对顾客让渡价值的质疑与思考

通过对顾客让渡价值的分析，指出它在应用中的缺陷。认为顾客让渡价值在没修正之前更适合购买者有短期行为时，在产品功能差别大、受托购买、购买者经济支付能力有限时，以及购买的目的是为了转卖、转租、获利时，将失去效用。在购买者受委托购买、购买能力有限、短期购买目的为转卖、转租、获利而购买产品时，价值中产品价值取向也将失去效用。．

In this paper,the problem of second buckling of the spherical shallow shell is calculatedby use of the method of progressing step by step and in integating.The result is more exactthan that of first approximate analyis for over-critical deformation of spherical shallowshell It has been solved that the solution of second appoximate analysis in this problemcan’t befound.The calculating example in this paper shows that the solution of progressingstep by step and integrating converges to second approximate solution.

沉积物中重金属的含量取决于样品的酸度,氧化还原电位,总有机碳,铁锰氧化物含量等诸多因素,而沉积物中重金属折毒性取决于其赋存的化学形态,化学有效性和环境特征。众所周知,重金属可形成不溶于水的硫化物,但以往对酸可挥发硫能与重金属硫化物认识不太清楚。     

Synthesis and Fungicidal Activities of Pyrimethanil Heterocyclic Acid Salt

Seven pyrimethanil salts were synthesized by organic base containing nitrogen atom reacting with substituted pyridine acids. They are reported for the first time. Their structures have been confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary toxicity tests indicated that most of them exhibited excellent fungicidal activities. The relationship between the structures and the fungicidal activities of the compounds was discussed.
