改革物理实验教学加强对学员科学实验能力的培养

高等学校工科本科物理实验课程教学基本要求中明确指出：物理实验课程应使学生在中学物理实验自基础上，按照循序渐进的原则，学习物理实验知识和方法，得到实验技能的训练，从而初步了解科学实验的主要过程与基本方法，为今后的学习和工作奠定良好的实验基础。为了达到这些要求，必须对物理实验的教材体系、教学内容和教学方法进行全面的改革，加强对学员科学实验能力的培养。     

两道试题的简解

咔唑-N，S-杂冠醚类荧光探针的合成及其检测Ag+性质

以双(2?氯乙基)氨基甲酸叔丁酯、2,2?(乙烷?1,2?二丁基(氧基))二乙硫醇和N?乙基咔唑为起始原料,设计、合成了一种含有杂冠醚基团的新型荧光探针分子L,其结构经¹H NMR、¹³C NMR及高分辨质谱进行了表征。随后利用荧光光谱在水/乙醇溶剂(4∶1,V/V)中研究了探针L对Ag⁺的选择性识别。研究结果表明,探针L与Ag⁺以1∶1的比例配位。通过计算得到配位常数K_a为2.01×10⁵ L·mol^-1,检测限为4.13μmol·L^-1。通过实验证明,该探针分子可应用于河流等环境水样中Ag⁺的检测。     

A Density Functional Theory Study on Electronic Structure and Second—order Nonlinear Optical Properties of Some Push—Pull Molecules

Time-dependent density-functional theory(TDDFT)has been applied to calculate the electronic structure and second-order nonlinear optical(NLO) properties of some organic molecules.The two-dimensional(2-D)charge transfer charateristics of calculated molecules were studied and compared with corresponding experimental results.All the theoretical results agree well with the measurement.For 2-D molecule with two-fold symmetry,the dominant charge transfer is off-diagonal,while for three-fold symmetry 2-D molecule,the dominant charge transfer is not only between branches and central group but also among branches.

丁腈橡胶标准物质的~1H-NMR表征

应用1H -NMR技术对系列丁腈橡胶 (BNR)标准物质的结构进行了表征。测定了丁腈橡胶标准物质中聚丁二烯链段中的顺式和反式结构含量、聚丁二烯链段中 1,4加成聚合与 1,2加成聚合的含量以及丁腈橡胶标准物质中结合丙烯腈的含量     

色谱交点在失活催化剂研究中的应用 Ⅰ.苯-催化裂化衰化系列催化剂体系

测定了苯在五种积炭量不同的催化裂化衰化系列催化剂上的保留体积,发现它们的logV_g对1/T直线有一共同交点。这是吸附色谱中同一吸附剂上吸附质为同系物时存在色谱交点的延伸。这是将色谱交点规律应用于失活催化剂研究的新探索。     

色谱交点在多相催化研究中的应用——Ⅰ.芳烃在分子筛催化剂上的交点

测定了苯、甲苯、乙苯、二乙苯在四种分子筛催化剂上的保留体积.这些催化剂都被用于研究从苯和乙醇合成乙苯的反应中.发现了苯、甲苯、乙苯的 logV_g-1/T 直线都有共同交点.证明了气相色谱中同系物交点的一般原则,可以用在催化反应的研究中,从而为该反应提供一些有用的信息.     

Synthesis,Single-crystal Structure,and Computational Studies of a Yavapaiite Structure Compound:Pb(Sb_(0.5)Fe_(0.5))(PO_4)_2

The single crystals and powder of a Yavapaiite Structure phosphate,namely,PbSb_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)(PO_4)_2,were synthesized by solid state method and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction and powder diffraction.The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group C2/c(No.15) with a = 16.716(4),b = 5.186(7),c = 8.130(2) ?,β = 114.93(6)o,Z = 4,R(I 2s(I)) = 0.0430,R indices(all data) = 0.0460,and T = 293(2) K.The title compound belongs to the Yavapaiite Structure A(Ⅱ)M(Ⅳ)(PO_4)_2 compounds,and the Sb1 atom and Fe1 atoms occupy the same site(M) and their occupancy factors are refined to be 0.5 and 0.5 having a sum occupancy factor of 1.0.Its structure consists of [M(PO)_4]_2 nn layers running parallel to the(b,c) plane built up of cornerconnected MO_6 octahedra and PO_4 tetrahedra.Additionally,the calculations of energy band structure,and density of states have been performed with the density functional theory method.The studies of computational calculation and UV experimental results show that the new compound is an indirect band-gap insulator.
