Enhanced nonlinearity in photonic crystal fiber by germanium doping in the core region

Germanium doping in silica can be used as a method for nonlinearity enhancement.Properties of the en- hanced nonlinearity in photonic crystal fiber(PCF)with a GeO_2-doped core are investigated theoretically by using all-vector finite element method.Numerical result shows that the nonlinear coefficient of PCF is greatly enhanced with increasing doping concentration,furthermore,optimal radius of the doped region should be considered for the desired operating wavelength.     

关于Clement—Desarmes方法测量空气的比热容比的原理商讨

对用Clement-Desarmes方法测量空气比热容比的实验原理进行了商讨，并给出了实验过程中正确的ρ－V图。     

耐硫变换催化剂中活性组分钴、钼的相互作用

采用常压微反评价、程序升温还原（TPR）和硫化（TPS）技术及原位红外（IR）技术，对不同活性组分的CoO/MgO-Al2O3-TiO2、MoO3/MgO-Al2O3-TiO2和CoO-MoO3/MgO-Al2O3-TiO2的变换活性及性能进行了表征测试，结果表明：单独的硫化钴或硫化钼都具有耐硫变换活性，单独硫化钴作为活性组分的催化剂活性优于单独硫化钼作为活性组分的催化剂，并且二者之间具有明显的协同效应。     

Self-formation of void femtosecond array in Al2O3 crystal by laser irradiation

The femtosecond laser induced void array inside Al2O3 crystals was discussed. The void array was formed spontaneously under the irradiation of a single beam of infrared femtosecond laser which was focused at a fixed point inside the Al2O3 crystal sample. It was found that the regular voids only could be fabricated near the sample surface, which was different from the situation in CaF2 single crystal reported before. The possible mechanism of the phenomena was also discussed.

A Laser-Diode-Pumped 7.36 W Continuous-Wave Nd：YVO4 Laser At 1342 nm

An efficient and high-power diode-laser single-end-pumped Nd：YVO4 laser with cw emission at 1342nm is presented. With a crystal single-end-pumped by a fibre-coupled diode laser, an output power of 7.36 W is obtained from the laser cavity of concave-convex, eorresponding to an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 32.8%. The laser is operated in TEM00 mode with small rms noise amplitude of 0.3%. This represents, to the best of our knowledge, the highest power obtained from a diode-laser single-end-pumped Nd：YVO4 cw laser at 1342nm 80 far.     

Improvement of Electrical Properties of the Ge2Sb2Te5 Film by Doping Si for Phase-Change Random Access Memory

Si-doped Ge2Sb2Te5 films have been prepared by dc magnetron co-sputtering with Ge2Sb2Te5 and Si targets. The addition of Si in the Ge2Sb2Te5 film results in the increase of both crystallization temperature and phasetransition temperature from face-centred-cubic （fcc） phase to hexagonal （hex） phase. The resistivity of the Ge2Sb2Te5 film shows a significant increase with the Si doping. When doping 11.8 at.% of Si in the film, the resistivity after 460℃ annealing increases from 1 to 11 mΩ.cm and dynamic resistance increase from 64 to 99Ω compared to the undoped Ge2Sb2Te5 film. This is very helpful to writing current reduction of phase-change random access memory.

模糊匈牙利决策模型及其应用

将模糊关系矩阵与解决指派问题的匈牙利方法结合起来，提出了有约束多目标系统的一种新决策方法；模糊匈牙利法，并建立其模型。最后通过比较，该方法简便，效果很好。     

对执行救助制度程序审查的思考

我国执行救助制度自实施以来，有效缓解了部分案件当事人的实际生活困难，取得了良好的社会效果。但作为一项新的执行改革措施，执行救助制度缺乏相应的制度规范与约束，造成了各地法院在实际操作中的尺度不一，难以把握。因此有必要对执行救助审查制度进行深入的分析与阐释，为司法实践中的运用提供有益的借鉴。
