals in both liquid (S1 signal) and gas (S2 signal) phases, and then are identified by analyzing the ratio of S1 and S2. The PandaX had completed its first stage, the 120 kg in fiducial volume, and now is running in its stage Ⅱ with fiducial volume of 500 kg. The running results show that the WIMP-matter cross section detecting sensitivity of about 2.97×10-45 cm2(90% C.L.) has been achieved at a WIMP mass of 44.7 GeV/c2, and no WIMP candidates are identified. The upgrading plan of the PandaX is discussed, which include to build a larger Time project chamber (TPC) of about 4 tons, a water tank for radiation shielding, and the plan of 136Xe double beta decay studies.     

维纳卡兰的合成研究进展

传统的抗心律失常药物疗效较好,但具有致心律失常、器官毒性等副作用.新上市的维纳卡兰是一种新型抗心律失常药物,为选择性心房钠/钾离子通道阻滞剂,研究表明在新近发作的心房颤动急性转复方面的疗效优于胺碘酮,且临床应用前景较好,对其合成路线进行综述.
