合成温度和N2/O2流量比对碳纤维衬底上生长的SnO2纳米线形貌及场发射性能影响

采用化学气相沉积法系统研究了合成温度和N₂/O₂流量对生长在碳纤维衬底上的SnO₂纳米线形貌及场发射性能的影响规律. 利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM), X射线衍射(XRD)及能谱仪(EDS)对产物细致表征, 结果表明, SnO₂纳米线长径比随反应温度的升高而增大; 随N₂/O₂流量比值的增大先增大后变小, 场发射测试表明, 合成温度780 ℃, N₂/O₂流量比为300 : 3 时SnO₂纳米线阵列具有最佳的场发射性能, 开启电场为1.03 V/μm, 场强增加到1.68 V/μm时, 发射电流密度达0.66 mA/cm², 亮度约2300 cd/m².     

A new quantum mechanical photon counting distribution formula

By virtue of the density operator's P-representation in the coherent state representation, we derive a new quantum mechanical photon counting distribution formula. As its application, we calculate photon counting distributions for some given light fields. It is found that the pure squeezed state's photon counting distribution is related to the Legendre function, which is a new result.     

Improving the field-emission properties of carbon nanotubes by magnetically controlled nickel-electroplating treatment

A novel magnetically controlled Ni-plating method has been developed to improve the field-emission properties of carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The effect of the magnetic field and Ni-electroplating on CNT field-emission properties was investigated, and the results are demonstrated using scanning electron microscopy, J-E and the duration test. After treatment, the turn-on electric field declines from 1.55 to 0.91 V/μm at an emission current density of 100 μA/cm², and the emission current density increases from 0.011 to 0.34 mA/cm² at an electric field of 1.0 V/μm. Both the brightness and uniformity of the CNT emission performance are improved after treatment.     

Wigner function and density operator of the photon-subtracted squeezed thermal state

By using the technique of integration within an ordered product of operators, the normal ordered density operator of the photon-subtracted squeezed thermal state (PSSTS) is derived. Then the corresponding Wigner function is presented by using the coherent state representation of the Wigner operator. The nonclassical properties of the PSSTS are discussed based on the negativity of the Wigner function.     

基于催化式KL M型干涉实现非高斯 量子态的制备及非经典性研究

作为一种常见的量子资源,非高斯量子态在连续变量量子信息处理中发挥着重要作用.本文考虑单模压缩态作为输入态,通过Knill-Laflamme-Milburn(KLM)型SU(3)干涉操作后,实现一种新型非高斯量子态的制备.利用Wigner函数的相空间分布,研究发现,通过调控输入态的压缩参数和KLM模型中三个光束分离器的反射率,可以实现非高斯态的高探测概率以及获得高非经典特性.特别是,在大压缩参数和低反射率区域中,所制备非高斯态的Wigner函数呈现出明显的负部体积特征.这些研究为实现长距离量子安全通信提供了理论指导.     

非球面件数控研抛力、研抛工具位置和姿态解耦技术

为解决非球面自动研抛系统中普遍存在的研抛力-研抛工具的位置-研抛工具的姿态(以下简称力-位-姿)相互耦合问题,提出一种基于磁流变力矩伺服装置(MRT)的非球面数控研抛力-位-姿解耦技术。基于Hertz接触理论和摩擦学原理,分析研抛过程中的力-位-姿耦合机理,建立了耦合模型。阐述基于MRT的数控研抛力-位-姿解耦原理,开发相应的实验研究系统,建立系统研抛力模型。规划了研抛工具的路径。试验得到0.025 μm粗糙度的镜面表面。试验表明该技术能独立、主动、实时地控制研抛过程中的研抛力、研抛工具的位置和姿态。     

黄烷酮衍生物的合成及杀灭钉螺活性研究

许多黄烷酮类化合物具有抗菌[1 ] 、抗炎[2～ 3] 、抗ＨＩＶ[4] 、抗肿瘤[5] 、抗氧化[6] 、抗诱变[7] 等诸多活性 ,还可以用于制作热敏材料[8]等。黄烷酮类化合物大多从植物中分离获得[9] ,目前 ,文献报道的合成方法也在逐渐增多[1 0～ 1 2 ] ,本文是采用肉桂酸衍生物与间苯三酚反应关环得到 3ａ～ 3ｈ一系列化合物并考察了它们杀灭钉螺的活性。其合成反应路线如下 :1　实验部分1 1　仪器与试剂81 0 0系列数字显示熔点仪 (温度计未经校正 ) ;2 4 0 0元素分析仪 ;日本岛津ＦＴＩＲ 82 0 1红外光谱仪 (ＫＢｒ压片法 ) ;ＦＸ 90Ｑ型核磁共振…     

The N-mode squeezed state with enhanced squeezing

It is known that exp [iλ (Q1P1i/2)] is a unitary single-mode squeezing operator,where Q1,P1 are the coordinate and momentum operators,respectively.In this paper we employ Dirac’s coordinate representation to prove that the exponential operator S n ≡ exp [iλ sum((QiPi+1+Qi+1Pi))) from i=1 to n ],(Qn+1=Q1,Pn+1=P1),is an n-mode squeezing operator which enhances the standard squeezing.By virtue of the technique of integration within an ordered product of operators we derive S n ’s normally ordered expansion and obtain new n-mode squeezed vacuum states,its Wigner function is calculated by using the Weyl ordering invariance under similar transformations.     

1,2,3-三唑取代的1,4-二氢-4-氧代-1,5-二氮杂萘-3-羧酸衍生物的设计、合成与HIV整合酶抑制活性评价

一价铜催化端炔与叠氮化物的1, 3-环加成反应是一种快速构建小分子库并筛选其可能性质的的主要方法。本文报道了1,2,3-三唑取代的1,4-二氢-4-氧代-1,5-二氮杂萘-3-羧酸衍生物的设计与合成。在该类化合物中,疏水性与亲水性片段通过Click反应有效地连接。所设计化合物8和12的结构通过光谱手段进行了表征;其可能的HIV整合酶抑制活性也进行了筛选。
