High density gas state at water/graphite interface studied by molecular dynamics simulation

In this paper molecular dynamics simulations are performed to study the accumulation behaviour of N2 and H2 at water/graphite interface under ambient temperature and pressure. It finds that both N2 and H2 molecules can accumulate at the interface and form one of two states according to the ratio of gas molecules number to square of graphite surface from our simulation results: gas films (pancake-like) for a larger ratio and nanobubbles for a smaller ratio. In addition, we discuss the stabilities of nanobubbles at different environment temperatures. Surprisingly, it is found that the density of both kinds of gas states can be greatly increased, even comparable with that of the liquid N2 and liquid H2. The present results are expected to be helpful for the understanding of the stable existence of gas film (pancake-like) and nanobubbles. 相似文献

The properties and stability of the reported surface nanobubbles are related to the substrate used and the generation method. Here, we design a series of experiments to study the influence of the hydrophobicity of the substrate and the production method on the formation and properties of nanobubbles. We choose three different substrates, dodecyltrichlorosilane(DTS) modified silicon, octadecyltrichlorosilane(OTS) modified silicon, and highly oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG)as nanobubble substrates, and two methods of ethanol–water exchange and 4-℃ cold water to produce nanobubbles. It is found that using ethanol-water exchange method could produce more and larger nanobubbles than the 4-℃ cold water method. The contact angle of nanobubbles produced by ethanol–water exchange depends on the hydrophobicity of substrates, and decreases with the increase of the hydrophobicity of substrates. More interestingly, nanoscopic contact angle approaches the macroscopic contact angle as the hydrophobicity of substrates increases. It is believed that these results would be very useful to understand the stability of surface nanobubbles. 相似文献

根据经典热力学理论,在水中纳米级的气泡难以长期稳定存在.近年来却有大量的实验结果表明固液界面存在纳米气泡,原子力显微镜也直接观察到了纳米气泡.有关纳米气泡的研究具有巨大的理论和实际意义,它对表面科学、流体动力学、生物科学以及一些应用领域都有深远的影响.纳米气泡会引起流体在界面的滑移,减少流动阻力,并与表面粘附、胶体分散、矿石浮选、废渣处理等方面密切相关.目前关于纳米气泡的研究才刚刚开始,对于它的基本物化性质的了解还不多,但其重要性已经引起相关领域的极大关注.本文综述了从提出纳米气泡存在一直到实验证明的过程、纳米气泡的形成机制和形貌、分布特征等基本性质以及纳米气泡的存在对疏水长程作用和流体滑移的影响,并阐述了生物学中一些与纳米气泡存在有关的问题. 相似文献

实验通过17F+p共振弹性散射研究了复合核18Ne激发态中与天体核反应14O(α, p)17F相关的共振态性质。利用兰州放射性束流线(RIBLL)对弹核碎裂反应产生的放射性束17F进行了分离和提纯。经过降能后,能量为4.22 AMeV 的17F束流轰击在T2终端的厚氢靶(CH2)n上。 两套∆E-E Si探测器望远镜放置在两个不同的探测角度θlab≈2.3°和14°上,对反冲质子的角度和能量进行了测量。实验观测到了复合核18Ne的几条质子共振能级。通过R-Matrix理论程序对激发函数进行拟合,得到了共振态的能量、 自旋、 宇称和衰变宽度等共振参数。Resonant properties in18Ne relevant to the stellar reaction of 14O(α, p)17F have been investigated through a resonant elastic scattering of 17F+p. The 17F RI beam was produced via a projectile fragmentation reaction, and subsequently separated and purified by Radioactive Ion beam Line in Lanzhou(RIBLL). After a series of energy degradation,a 4.22 AMeV 17F beam bombarded a thick(CH2)ntarget at T2 terminal. Energy and angle of the recoiled protons were measured by two sets of ∆E-E silicon telescope at θlab≈2.3°,14° respectively. Several resonances in 18Ne were observed,and their resonant parametersincluding energy,spin parity and decay width have been determined by an R-Matrix analysis of the experimental excitation function. 相似文献
