Increasing the rewriting e-paper by selecting speed of optical rewritable proper liquid crystals

The effect of interaction between liquid crystal （LC） and photoalignment material on the speed of optical rewriting process is investigated. The theoretical analysis shows that a smaller frank elastic constant K22 of liquid crystal corresponds to a larger twist angle, which gives rise to a larger rewriting speed. Six different LC cells with the same boundary conditions （one substrate is covered with rubbed polyimide （PI） and the other with photo sensitive rewritable sulfuric dye I（SD1）） are tested experimentally under the same illumination intensity （450 nm, 80 mW/cm2）. The results demonstrate that with a suitable liquid crystal, the LC optical rewriting speed for e-paper application can be obviously improved. For two well known LC materials E7 （K22 is larger） and 5CB （K22 is smaller）, they require 11 s and 6 s corresponding to change alignment direction for generating image information.     

舟山沿岸定置张网作业休渔前后鱼类组成分析

根据2007-2009年舟山沿岸定置张网作业渔业资源调查资料,对休渔前后(5月和9月)张网作业渔获物组成进行比较分析。结果表明:休渔前(5月)优势种为鳀鱼、矛尾鰕虎鱼、带鱼、银鲳和黄鲫,其渔获重量占总渔获重量的96.2%;休渔后(9月)以龙头鱼、带鱼、黄鲫和小黄鱼为优势种,其渔获量占总渔获量的77.6%。5月平均每网每天共损害带鱼、小黄鱼和银鲳幼鱼1 030尾,9月平均每网每天损害带鱼、小黄鱼和银鲳幼鱼587尾,比5月减少75.5%。舟山近岸张网休渔后(9月)主要经济种类渔获个体和重量均较休渔前(5月)有大幅增加,通过3个月的休渔,对经济种类的资源养护确实有一定效果,但是渔获个体仍然较小,大多数个体仍然没有达到开捕规格,建议定置张网休渔可以向前推移1个月。     

基于微透镜阵列的DMD芯片投影系统照明优化

分析了照明系统中微透镜阵列的入射光线角度及系统像差对光学利用率的影响,提出了通过修正相关参数来优化照明系统的光学利用率以及照明均匀性的方法。通过改变用于光源聚光的自由曲面透镜的面型来缩小入射角度,从而减小了由于大角度扩散造成的效率损失。并且在微透镜阵列后采用两个球面透镜代替傅里叶透镜作为积分镜片,不仅成本低廉,而且在控制像差方面更为灵活。参数优化后,设计方案的光学利用率可达60.51%,均匀性可达94.24%,验证了理论分析的可行性和有效性。     

Micro-patterned liquid crystal Pancharatnam-Berry axilens

A liquid crystal Pancharatnam–Berry(PB) axilens is proposed and fabricated via a digital micro-mirrordevice-based photo-patterning system. The polarization-dependent device behaves as an axilens for a lefthanded circularly polarized incident beam, for which an optical ring is focused with a long focal depth in the transverse direction at the output, and an anti-axilens for a right-handed circularly polarized incident beam,for which an optical ring gradually expands at the output. The modification of the size and the sharpness of the diffracted ring beam is demonstrated by encoding a positive(negative) PB lens term into the director expression of a PB(anti-)axicon.     

外电场作用下液晶指向矢分布差分迭代求解及液晶盒视角电光特性研究

根据液晶连续体弹性形变理论,本文首次提出液晶指向矢在外电场作用下分布的差分迭带求解法,实践表明该方法具有稳定性好,速度快,结果准确等特点,并适用于各种模式的液晶盒.在运用该方法求得液晶指向矢分布的前提下,结合消法布里-珀罗干涉快速4×4矩阵法,对液晶显示器的视角光学特性作了研究.     

Crystallization of amorphous silicon beyond the crystallized polycrystalline silicon region induced by metal nickel

Crystallization of amorphous silicon(a-Si) which starts from the middle of the a-Si region separating two adjacent metal-induced crystallization(MIC) polycrystalline silicon(poly-Si) regions is observed. The crystallization is found to be related to the distance between the neighboring nickel-introducing MIC windows. Trace nickel that diffuses from the MIC window into the a-Si matrix during the MIC heat-treatment is experimentally discovered, which is responsible for the crystallization of the a-Si beyond the MIC front. A minimum diffusion coefficient of 1.84×10~(-9)cm~2/s at 550℃ is estimated for the trace nickel diffusion in a-Si.     

扭曲向列型LCD电光特性计算的理论研究

本文在叶伯琦(Pochi Yeh)扩展琼斯矩阵的基础上,推导出在斜入射情况下扭曲向列型液晶显示器(LCD)电光特性计算公式,并与Berreman的4×4矩阵、Lien的扩展琼斯矩阵进行了数值比较结果表明,运用本论文的计算公式得到的结果要比Lien的更接近于用Berreman 4×4矩阵得到的结果,并且本文推导得出的公式具有运算量小,直接和简洁等特点.     

浙江北部沿岸张网作业区鱼类优势种时空变化研究

根据2007-2009年浙江北部沿岸张网作业区（29°30′～31°00′N、122°00′～123°00′E）进行监测所获得的资料,用相对重要性指数、Margalef物种丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数等指标,对浙江北部沿岸张网作业区鱼类的季节变化、时空分布和重要经济种类生物学变化进行分析。结果表明：浙江北部沿岸张网作业区第一、二、三季度共有优势种8种,第四季度优势种7种。将调查的10个作业点划分为5个区域,其中,黄大洋、嵊泗区共出现优势种6种;普陀区和岱衢洋共有优势种5种;杭州湾有优势种3种。对黄龙点主要经济种类生物学测定和分析得出,本次调查主要经济鱼类带鱼、小黄鱼、银鲳等平均体重较历史上有较大变动,群体组成趋于小型化。     

论中国抗战对日本国力的损耗

1937年至1941年间的中国抗战严重地损耗了日本国力.由于在华战争的巨大消耗,日本的国家财政收支严重入不敷出、战略资源极度匮乏、工农业生产皆陷于破产的境地,事实上,在太平洋战争爆发之前,日本国力已经急剧衰退,濒临崩溃.这对日本法西斯的败亡起着根本作用.
