葛根黄酮提取物诱导HL-60细胞凋亡调控研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
用RT-PCR技术和蛋白质免疫印迹技术,检测caspase-8和caspase-3基因转录和蛋白质翻译水平的变化,以探讨葛根黄酮提取物诱导HL-60细胞凋亡的调控途径。结果表明,50μg/mL葛根总黄酮提取物可以上调caspase-8和caspase-3基因转录和蛋白质翻译水平,且其能力分别强于葛根素和大豆甙元单体;说明葛根黄酮提取物诱导HL-60细胞凋亡可能通过经F as死亡受体和/或线粒体途径共同介导执行,葛根黄酮提取物抑制诱导凋亡能力强于葛根素和大豆甙元单体。 相似文献

Electrodeposition process of polycrystalline Cd-rich Hg_(1-z)Cd_xTe (x>0.5) in acidic bath of CdSO_4+HTeO_2~+HgCl_2 was investigated. The simultaneous electrodeposition technique of three kinds of ions at the same potential has been achieved. The XRD, SEM and EDAX analysis of the thin film electrodeposited on titanium substrate showed a typical cubic zinc blende polycrystalline structure and homogeneous dispersion. The photoelectrochemical behavior of (1-x)=0.09 polycrystalline thin film in a polysulfide redox couple solution was examined. Under illumination of 100 mW/cm~2, the short circuit photocurrent I_(sc)=1.88 mA/cm~2, the open circuit photovoltage V_(oc)=0.25 V, the fill factor F·F=0.22. The bandgap E_g measured with photoelectrochemical spectroscopy is 1.26 eV. Flatband potential φ_(tb), Obtained from Mott-Schottky curve is -1.26 Ⅴ (vs. SCE). Electrodeposition of CulnSe, was investigated in acidic solutions containing Cu~(2+), In~(3+) and HSeO_2~+ ions. The electrodeposition condition was optimized with the aim of obtaining uniform thin films on titanium substrate. The mechanism of the electrodeposition process is discussed. Structure analysis of the deposited film shows a typical polycrystalline chalcopyrite structure, good crystallinity and homogeneous dispersion. The photoelectrochemical cells made of these kinds of deposited films in polysulfide redox solution give distinct photoresponse. 相似文献

实验选择重庆市城区相同年龄段(6~7岁)学龄前儿童240名,男,女各半,观察儿童血铅,发铅含量及其与生长发育的关系,结果显示:生活在重庆闹市区的学龄前儿童受到铅污染相当严重,以推荐的0.483μmol/L为全血铅接受上限值,则春季有50.9%(平均0.483μmol/L)儿童,秋季有高达81.66%(平均为0.650μmol/L)儿童血铅浓度超过标准,发铅的测定显示相似结果。本实验还发现重庆春,秋 相似文献
