The Production of Monoclonal Antibody to Androstenedione and the Effect of Passive Immunization on Xinjiang Fine-Wool Sheep With It

Five hybridomas stably secreting monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) to androstenedione were prepared by using artificially synthesized androstenedione-11α-succinyl conjugate with bovine serum albumin (BSA) as antigen. These McAbs showed slightly high cross-reactivity with testosterone (8.1—12.3%) and estrone (0.8—2.5%) and high affinities ranging from 2.0×10~7 to 2.8×10~8 L/M. They were all of the IgG_1 subclass. Xinjiang finewool ewes which were passively immunized with McAbs had higher circulating levels of progesterone (P) and luteinizing hormone (LH) than those of control ewes in two oestrous cycles and these changes led to increased ovulation rate and twin lambs born in young ewes.

EVALUATING VOLUME INTEGRALS ASSOCIATED WITH ELASTODYNAMICAL PROBLEMS OF INHOMOGENEITIES BY POTENTIAL THEORY

In the study of elastodynamic problems of inhomogeneities, a kind of integrals of the type exe(iaR)/Rdv' are frequently presented. In this paper the problems caused in evaluating φ-integrals by Taylor series expansions are discussed. Further the formulas of evaluating the φ-integrals are obtained by using potential theory. The recursion formulas for the potential integrals are given. The result play an importent part not only in the elastedynamics problems of inhomogeneities but also in the integration of inhomegeneous Helmholtz equation associated with the problems of wave phenomena in the fields of acoustics and electromagnetics.     

平菇原生质体融合株生物学特性的研究

本文对４个原生质体融合株（Ｔ１、Ｔ２、Ｔ３和Ｔ４）及其亲本糙皮侧耳８３１和师大的生物学特性进行了研究，同时进行了出菇试验．结果表明：６个菌株的最适氮源、碳源、ｐＨ和温度存在着明显差异．出菇试验表明，融合株Ｔ４的生物学效率为１３３．２％，高于两个亲本，是一株值得推广应用的优良菌株．     

Al-Zr二元合金的第一原理计算

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一原理方法,计算了Al-Zr二元合金系金属间化合物的晶格常数、体弹性模量和形成焓,计算结果与已有的实验值和其他理论结果符合得很好.     

用光折变扇形散射光进行鬼成像和二阶双缝干涉实验

当一束e偏振的强激光照射光折变晶体时，晶体会产生动态的光折变扇形散射光，该散射光具有长的关联时间和宽的光谱带宽。我们用这种光折变散射光进行了鬼成像，鬼干涉和亚波长干涉实验。     

基于集成芯片的电子系统温度测控

在恶劣的工作环境下，电子系统的热失效问题日益突出，进而导致电子系统可靠性大大降低。结合实践经验介绍并比较几个以专用温控集成电路芯片为核心构成的电子系统温控系统，提出几点具有实用性的建议。     

Ru（bpy）2PIP（1V）^2＋与DNA作用的共振光散射光谱分析及应用

研究了Ru（bpy）2PIP（IV）^2＋与脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）作用的共振光散射光谱，基于DNA对（Ru（bpy）2PiP（IV）^2＋）共振光散射的增强效应，建立了一种测定DNA的新方法。在最佳实验条件下，Ru（bpy）2PIP（Ⅳ）^2＋在358nm处的共振光散射增强与DNA的浓度呈线性关系，线性范围为0.016-4.0mg／L，检出限为10.5 μg／L。应用于大肠杆菌质粒DNA的测定，获得满意结果。
