松香基功能高分子吸附分离盐酸小檗碱研究

探索了聚马来松香己二醇酯(PMHE 树脂)和马来松香乙二醇丙烯酯-丙烯酸共聚物poly(MGAE-AA)对盐酸小檗碱的分离提纯.实验结果表明,马来松香乙二醇丙烯酯-丙烯酸共聚物吸附分离盐酸小檗碱的效果较好,最佳条件是T=80℃,pH=6.00,振荡频率为150r/min;静态吸附量为62.47mg/g,动态吸附量为3.54mg/g.使用马来松香乙二醇丙烯酯-丙烯酸共聚物吸附盐酸小檗碱,初产品中盐酸小檗碱固含量由37.53%上升到68.91%;聚马来松香己二醇酯对盐酸小檗碱的静态吸附量为8.59mg/g,动态吸附量为0.68mg/g.     

Two-dimensional non-spatial filtering based on holographic Bragg gratings

The filter made up of two gratings performs as a two-dimensional non-spatial filtering. This paper reports that the volume Bragg gratings are fabricated by interfering two collimated coherent laser beams in photopolymer. Diffraction efficiency of a single grating is up to 78% in Bragg's condition, then a two-dimensional non-spatial filter, which consists of two volume Bragg gratings and a half-wave plate, enables the laser beam filtered in two dimensions with the diffraction efficiency of 54%. The Bragg's condition and effect of polarisation on performances of the two-dimension filter are also discussed.

The interaction of in-band and in-gap lattice soliton trains in optically induced two-dimensional photonic lattices

We demonstrate the coherent interactions of lattice soliton trains,including in-band solitons (IBSs) and gap soliton trains (GSTs),in optically induced two-dimensional photonic lattices with self-defocusing nonlinearity.It is revealed that the π-staggered phase structures of the lattice soliton trains will lead to anomalous interactions.Solely by changing their initial separations,the transition between attractive and repulsive interaction forces or reversion of the energy transfer can be obtained.The 'negative refraction' effect of the soliton trains on the interaction is also discussed.Moreover,two interacting IBSs can merge into one GST when attraction or energy transfer happens.     

双零色散光子晶体光纤中超连续谱的产生及控制

 通过数值模拟飞秒脉冲在具有双零色散波长的光子晶体光纤中的传输过程,详细分析了超连续谱的产生和控制机制.结果表明：中心波长处于反常色散区的泵浦脉冲在高阶非线性和高阶色散等作用的调制下,将演化为基孤子和正常色散区的两个色散波|该色散波进而经与之相位匹配的基孤子相干加强而使频谱展宽形成超连续谱,同时两个色散波上出现了干涉引起的振荡现象.进一步对比三种结构的光子晶体光纤中超连续谱的特点,定量分析了两色散波对超连续谱的限制作用,阐述了结构参量对超连续谱的影响.基于上述结论,结合对色散波的中心波长与光子晶体光纤的色散曲线、结构参量之间关系的分析,提出了设计光子晶体光纤的结构来控制超连续谱的方法.作为例证,通过优化光子晶体光纤结构理论上实现了频谱分量覆盖可见光区的平坦超连续谱.

本文研究了葡萄色素在磷酸氢二钠—柠檬酸缓冲体系中（ｐＨ３．０）对光、热和氧化剂的稳定性以及Ｌ—Ｈｉｓ、Ｌ—Ａｒｇ、Ｌ—Ｐｒｏ、鞣酸、环糊精、咖啡因等对其稳定性的影响．

介绍了南开大学物理科学学院近代物理实验室通过“基地”、“211工程”和“世行贷款”等实验室建设,对近代物理实验教学体系进行改革的概况。     

磁场对超导纳米粒子电子热容的影响

采用随机矩阵理论,考虑能级分离、系统电子总自旋和平均能级间距及转变温度对电子热容的影响,用静态路径近似(SPA)计算了高斯系综中正交系综(GOE)、辛系综(GSE)所对应的电子能级分布下处于弱磁场中超导纳米粒子的电子热容.计算中取了几个典型的温度和电子自旋,并对计算结果做了分析.
