GEOMETRIC PHASES AND SCHR?DINGER'S CAT STATE

A matrix method is presented for treating the dynamical phases, adiabatic phases and nonadiabatic phases of quantum superposition states. It is effective for any parameter-varying Hamiltonian system. As two examples, the evolution of mass-varying harmonic oscillator and the evolution of coherent states under parameter-varying displaced operator have been studied, Some new phenomena are obtained in the first case and the possible producing of so-called Schr?dinger's cat state by geometric phases is pointed out. The quantum state useful for the quantum optical verification of Berry's phase is introduced.     

INFLUENCE OF C+-IMPLANTATION DOSE ON BLUE EMISSION AND MICROSTRUCTURES OF Si-BASED POROUS β-SIC

Crystal Si were implanted with different doses of C⁺ from 10¹¹ to 10¹⁷ cm^-2 at an energy of 50 keV. β-SiC precipitates were formed by thermal annealing at 1050 ℃ for 1 h and porous structures were prepared by electrochemical anodization. Under the excitation of ultraviolet, the samples, with C⁺ dose ≥10¹⁵ cm^-2 have intense blue emission which is stronger than the photoluminescence (PL) intensity of reference porous silicon (PS), and increases as C⁺ dose increases; the samples with C⁺ dose ≤10¹⁴ cm^-2 show similar PL spectra to those of PS. The blue peak intensity in PL spectra is correlated with the TO phonon absorption strength of β-SiC in infrared absorption spectra. The transmission electron microscopy study shows that the blue peak is also correlated with the microstructures. Because porous β-SiC is nanometer in size, it is suggested that the quantum confinement effect be responsible for the blue light emission.

以２．０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ对甲苯磺酸为淋洗液,用非抑制型电导检测离子排斥色谱法测定了马齿苋叶及茎中的柠檬酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸、琥珀酸、反丁烯二酸和乙酸。     

血清中微量神经节苷脂的色谱分析

叙述了血清中微量神经节苷脂的色谱分析法,研究了正常人和食道癌患者血清中神经节苷脂的种类及其糖组分。采用薄层色谱和毛细管气相色谱电子捕获技术证实了正常人和食道癌患者的血清中神经节耷脂主要为ＧＭ＿３和ＧＤ＿３。     

A NEW MEASURE FOR THE JAYNES-CUMMINGS MODEL DYNAMICS --- DISTANCE BETWEEN DENSITY OPERATORS

We use the distance between density operators to study the dynamical evolution of the Jaynes-Cummings model with an additional Kerr medium, and to compare the result with the corresponding von Neumann entropy. We have shown that the distance between density operators can provide more detailed information about the dynamical behavior of the quantum system than von Neumann entropy.     

小鼠、大鼠和兔血浆中胆固醇酯的组成

<正> 用乙醚和甲醇(1:3)的混合液从血浆中提取脂类,采用薄层层析的方法从提取的脂类中提取出胆固醇酯类,胆固醇酯类的酸部分用BF_3—甲醇甲基化,甲基化的胆固醇酯类在含有1％的DEGS柱子的火焰离子测定仪上进行气相色谱,最后用求积仪对脂肪酸甲酯的数量进行检定,得出小鼠、大鼠和兔这三种动物血浆中胆固醇酯类的组成和含量。在三种动物中,含量最丰富的酯类(超过总酯率的30％)是亚油酸酯,含量稀少的     

采油气工程师助手OGPEA的研制

PDA(个人数据助理)是近年来飞速发展起来的新型计算机电子产品。为便于采油气工程师在生产现场进行诊断、分析和决策,我们以掌上电脑为依托,开发了这套“采油气工程师助手OGPEA”。它属于国家863项目“PEPDA(石油工程个人数据助理)系列产品研究和开发”中的子课题。在OGPEA中,将采油气工程专业内容分为工程计算、操作规程、设备规范、生产管理四大部分。文中简要介绍了这四部分专业内容,同时还介绍了采油气工程PDA的开发背景、系统目标及OGPEA所具有的其它辅助功能。     

PbWO4晶体电子结构的理论计算

采用相对论性的离散变分DV-Xα方法模拟计算了具有复杂晶体结构的PbWO₄晶体的本征能级结构,其价带顶主要由O 2p轨道组成,导带底主要由W 5d轨道构成;Pb 6s电子的绝大部分分布在距价带底～2eV处的窄带中,同时也有少量分布在价带;禁带宽度大约是4.4eV,计算结果与实验数据符合得较好. 关键词：     

长周期光纤光栅温度和应力传感特性研究

本文报道了长周期光纤光栅(LPG)温度和应力传感特性的实验研究结果,测得LPG的温度和应力灵敏系数均高于光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)灵敏系数的典型值,在11～80℃和0～100gf的温度和应力测量范围内,温度和应力响应曲线具有较好的线性.基于同一LPG不同透射波长具有不同温度和应力灵敏度的特性,实现了温度和应力的单光栅同时测量.
