禽多杀性巴氏杆菌X-73株ompH基因的克隆和表达

以禽多杀性巴氏杆菌国际标准株X-73基因组DNA为模板,采用PCR扩增得到编码信号肽除外的成熟外膜蛋白H的ompH基因,将ompH基因克隆至pMAL-p2X表达载体中,构建重组表达质粒pMAL-p2X-ompH,转化大肠杆菌BL21,用SDS-PAGE电泳检测IPTG诱导后的表达蛋白.DNA测序结果表明ompH基因片段大小为1 002 bp,与已报道的ompH基因的核苷酸序列完全相同、而SDS-PAGE结果显示表达分子质量约为78 ku,与预期的融合蛋白MBP-OmpH分子质量相符,表明成功构建出原核表达质粒并实现了目的蛋白表达,为进一步开展禽多杀性巴氏杆菌保护抗原的研究奠定基础.     

一维对流扩散方程第二类初边值问题的一种半离散差分格式

文章研究了空问变量离散,时间变量保持不变的对流扩散方程的数边值问题转化为常微分方程组的初边值问题,再用常微分方程L稳定的改进的单步方法[1],来构造对流扩散方程的一种四阶精度的差分格式,数值结果与Crank-Nichol-son格式进行比较,数值结果表明,该方法可以很好地解决对流扩散方程导数边值问题的数值计算.     

高层住宅的通风与排烟道烟气倒灌系统的分析

我国高层住宅排烟道在并联多个排油烟机且不设总排风机的工况下,尚存在防烟气倒灌能力低的问题。目前,推出一种内置引射诱导器的通风排烟系统,并由国家空调设备质量检测中心实地进行空气动力性能检测,证明其防烟气倒灌的效果比较好。

A new control law based on characteristic exponent assignment for libration point orbit maintenance

A new method is developed for stabilizing motion on collinear libration point orbits using the formalism of the circular restricted three body problem. Linearization about the collinear libration point orbits yields an unstable linear parameter-varying system with periodic coefficients. Given the variational equations, an innovative control law based on characteristic exponent assignment is introduced for libration point orbit maintenance. A numerical simulation choosing the Richardson＇s third order approximation for a halo orbit as a nominal orbit is conducted, and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of this control law.     

On the behaviour characterization of metallic cellular materials under impact loading

This paper reviews the common mechanical features of the metallic cellular material under impact loading as well as the characterization methods of such behaviours. The main focus is on the innovations of various testing methods at impact loading rates.Following aspects were discussed in details.（1） The use of soft nylon Hopkinson/Kolsky bar for an enhanced measuring accuracy in order to assess if there is a strength enhancement or not for this class of cellular materials under moderate impact loading;（2） The use of digital image correlations to determine the strain fields during the tests to confirm the existence of a pseudo-shock wave propagation inside the cellular material under high speed impact： （3） The use of new combined shear compression device to determine the loading envelop of cellular materials under impact multiaxial loadings.     

Delayed feedback control experiments on some flexible structures

In recent decades,studies on delayed system dynamics have attracted increasing attention and advances have been achieved in stability,nonlinearity,delay identification, delay elimination and application.However,most of the existing work is on the theoretical basis and little is on the experiment.This paper presents our experimental studies on delayed feedback control conducted in recent years with the focus on the discussion of a DSP-based delayed experiment system.Some phenomena in our delay experiments are discussed and a few topics of interest for further research are brought forward.     

New application to Riccati equation

<正>To seek new infinite sequence of exact solutions to nonlinear evolution equations,this paper gives the formula of nonlinear superposition of the solutions and Backlund transformation of Riccati equation.Based on the tanhfunction expansion method and homogenous balance method,new infinite sequence of exact solutions to Zakharov-Kuznetsov equation,Karamoto-Sivashinsky equation and the set of(2+l)-dimensional asymmetric Nizhnik-Novikov-Veselov equations are obtained with the aid of symbolic computation system Mathematica.The method is of significance to construct infinite sequence exact solutions to other nonlinear evolution equations.
