Bifurcation Control of Current-Mode Buck Converter via TDFC

Considering the TDFC controlled current-mode Buck converter featuring periodicity we propose a Fourier-decomposition based method for the bifurcation analysis of this system, hence the theoretical range of control gain of TDFC is determined. In addition, the power-stage experiment circuit is built and the control part is realized in a digital controller. The experimental results show that either bifurcation or chaos in the current-mode Buck converter can be controlled into the expectant period-1 orbit rapidly.     

Study of magnetic-rotation in ~(82)Rb by g-factor measurements

Magnetic rotation in ⁸²Rb has been investigated for the first time by g-factor measurement of intra-band states of the magnetic-rotational band built on the 11- state. The g-factors were measured by a TMF-IMPAD method and calculated by a semi-classical model of independent particle angular momentum coupling assumption. The g-factors and deduced shears angles decrease with the increasing of spin along the band, illustrating a step-by-step alignment of the valence protons and neutrons. The rapid alignment of the valence neutrons leads to a decrease of g-factors. The present results vividly reveal the shears mechanism of magnetic rotation.     

Lattice Boltzmann Simulation of the Cross Flow Over a Cantilevered and Longitudinally Vibrating Circular Cylinder

The multiple-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann method （MRT-LBM） is implemented to numerically simulate the cross flow over a longitudinal vibrating circular cylinder. This research is carried out on a three-dimensional （3D） finite cantilevered cylinder to investigate the effect of forced vibration on the wake characteristics and the 3D effect of a cantilevered cylinder. To meet the accuracy of this method, the present calculation is carried out at a low Reynolds number Re =100, as well as to make the vibration obvious, we make the vibration strong enough. The calculation results indicate that the vibration has significant influence on the wake characteristics. When the vibrating is big enough, our early works show that the 2D vortex shedding would be locked up by vibration. Contrarily, this phenomenon would not appear in the present 3D case because of the end effect of the cantilevered cylinder.     

HT-7U等离子体位移快控电源设计

针对HT-7U装置等离子体位移快控电源大电流快速响应要求,提出了一种基于电流型变流器的快控电源(FCPS)设计新方案。该方案采用交-直-交拓扑结构,即网侧采用电流型PWP整流器设计。以获得稳定的直流电流及网侧单位功率因数正弦波电流控制;负载侧则采用电流型H桥逆变器设计以实现负载电流的快速跟踪控制。移相PWM控制策略在实现多组变流器并联运行的同时,提高了变流器的等效开关频率控制,从而改善了电流波形品质。模拟系统实验论证了方案的正确性。     

转镜式光谱仪光程差和非线性的研究

对转镜式高速干涉光谱仪的基本原理进行了介绍,给出了无晃动和有晃动两种情况下,轴上和轴外光线的光程差公式,并对结果进行了初步分析,发现晃动将使光程差大小发生变化,但不改变轴上光线零光程差的位置.光程差的非线性是转镜式干涉仪的天生缺陷,它和转镜的折射率、工作角等参量有关,使非线性最小可得出最佳折射率为2.9左右,从光程差误差的容限可以计算出对工作角的要求,折射率为最佳时,工作角可达13.3°,根据对非线性的分析结果,给出了转镜主要参量选择的原则.     

双金属掺杂M2@Si20(M=Ti, Zr, Hf)团簇结构和性质的理论研究

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)和相对论有效原子核势近似(RECP),对M2@Si20(M=Ti,Zr,Hf)团簇的几何结构和电子结构性质进行研究,发现内嵌的金属二聚体和十二面体硅笼构成了稳定的富勒烯结构。通过对团簇电子结构的分析,结果表明Si20团簇掺杂双金属后稳定性得到了提高。对团簇的电荷布局分析表明过渡金属原子(Ti, Zr, Hf)和硅笼之间发生了电荷反转。

Improved charge trapping flash device with Al2O3/HfSiO stack as blocking layer

In this paper, we investigate an Al₂O₃/HfSiO stack as the blocking layer of a metal-oxide-nitride-oxide-silicon-type (MONOS) memory capacitor. Compared with a memory capacitor with a single HfSiO layer as the blocking layer or an Al₂O₃/HfO₂ stack as the blocking layer, the sample with the Al₂O₃/HfSiO stack as the blocking layer shows high program/erase (P/E) speed and good data retention characteristics. These improved performances can be explained by energy band engineering. The experimental results demonstrate that the memory device with an Al₂O₃/HfSiO stack as the blocking layer has great potential for further high-performance nonvolatile memory applications.     

高斯涡旋光束的傍轴度

按单色光束傍轴度的定义,对高斯涡旋光束的傍轴度进行了研究.使用角谱表示法推导出高斯涡旋光束傍轴度的解析公式,用此研究了傍轴度和高斯涡旋光束参数之间的关系.结果表明,随背景高斯光束束腰宽度和光涡旋离轴参数的增加及随光涡旋拓扑电荷的减少,高斯涡旋光束的傍轴度增加.对所得结果用傍轴度与远场发散角间的关系做了物理解释.     

第一性原理研究KDP晶体中Ba取代K点缺陷

 用基于第一性原理的CASTEP模拟了Ba替代K缺陷前后形成的电子结构和能态密度。发现晶体能带宽度降至6.4 eV左右,对应着380 nm的双光子吸收,这一结果可以解释掺Ba晶体在紫外波段的吸收现象。Ba替代K点缺陷仅使其周围的晶格及电子结构发生轻微畸变,对晶体整体结构影响不大。
