采用数值模拟方法研究了高斯光束在四种间距调制型光子晶格中的传输规律. 研究发现: 在具有两个正双曲正割势垒和矩形势垒的晶格阵列中, 光波在势垒处发生明显的衍射现象, 而在势阱处发生强烈的局域现象; 在具有两个负双曲正割势垒和负矩形势垒的晶格阵列中, 光波可在势垒处发生无反射传输或在势垒中发生局域现象; 而在势阱中振荡衰减传输. 研究还发现在低功率情况下, 负势垒支持的线性模式间可以发生振荡耦合; 高功率非线性情况下, 光波将发生局域现象. 研究结果为利用光子晶格调节和控制光波传输, 实现全光开关提供了新的思路和方法.

Analytical potential energy function for the electronic states 2^∏1/2 and 2^∏3/2 of O^x2 (x=+1, -1) 下载免费PDF全文
The splitting of potential energy levels for ground state X^2∏g of O^x2 (x = +1,-1) under spin-orbit coupling (SOC) has been calculated by using the spin-orbit (SO) multi-configuration quasi-degenerate perturbation theory (SO-MCQDPT). Their Murrell-Sorbie (M S) potential functions are gained, and then the spectroscopic constants for electronic states 2^∏1/2 and 2^∏3/2 are derived from the M S function. The vertical excitation energies for O^x2 (x = +1,-1) are v[O2+1^(2∏3/2→X^2∏1/2)] =195.652cm^-1, and v[O2^-1(2^∏1/2 →X^2∏3/2)] =182.568cm^-1, respectively. All the spectroscopic data for electronic states 2^∏1/2 and 2^∏3/2 are given for the first time. 相似文献

Fast photoelectric effects have been observed in MgB2 thin film
fabricated by chemical vapour deposition. The rise time was $\sim $10
ns and the full width at half-maximum was \sim185\,ns for the photovoltaic
pulse when the film was irradiated by a 308\,nm laser pulse of 25\,ns in
duration. X-ray diffraction and the scanning electron microscope revealed
that the film was polycrystalline with preferred c-axis orientation. We
propose that nonequilibrium electron--hole pairs are excited in the grains
and grain boundary regions for MgB2 film under ultraviolet laser and
then the built-in electric field near the grain boundaries separates

Using the linear approximation method, this paper studies the statistical property
of a single-mode laser driven by both coloured pump noise with signal modulation and
the quantum noise with cross-correlation between its real and imaginary parts, and
calculates the steady-state mean normalized intensity fluctuation and intensity
correlation time. It analyses the influences of the modulation signal, the net gain
coefficient, the noise and its correlation form on the statistical fluctuation of
the laser system respectively. It is found that the coloured pump noise modulated by
the signal has a great suppressing action on the statistical fluctuation of the
laser system; the pump noise self-correlation time and the specific frequency of
modulation signal have the result that the statistical fluctuation tends to zero.
Furthermore, the `colour' correlation of pump noise has much influences on the
statistical fluctuation of the laser system. Increasing the intensity of pump noise
will augment the statistical fluctuation of the laser system, but the intensity of
quantum noise and the coefficient of cross-correlation between its real and
imaginary parts have less influence on the statistical fluctuation of the laser
system. Therefore, from the conclusions of this paper the statistical property can
be known and a theoretical basis for steady operation and output of the laser system

Properties of negative thermal expansion β-eucryptite ceramics prepared by spark plasma sintering 下载免费PDF全文
β-eucryptite powders are prepared by the sol-gel method through using tetraethoxysilane lithium nitrate and aluminum isopropoxide as starting materials. β-eucryptite ceramics are prepared by spark plasma sintering. The effects of sintering temperature on the negative thermal expansion properties of the β-eucryptite are investigated by x-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy, and thermal expansion test. The XRD results exhibit no change in the crystal structure of the sample prepared by different sintering processes. The negative thermal expansion properties increase with the increase of the sintering temperature. The coefficient of thermal expansion of β-eucryptite ceramics sintered at 1100℃ is calculated to be -4.93 × 10~(-6)℃~(-1). Crystallization behaviors of the ceramics may play an important role in the increase of negative thermal expansion of β-eucryptite. High sintering temperature could improve the crystallization behaviors of the ceramics and reduce the residue glass phase, which can improve the negative thermal expansion properties of β-eucryptite ceramics. 相似文献
